I have not heard anything about an order placed almost a month agoTried emailing their customer support to no responseI am disputing the charge with my bank today

Placed an order(sweater) 1st week of December that was "guaranteed" to arrive in time for ChristmasAs it got closer to the holiday the tracking status had not updated at allAfter several inquiries, I asked for a refund and was told "lets see when the package arrives" firstI thought this was a weird response but I let it goWell, it is now January 22nd and the package has just arrivedHere is the kicker.....it is the wrong sweaterCompletely different from what I originally orderedVery unprofessional and misleading company that cannot guarantee shipping and denies refund requestsDo not recommend at all

I ordered a sweatshirt from Rageon on December 5, as a Christmas giftOn January 7th, I received a package that did not contain the item I orderedI called Rageon, but their phone system was turned off with a message that they can only be contacted by emailI have spent full months trying to return the item I didn't order and receive a refund for the item I never receivedAlthough Rageon has returned my emails each time, there has been no action taken to resolve the issueI spent $on the sweatshirt I didn't receive, had to take time off work to sign for the incorrect item at the post office, and have wasted countless hours emailing Rageon for their assistanceThis is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and we see this as mail fraud and bordering on fraudulent business practice

This site takes forever to make, process, and ship ordersCustomer service either just doesn't care or is overwhelmed with complaints because of how poorly the company is runThey didn't respond to several inquiries and we're not helpful to the one where I did get a responseI tried several times to cancel my order and never received a reply I was forced to dispute the charge with my CC companyDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a shirt at the beginning of Decas a Xmas presentIt didn't arrive until Dec(this after getting multiple newsletter emails (after placing my order) saying..."place your order now and get it before xmas")I never received an actual invoice when I received the "thank you for your order" emailAfter getting my order
The item received is not as pictured on their website.The image on their website did not come close to what I receivedTop right of image (which was key to the image) was completely cut off by the sleeveThe bottom of the image was also cut right offThe edge of the printed image left a very visible black line on the sleeveThe item received is clearly a small image that has been enlarged and therefore is very pixelated which suggests the owner of the original image (*** *** *** ***) did not give permission for reproduction and it was taken off the Internet and enlarged*** has since confirmed that RageOn did not have permission to print this imageOnly Threadless had permission to print this image in a t-shirtTried contacting them multiple times after this for a refund and did not receive a replyThis process has been my worst experience dealing with a company on-lineAvoid them like the plague

I placed an order and paid for a custom shirt on Sept The order was to get to me within business days It has yet to eve be communicated to me if or when the item has been produced and will ship I have contact the seller many times and they keep telling me that I will get a shipping confirmation 'at the end of the week' That is two weeks ago It is now Oct

I ordered an item at this website on December 2nd In their finrprint it states that the item can take UP TO business days to ship out As you can tell its been way over the business days When I contacted them they told me they would get back to me after they check where my item was After that no information was ever relayed back I contacted them again and I got the same response I noticed on their site that MANY people have complained recently about not receiving their items I had a friend tell me that even during a non busy time that it took them months to receive the item

I ordered some short from them on May 10th period it is now almost a month later I have not received any information or guarding my order except for the original tracking numberI have called customer service or email them because they don't even have a calling and received the exact same response from different people And it sucks because the shorts were cool but anyway I would never order from them

I placed an order on RageOn.com on May 11, 2016, Order Number *** purchasing a custom t-shirt for a friend I used my friend's home address so the gift would be delivered directly to him My friend moved before he received the gift After ordering the gift, I learned that my friend was moving out of his house on June 4, Unbeknownst to me, he moved out on May 31, and stayed in a hotel until June 4, when he moved into his new home
I messaged RageOn.com's customer support on May 31, asking them to correct the shipping address to my friend's new address RageOn.com's customer support told me the item had not shipped at that they will update the shipping address
On June 6, 2016, I received an email indicating that the gift had shipped on May 27, 2016, days prior to RageOn.com's customer service telling me that the gift had not shipped and tat they would ship to the new address
I emailed RageOn.com's customer service again on June 6, asking the

Sounds crazy, but I didn't realize the shirt I ordered was custom because it was already made on their site when I searched for the shirtAfter going back in the emails and pretending to order the shirt again, I found that nowhere did it describe the order as being a custom orderOn top of that, I paid $EXTRA for shipping and it was still lateSo when I finally received the shirt the sizing wasn't accurate and the Medium actually fit like an X-SmallI am not able to return the item now because it is apparently a custom orderVery upset that I wasted all that money and can't get a single thing backNever shopping here again

On July 2, I ordered a custom designed tee shirt order #***The order was severely defective and unwearableThe tee shirt had not been laid flat for printing and used an inferior quality shirt which bunchedRageOn claims that the company is not responsible for white spots resulting from improper placement of material for printing or negligence in quality control"We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
Custom Products - meaning any user created product that cannot be restocked
“White marks” on our all over print products"

Your products will come within the window of weeks to neverTry talking to Customer Service for a refund and all they keep saying is to wait and keep checking the trackingMeanwhile the tracking is going backwards! The product was in my home state and now it's back in PolandSame responses every time, just waitNo real people, just automated responsesSuch a joke

I purchased a sweatshirt on 12/11/(order #***) from this company with a expedited delivery before Christmas I did not receive the merchandise by 12/21, I followed up with the company They said they were contacting the "production team" On 12/22, I responded telling them to cancel the order as it was obviously not going to arrive on time I requested a full refundNo response On 12/26, I sent a follow up, requesting confirmation of receipt of my instructions to cancel the order No response On 12/29, I received an email indicating the order has shipped Nothing arrived I followed up on 1/14/- telling them I wanted a refund AGAIN I received a reply that the order was sent before Christmas (really?) but it is "held by custom for review" and "have had many issues but this customs delay is the worst" It further says they are "unable to refund orders in transit" I do not believe I will ever receive this merchandise and would like a full refund

Ordered a holiday item (pillow) for my mom over a month ago, in November and still haven' t receivedTracking says it's holded up in customs For weeks now from POLAND even though they advertise as based in the statesThey ignore my emails and I feel like I've been taken advantage of and robbed It was a specific Christmas gift that will absolutely not come anywhere on timeCompany is terrible and all I want now is a refund as I am very poorSo sad
