Sureshot Precision Marking

I purchased three shirts from this company and all were defectiveTwo they did refund my money, but one they say has acceptable irregularities The one with the acceptable irregularities has large white spots under the arms, which should be green Also the front of the shirt is green and the back whiteThe green bleeds over into the white in placesTheir products are terribleThere is no quality control The shirts they did take back was a fake abs shirt that was nothing like pictured and had nipples the size of silver dollars The other shirt refunded had the image printed through to the back of the shirt, and could be seen when wearingThose two have been refunded, I just wanted to inform you of the quality of the products they are selling
I e-mailed the company as soon as the products arrivedand have been back and forth with them trying to get this resolved

I purchased an item from this company 8/11/18, on 8/20/I was sent notification that my item was dipped with a tracking numberAs of today 8/29/it still shows pre shipment and has not been received by USPSI contacted customer service and they were quick to respond to let me know they’d look into and get back to mehours later after not hearing anything back I emailed again to follow up and still haven’t heard back now at the hour markI wanted the shirt but at this point I’m 99% certain I’ll never it but they still have my $ORDER #***, I would like a full refund including shipping since nothing was shipped and some sort of investigation into this company since I seem to be one of hundreds who have had the same issues with this “company”

Bought a sweater from the site,they processed and had the order confirmation on December and December saying that my order will be in before christmasI sent them an email about everything because I got worried and stared to franic about itThey only answered one of my questions I only had questionsSo I waited a month almost and it's way long due,so I called the credit card company with my grandma(since she's the one that bought it),and we cancelled the orderI'm strictly writing in on this because,alot of people lost money from them and they all wrote negative reviewsI understand that products that are being sent in from Poland but really it should be in america,and on their site it says made in americaIf they want people to buy from them and not take people who earn their money they have to do better.I'll never go back to Rageon,and my friends already know about itI'm very dissatisfied with RageOn

I have been in contact with the company for weeks now trying to get an update on a shirt I ordered on November 30th when I emailed the company weeks ago *** from customer service email me back with a generic email telling me about production times and not informing me anything about my orderI have gone back and forth with the company trying to get information about my order and figuring out when it will be delivered or even shipped out to meThe company has been very unprofessional and unhelpful in the matter, they keep sitting out generic emails about production times instead of actually telling me what's going on with my order that I'm asking about
it is outrageous that a company will pull these types of stunts knowing that it's close to the holidays and people need their orders to fulfill gift for others

I ordered an "overpriced" item and was told it would take 15-business days to process$for a sweatshirtOn the 19th business day, I wrote an email asking for a refund after the shipping information informed me the item had not even been sent from the facility in POLANDThe day when I needed to use it had passed, so I wanted to get a refundIt's now the 22nd day, still no item, and I receive an automated email saying I will have to pay a 15% restock fee, even though the item is still in the warehouseDo they have to move it from one shelf to the other? Do not waste your money on overpriced apparel

I placed an order online with this Company for a sweatshirt with artwork My confirmation email included a photo of the sweatshirt with requested artwork The product I received almost days later was a plain sweatshirt with no artwork They have charged my credit card the full amount for an incorrect item I have called their corporate number and the recording says to email all questions and the email would be answered in 24-hours It is over a week later and I have not received a response I have read similar complaints on your website in regards to this company and it seems as though that is how you have to get them to reply to a problem

I ordered a pair of shoes over a month and a half agodays ago I cancelled the order, they told me I would be refunded and then a couple days ago I got an email saying they shipped my orderI had already bought the same product from a different website at this pointI told them I was told I was going to be refunded and cancelled the order, they told me I have to ship this product I never recieved back to them, on my own dime mind youIts not happening I am going to go dispute the charge with my bank tomorrow but essentially they are trying to bully me into buying a product I no longer wantThey are scam artistsDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I have email and called rageon over a dozen times with no response They have my credit information and refuse to let me update it to a different card resulting in extra expenses for me because they will not allow me to change my credit card information I have went through every option to contact them and have never received any thing other than a auto response Rage on needs to allow me to change my credit card info and pay for all the extra expenses as a result of their negligence

I cancelled my subscription for Rage on in July and they keep withdrawing $every month from my checking accountI tried to contact them via phone and there is no number listedThrn I contacted them via email several times and they are still taking the money out of my accountI would like my money back for the months of cancellationI gave wrote emails several times to Rage on regarding this matter snd still no resolution

Placing the order
I ordered a shirt at the beginning of Decas a Xmas presentIt didn't arrive until Dec(this after getting multiple newsletter emails (after placing my order) saying..."place your order now and get it before xmas")I never received an actual invoice when I received the "thank you for your order" emailAfter getting my order
The item received is not as pictured on their website.The image on their website did not come close to what I receivedTop right of image (which was key to the image) was completely cut off by the sleeveThe bottom of the image was also cut right offThe edge of the printed image left a very visible black line on the sleeveThe item received is clearly a small image that has been enlarged and therefore is very pixelated which suggests the owner of the original image (*** *** *** ***) did not give permission for reproduction and it was taken off the Internet and enlarged*** has since confirmed that RageOn did not have permission to print this imageOnly Threadless had permission to print this image in a t-shirtTried contacting them multiple times after this for a refund and did not receive a replyThis process has been my worst experience dealing with a company on-lineAvoid them like the plague

I'm always a little hesitant to shop online but I've been pretty lucky until I stumbled upon this siteAfter spending over $on tees that I thought were gonna be worth the money, I now own brand new I will NEVER wear do to the ridiculousness of full print on the front side (including the sleeves) and a complete white back side (including the sleeves)Not to mention the printing is flawed leaving white patches on the front surfaceI notified RAGEON about my total disappointmentThey pointed out my total misunderstanding of my order as if someone would want to wear such a sy looking shirtThey let me know that because of the way the shirts are printed, flaws in the print are to be expected...??I was initially rooting for Rageon to be my new go to online store, but they offered NO solution to my first time disappointing experience and so because it's an online store, I'm not able to bring the shirts back into the store to get my money back or store creditI'm stuck with these tees that I can see no situation of me ever going out of the house wearing them inThis SUCKSI'm reluctant to shop for clothing online now mainly because of Rageon

I spent lots of money on several of this company's t-shirts and they turned out horriblySuper pixellated images on some, lines across another, head holes are too small to fit your head through, one image was upside down, wrong unmatching fabric used around a collar, there was crooked sewing and hems, they took WAY too long to arrive, customer service never got back to me when I tried to contact them about thisThese shirts are complete garbage and I am warning anyone considering the site to avoid at all costs

I initially posted a negative review on here regarding long delivery times and an unresponsive customer serviceHowever, RageOn took the time to reach out to me to clear up any confusionI am very satisfied with their professionalism in this manner and am willing to continue doing business with them

I ordered a T shirt online at rageon.com on November 26th and the shirt was never sent I emailed the company and they have not yet shipped my package

I ordered a pair of shorts on May 11thIt is June 8th and the order still hasn't been fulfilledThis might be acceptable if they were the only online business doing all-over print productsMaybe i'll get my swim suit before summer is over but never ordering anything again

There are two aspects to my evaluation here:
Their customer service equates to the word apologize ad infinitumI even explicitly asked if the reps could quit apologizing to no avail (unsurprisingly)Their manufacturing process is either garage or lacking quality controlI can't say which because I only ordered one itemThis bandana had large creases that were blank when unfoldedI could understand this happen on the pit of a shirt where there's curvature but this is a flat square piece of fabricThe seams were also coming apart right out the boxFool me once, shame on youI have no intention of shaming myself either
