I ordered two sweat shirts from them on november 15th I even bought expedited everything and their website states they ship from the united statesIt is now december 3rd and the tracking number says my package is coming from poland? ive tried to contact rageon I dont hear anything back do not order anything from rageon unless you want to wait a month from a package from poland

Like several other people have stated on review websites, RageOn! is a deceptive merchant with photos on their website that do not even come close to reflecting the poor quality product that you will receiveMine was so blurry that you couldn't even tell what it wasRageOn even admitted that it was poorly done by the "artist" and then refused to refund me my money, sticking me with an unwearable $sweatshirtThey offered a credit but I won't be shopping with them again and they admitted fault with the productThe shipping time is also crazyIt took three weeks for delivery, and I was obviously disappointed in the product upon opening itRageOn! is a scam, showing great images of products and then sending you the complete opposite while refusing to refund you your money

I spent lots of money on several of this company's t-shirts and they turned out horriblySuper pixellated images on some, lines across another, head holes are too small to fit your head through, one image was upside down, wrong unmatching fabric used around a collar, there was crooked sewing and hems, they took WAY too long to arrive, customer service never got back to me when I tried to contact them about thisThese shirts are complete garbage and I am warning anyone considering the site to avoid at all costs

I ordered items on December 1st from this company and have left numerous phone messages as well as sent emails regarding my shipment or a refund of my monies and have been given the run-around

Review: Portions of the letter sent to G[redacted] owner of Sure Shot Precision... In your recent email dated August 28, 2015 you imply fraud on my part, how dare you! You have been nothing but dishonest, since the beginning of this business transaction. Also, remember the beginning was February 9th, 2015, more then six months ago, absolutely RIDICULOUS! This is NOT a million dollar business deal or merger; it was suppose to be a simple engraving project. You received my money and parts by February 12th, 2015 so you held all the cards, so to speak. I have been relentless in my communications to speak with you by phone or email since April 2015 when you said, Everything is ready to ship except the dust cover. REALLY, REALLY!?! Furthermore, I have documented everything with you because of the AR lower and serial number registered to me. At first it was just a formality, never thinking I would need the information again. Boy, was I wrong! I have documented all communication with you and regardless of how you REMEMBER it, or feel about it, I know the truth. Congratulations, you are the worst business I have dealt with in my 49 years! I have a very hard time believing anyone else would be so patient with you or your business.... Finally after almost six months, since you had my items AND took my money, I called Paypal as a last resort to get some satisfaction. I was trying to get some answers, I was told I had 180 days to dispute transactions and my second transaction was in the time allowed. Paypal started the dispute on August 10th you called my cell phone two days later, August 12th, 2015. Im POSITIVE this was NOT a coincidence. Of course, then you sent an accusing email and still none of my items. After September 9th, 2015, if I do not have my items you can keep them. I will no longer contact you directly. I will report the AR lower with the serial number as stolen to the ATF and write it off...Desired Settlement: I would like my items finished and sent to me by September 9th, 2015.

Review: Sent a part to the company for engraving an was told it would take 3 weeks to complete the work. The part was sent out on July 25th, 2014 and as of January 13, 2015, I have not seen the part and am not able to make contact with anybody at the company after leaving numerous emails and voicemail messages.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund and the safe return of the part sent to the company.

Review: I placed my order (invoice ID #582) online through their website on 7/21/2015 to have 2 bolt carriers laser engraved. The job was to be completed in 2-4 weeks. I shipped my 2 Nib-X treated CMMG piston bolt carriers to Sureshot the following day. After a month past, I called to get an update but the phone never gets answered and goes to a voicemail suggesting to email them for a quicker response. As of today I have not received a response to any of my numerous phone calls, voicemails or emails. Per a CalGuns thread started in Oct, people in the area have mentioned that Sureshot is no longer in business. As of Nov. their phone no longer goes to voicemail and their website is down. Sureshot has not completed the work they were paid to do and they have not returned the bolt carriers I sent them to engrave.Desired Settlement: I would like both of my piston bolt carriers back as CMMG no longer makes them and does not have any in stock to replace the ones with Sureshot Precision.
