My reported issue with my Dvd player on my AppleMac computer was resolved satisfactorily and the technician was patient, polite and very supportive in getting this problem resolved the first time I called. I was very happy with the service provided as I could use my Dvd player on my compute again.

I am very happy and satisied with my results I was helped through out the way and also guided the entire time, very amazing staff!
