I am happy with the service.

This has been a wonderful experience. It is a very competent company. I enjoy working with their employees. They have been able to fix every problem I ever had. I appreciate the patience they have had. Patience is everything, and they are very patient.

I am very happy with the service and all the staff.

excellent service--problem resolved in a courteous & prompt manner----

I am happy with the service thankyou.

I am certifying since I use this Company my computer moving very smoothly

Support Teq purported to find a security breach on my computer that was causing an application not to run properly. I was pressured with displays showing that my computer had supposedly been hacked and told that I must get this problem resolved and that Support Teq could solve my problem. I reluctantly paid their fee of $549 for 3 years of support on any of my devices, but after 4 hours with a technician, my problem was not fixed because it was a bug in the application and had no security problems at all. I was pressured to sign up without a cooling off period or even a chance to think about it.

I am happy with the service. The techs were patient and polite, good service.

they rid my mac of viruses. I am pleased

I am very happy with the service.

I have accessed Supportteq on two occasions now and found the service to be very efficient and effective.

my wife reached "supportteq" while trying to reach apple support.
she was sold a 3 year tech support contract for over 800$ canadian.
I returned home today to find nothing but BAD reviews of this company{scammers}Ironically, the only good review was from the Revdex.com !I have called and asked for refund.
Please don"t allow them to use YOU as reference.

Thank you *** for all your help !!

I am happy.

These guys are con artists. My husband called what he believed to be an Apple support number and was connected with *** at extension ***. We were initially trying to recover my husband's iCloud account. When *** asked if we had a computer we could hook the phone up to so he could troubleshoot, we thought we were going to get somewhere. He guided us through the recovery options that my husband had already tried unsuccessfully, and while he was in control of my computer, he pulled up the "Terminal" screen and said that my computer was vulnerable to being accessed through Safari, as evidence by all of the "Sleeping" processes. He was quite condescending to me, telling me that I should be bringing my computer in every 6 months to have it "serviced" like I would my car, if I wanted it to run properly. We then went back to the iCloud issue--he directed us to call "another" Apple Support number and put it on speaker phone so he could listen as we described our problem. He told us what to say. "My account is in recovery mode and I want to reset my password, but I don't have access to the old credit card number that is on file with my iCloud account." Though I wondered why an apple support specialist would have us call another apple person, he seemed to be very knowledgable so we went along with what he said to do. Once the real Apple support person told us that there is no way to override the automatic recovery process, he typed on the text pad to hang up with them. Conceding that he could not help us with the iCloud account, he then went back to trying to get me to let his technician fix my computer. He showed me that my Apple warranty was no longer valid (my computer is 5 years old) and said that Apple couldn't help me fix the software vulnerabilities on my computer--but his techs could--for the bargain price of $219.99 (unless I wanted more protection to ensure years of use out of my computer, which would cost me $439.99). I repeatedly asked him if Apple could help and he repeatedly said no, they could only help with hardware problems. I came SO CLOSE to purchasing the plan, but my gut was screaming scam, so I got his name and extension to be able to call him back after thinking about it some more. I opened a chat with Apple support and the person I talked to said "I understand we recommend service from Support Teq to protect Safari," and he asked me "What do you need to protect from there?" I explained the details and he said "I'm just trying to figure out how the conversation turned from unlocking your husband's Apple ID to security on the Mac. Is there something wrong with the performance of the Mac?" Of course, the answer was no--there's nothing wrong with the Mac. This was about as unethical of a call as I've ever experienced. It's unfortunate that you don't know you're dealing with someone other than Apple, and it's just as alarming to me that the Apple support member I chatted with actually said they recommend this company for Safari malware issues.

the work that these guys have done to get m computer up and running has been outstanding . it took two days to get things sorted and they were very patient and polite all the way through. thank you for your help
