I ordered a T shirt online at rageon.com on November 26th and the shirt was never sent I emailed the company and they have not yet shipped my package

I ordered an item at this website on December 2nd In their finrprint it states that the item can take UP TO business days to ship out As you can tell its been way over the business days When I contacted them they told me they would get back to me after they check where my item was After that no information was ever relayed back I contacted them again and I got the same response I noticed on their site that MANY people have complained recently about not receiving their items I had a friend tell me that even during a non busy time that it took them months to receive the item

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I have emailed twice regarding my order placed December as and still has not shippedBoth emails I received back were the EXACT SAME word for word! There are two aspects to my evaluation here:
Their customer service equates to the word apologize ad infinitumI even explicitly asked if the reps could quit apologizing to no avail (unsurprisingly)Their manufacturing process is either garage or lacking quality controlI can't say which because I only ordered one itemThis bandana had large creases that were blank when unfoldedI could understand this happen on the pit of a shirt where there's curvature but this is a flat square piece of fabricThe seams were also coming apart right out the boxFool me once, shame on youI have no intention of shaming myself either

I ordered an "overpriced" item and was told it would take 15-business days to process$for a sweatshirtOn the 19th business day, I wrote an email asking for a refund after the shipping information informed me the item had not even been sent from the facility in POLANDThe day when I needed to use it had passed, so I wanted to get a refundIt's now the 22nd day, still no item, and I receive an automated email saying I will have to pay a 15% restock fee, even though the item is still in the warehouseDo they have to move it from one shelf to the other? Do not waste your money on overpriced apparel

I placed an order and paid for a custom shirt on Sept The order was to get to me within business days It has yet to eve be communicated to me if or when the item has been produced and will ship I have contact the seller many times and they keep telling me that I will get a shipping confirmation 'at the end of the week' That is two weeks ago It is now Oct

I purchased three shirts from this company and all were defectiveTwo they did refund my money, but one they say has acceptable irregularities The one with the acceptable irregularities has large white spots under the arms, which should be green Also the front of the shirt is green and the back whiteThe green bleeds over into the white in placesTheir products are terribleThere is no quality control The shirts they did take back was a fake abs shirt that was nothing like pictured and had nipples the size of silver dollars The other shirt refunded had the image printed through to the back of the shirt, and could be seen when wearingThose two have been refunded, I just wanted to inform you of the quality of the products they are selling
I e-mailed the company as soon as the products arrivedand have been back and forth with them trying to get this resolved

I ordered a shirt from RageOn back on August 28, Two weeks later I received confirmation for shipping, but as I'm sitting here on October 17th I still don't have my product I tried contacting the company multiple times and all I get is the runaround "Shana" told me my product got lost Then, she told me they'd send me a replacement, but nothing I think this company is a fake and I'm worried I'll never get the product or my money back

This site takes forever to make, process, and ship ordersCustomer service either just doesn't care or is overwhelmed with complaints because of how poorly the company is runThey didn't respond to several inquiries and we're not helpful to the one where I did get a responseI tried several times to cancel my order and never received a reply I was forced to dispute the charge with my CC companyDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I placed my original order on November 27, 2016, RageON charged my credit card on November 29, - After two weeks and not receiving confirmation of order I contacted them via email - and was told they would check on it - two days later I received a "confirmation" that order have been placed and I would have to wait for order to be fulfilledI sent email, after email on a weekly basis - once I received order number and tracking number I would daily try and track my orderNoted that on December or so they had sent my order - and tried to track it and saw it was being shipped from POLAND - and then was tied up in customs - and as of today - when I tried to track my order this is the message I received when I entered my tracking number:
NOW this: Now my entire package is missing? I need a refund immediately! *** *** *** Order Number - Tracking Number
