I have been 100% satisfied with the service provided me by Support Teq.

Considering a visit to a local computer repair shop would cost over $100 for a software issue, I felt it was worth the money to have the convenience of having the MacBook fixed remotely. It still took about an hour but I could sit and watch the progress as they worked on it. Depending on how complex your issue is this service may be worth the money. If it's simple to fix you may feel it's not worth the money.....but my laptop is fixed and running much faster so I'm happy.

I had a good experience and all my issues were resolved. Technicians were all very patient and provided all the information I needed.
One issue I had was the phone call reception was sometime difficult and there were times of the phone call breaking up.
