I placed an order on RageOn.com on May 11, 2016, Order Number *** purchasing a custom t-shirt for a friend I used my friend's home address so the gift would be delivered directly to him My friend moved before he received the gift After ordering the gift, I learned that my friend was moving out of his house on June 4, Unbeknownst to me, he moved out on May 31, and stayed in a hotel until June 4, when he moved into his new home
I messaged RageOn.com's customer support on May 31, asking them to correct the shipping address to my friend's new address RageOn.com's customer support told me the item had not shipped at that they will update the shipping address
On June 6, 2016, I received an email indicating that the gift had shipped on May 27, 2016, days prior to RageOn.com's customer service telling me that the gift had not shipped and tat they would ship to the new address

I ordered a t-shirt through Rage On as a potential usage for new products with my businessI displayed my business's custom artwork, with my logo on the shirtEverything looked and fits okay until I realized my logo was cropped out of the shirtI checked the original design of the product on their page and the back side was unedited but the front was changedIf both sides were cropped as the front was then I would know how to change the design and work with themBut since they took the time to edit out my company logo I've become very wary of ever using them again, removing my art from their page, and getting a full refundI've contacted them to resolve this problem so we'll see how that turns outVery very unprofessional and sketchy

This company offered guaranteed shipping on purchases made prior to Christmas I made a purchase on Dec 13, I was immediately charged for the merchandise with a standard shipping time of 7-business days which was fine IF I did not rec'd products by Christmas well 1/17/I have contacted this company by email SEVERAL times about not getting my merchandise I advised that I would contact Revdex.com and I rec'd a response Only after that my products were shipped which is a Decoy if this business is in Cleveland Ohio why would they ship it to Poland where a bogus tracking has been saying my package is since 01/03/and now that website has crashed and no information is further available I have sent emails about returning the money that was charged to my credit card to no avail I have not been able to recoup my money or the merchandise it is not fair being that was a Christmas/birthday gift and I have still not received any thing Please help me!!!

Sounds crazy, but I didn't realize the shirt I ordered was custom because it was already made on their site when I searched for the shirtAfter going back in the emails and pretending to order the shirt again, I found that nowhere did it describe the order as being a custom orderOn top of that, I paid $EXTRA for shipping and it was still lateSo when I finally received the shirt the sizing wasn't accurate and the Medium actually fit like an X-SmallI am not able to return the item now because it is apparently a custom orderVery upset that I wasted all that money and can't get a single thing backNever shopping here again

On 12/6/I placed an order a shirt On 12/13/the order was finally shippedI used the tracking number provided to check the status of the deliverOn 12/31/I got an email that my shirt was deliveredI went to check the tracking and it says returned to sender
I called RagOn a couple of times to find out where my shirt wasThey told me to check with *** and file a missing item reportThey refused to help me find the package and blamed *** for the delay plus me not receiving my shirtThey assured me that RageOn did provide a correct shipping label and they have proofThe agent said I would get an email with the proofI am still waiting for that

This business needs to be taken to task for their terrible customer service and their sub par products I have purchased from RageOn twice now The first time I ordered, I never received the item because of an in-house printing problem The second time I did received the item I ordered, but the quality of the material (shiny 100% polyester) and the horrible printing job (ink bleeding into the fabric) were not anywhere worth the $that I paid for it! They offered me another hoodie with the same image, but they would not guarantee it would be any better than the one they'd already sent me They informed me they could send me another hoodie, or they would send me a gift card for RageOn! This was to be a gift for my granddaughter that I've been trying to obtain since July! I am very disappointed!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I have emailed twice regarding my order placed December as and still has not shippedBoth emails I received back were the EXACT SAME word for word!
