I ordered some short from them on May 10th period it is now almost a month later I have not received any information or guarding my order except for the original tracking numberI have called customer service or email them because they don't even have a calling and received the exact same response from different people And it sucks because the shorts were cool but anyway I would never order from them

I placed an order with this company on December 8th, I had not received a shipping notification within weeks of placing the order yet money had already been taken out of my accountI sent 3+ messages asking about the status of my orderAll three responses were similarly stating "we will check on it and get back with you"Well no one had gotten back with me, so I sent another 3+ messages requesting a refund this time and again, all replies were "we will check on the status of your order"No responses came after thatIt is now January 11th, 2017, over a month since I made the purchase, and money is still taken out of my account, I have not received my item, and I cannot get a refund or an accurate response from the support teamI would like my item, but if it is unavailable then I would like a full refundClearly I am not getting either from this company, so I have no clue what to do

I ordered an item from this website on December 13, The item is a Large *** *** sweater that cost me $(tax and shipping included)On December 19, I reached out to their customer service hoping to receive an estimated time that it would ship outThey responded the next day with, "We do have an XL if that works?" They did not send any tracking information or estimated time to shipOn December 29, 2016, I went to their *** site and left a comment to ask if the company was real or a scamOthers responded that they also have not received their orders, even expedited onesSoon after I received a generic response from the company on their *** pageA few days later the comments left by others were deletedI also realized that I was blocked from their page by their userI know this because I can't see their *** page but my friends and family canThey are purposely deleting negative comments and blocking people to continue their business of getting money fr

This business needs to be taken to task for their terrible customer service and their sub par products I have purchased from RageOn twice now The first time I ordered, I never received the item because of an in-house printing problem The second time I did received the item I ordered, but the quality of the material (shiny 100% polyester) and the horrible printing job (ink bleeding into the fabric) were not anywhere worth the $that I paid for it! They offered me another hoodie with the same image, but they would not guarantee it would be any better than the one they'd already sent me They informed me they could send me another hoodie, or they would send me a gift card for RageOn! This was to be a gift for my granddaughter that I've been trying to obtain since July! I am very disappointed!

I ordered a sweatshirt from Rageon on December 5, as a Christmas giftOn January 7th, I received a package that did not contain the item I orderedI called Rageon, but their phone system was turned off with a message that they can only be contacted by emailI have spent full months trying to return the item I didn't order and receive a refund for the item I never receivedAlthough Rageon has returned my emails each time, there has been no action taken to resolve the issueI spent $on the sweatshirt I didn't receive, had to take time off work to sign for the incorrect item at the post office, and have wasted countless hours emailing Rageon for their assistanceThis is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and we see this as mail fraud and bordering on fraudulent business practice

They said shipping problems were due to the hoildays, holidays are over so I buy, takes forever to ship, gets here, some shirts are the wrong size, one of the $#*!s had part of it melted to the back part so I had to rip it apart and it caused a visible mark, plus I chose the shirt colour, and despite the colour on the website being pink, the back of the shirt is white and it completely ruined the look of my shirt, I ordered and they all look horrible, waste of money, and site is completely over-pricedI will be charging back, and do not buy from these disgusting scammersMost star reviews on here are paid, I can guarantee that

Like several other people have stated on review websites, RageOn! is a deceptive merchant with photos on their website that do not even come close to reflecting the poor quality product that you will receiveMine was so blurry that you couldn't even tell what it wasRageOn even admitted that it was poorly done by the "artist" and then refused to refund me my money, sticking me with an unwearable $sweatshirtThey offered a credit but I won't be shopping with them again and they admitted fault with the productThe shipping time is also crazyIt took three weeks for delivery, and I was obviously disappointed in the product upon opening itRageOn! is a scam, showing great images of products and then sending you the complete opposite while refusing to refund you your money

I have email and called rageon over a dozen times with no response They have my credit information and refuse to let me update it to a different card resulting in extra expenses for me because they will not allow me to change my credit card information I have went through every option to contact them and have never received any thing other than a auto response Rage on needs to allow me to change my credit card info and pay for all the extra expenses as a result of their negligence

I initially posted a negative review on here regarding long delivery times and an unresponsive customer serviceHowever, RageOn took the time to reach out to me to clear up any confusionI am very satisfied with their professionalism in this manner and am willing to continue doing business with them

I placed my original order on November 27, 2016, RageON charged my credit card on November 29, - After two weeks and not receiving confirmation of order I contacted them via email - and was told they would check on it - two days later I received a "confirmation" that order have been placed and I would have to wait for order to be fulfilledI sent email, after email on a weekly basis - once I received order number and tracking number I would daily try and track my orderNoted that on December or so they had sent my order - and tried to track it and saw it was being shipped from POLAND - and then was tied up in customs - and as of today - when I tried to track my order this is the message I received when I entered my tracking number:

I placed an order for a custom hoodie on 11-29-for a Christmas giftCustom orders take 7-days to crest, then they should shipIt is 12-17-I have not heard a word from this company regarding statusI have emailed customer service times only to receive an automated message telling me to create an accountThere are at least other complaints about the same issue with this company

On 12/6/I placed an order a shirt On 12/13/the order was finally shippedI used the tracking number provided to check the status of the deliverOn 12/31/I got an email that my shirt was deliveredI went to check the tracking and it says returned to sender
I called RagOn a couple of times to find out where my shirt wasThey told me to check with *** and file a missing item reportThey refused to help me find the package and blamed *** for the delay plus me not receiving my shirtThey assured me that RageOn did provide a correct shipping label and they have proofThe agent said I would get an email with the proofI am still waiting for that
I have constantly emailed them trying to get a refund since I did not receive the itemI have not received any feedback
