I apologize for any confusion on our return policy.  I've included the link to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which is posted in our Help Center on our website for your reference, and will also break it down for you.

Our policy states you will receive store credit or refund to the original payment based on the return.  
 
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment for the following reasons:
-  A wrong item
-  Damaged during shipping
-  Differs considerably from the description on Swap.com
-  If the item you ordered is missing from shipment or the entire shipment is missing.
 
You will receive a refund in the form of store credit for the following reasons:
-  Item is as described
-  Item does not fit
-  You do not like it
-  You just want to return it without a specific reason
 
In this instance you should have received credit back to the original form of payment on both.  I apologize you had not received the $9.00 credit to original payment for the low rise casual pants.  I have gone in and processed the $9.00 credit to your original form of payment this morning.  
We apologize for the inconvenience.

So far I have ordered from this site twice and absolutely love it! The clothes and shoes came just as described and fit per size. All items were in fabulous condition. The shipping was in a very timely matter. I will be using swap.com for ALL future clothing purchases.

Terrific company, great prices, great service, fast shipping! Couldn't ask for anything more.

Swap.com is the worst place to purchase any items from the warehouse is filled with bugs.They sell dirty clothes with bad odors. A few employees have made complaints about going home with bed bugs.

I have been very happy with all I have got,toys,games,clothes. So much better than garage sales .my daughter is also very happy with the clothes I get for my grandkids.with the expense of clothes in store,this is really a big help.gladys and thank you.

I ordered two tops from Swap.com. I am very happy with them. They appear to be like new and, of course, cost a fraction of the new price. Delivery was pretty quick too. I recommend this company.

Swap.com is amazing! The clothes that they sell are accurate to their descriptions. Clothing is cheap and is of great quality. I have been a customer for about 6 months and have never had a issue with them. I will be returning to them.

Great company to purchase from!

On April 19, 14 I received a email stating "if you spend $75 you will receive $25 returned the first week of may. The second week of may came around nothing was refunded. I contacted them and all they said is "I'm on the list". 3rd week of my came around I emailed again and was starting to get very disturbed it took 2 days to get a response and still no date on when my refund would come, just that I'm on the list. Wednesday May 26 I still haven't heard anything. I emailed for the 3rd time at 6am. No response all day Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday night I emailed again and mentioned I'm now being ignored. I wake up Friday morning and I have finally got my $25 credit back @4:14am PST but still no response from swap. I just wanted to complain and let others knows my issue with them. The problem has been resolved but at a expense of a lost, unhappy, and very disturbed customer.

Have bought items three or four times now..... have only had to return a few items, and the return process was easy. Was reimbursed for the item once they received it, or "store credit" once when a dress was "too long". Love the way you can search for only things in the size you are looking for. And, not nearly as expensive as buying brand new clothing! It's the "thrift shop" without having to look through the racks! LOL! Will probably buy more from them!

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive six boxes of items. However, there was only ONE packing slip included for 30 items. There is no list of what was provided. I have spent a week sorting and resorting and checking against my inventory lists. I am still missing items. In addition, tags were removed from many of my items, lowering their sale value.  Since Swap blocked me from any access to my account, I obviously have no way to provide "additional information" such as items numbers. I had mentioned my zutano 3 piece sets NWT that included a halloween costume kit which was removed. These were the only zutano sets that had 3 pieces and were NWT listed on Swap. I am sure someone can look at the items and see rather than attempting to get me to provide information that I obviously do not have and cannot get.  I am missing : a NWT size 5 Twirls and Twigs dress, at least 10 Flap Happy sets (which I had seen listed on your site as your own inventory), a Beetlejuice white and black short set size 6/7, Young Colors zebra print short set girls, Cornelloki NWT gingham dress size 2T and more. I am actually not including the items I had seen listed as belonging to Swap in this list however, since I counted those as gone (stolen) quite a while ago.

I have had nothing less than a positive experience at Swap.com. I have ordered several times and never been disappointed. As far as I am concerned, they are trustworthy. I have told several of my friends about them.

Our return policy changed in April 2016, depending upon the reason for return, you will be issue the funds as a store credit or back to your original funding source. 
When credit is issued, the customer is sent a code to add to his/her account to add the store credit. If an account is...

set up with [redacted], the credit is automatically added.  As an alternative to [redacted], we offer a link login option in which a link is sent to the customer's email to access the account. This is created by going to www.swap.com, click on login/sign up, then on Alumni Login at the bottom right hand corner of the pop-up window. In order to use store credit of any kind, an account needs to be created, it cannot be used when checking out as a guest.We have process the $162 of RMA [redacted] to the original funding source of the customer. If there are other returns that she is inquiring about, we will need to the RMA numbers.

I have ordered from here twice. I'm disabled and have requested assistance several times. I have went to their Facebook page and said stuff And also sent in several requests. At first they were NotKeeping The deal As the price it was. Then I would fill my cart Only for it to be dumped. Then two for two days I tried to place an order Both on the app and the website On a new device of money Both times I was told there was a glitch in the system. The only glitch there is Is the fact they don't want to honor their prices They don't want to have to lower their prices They will say It is one price when really By the time you get to pay for it it's another I screenshot every time this happens Because it got to be Difficult for me to even place an order. I'm only told Glitch in the system Several other people have been told the same thing I'm starting to wonder if there's a glitch in the system 6 times a day That's the only response they know how to give. As of yesterday I had $99 in my cart I get on today and they've all been dumped again This is a bait and switch Situation for anybody. I've seen reviews where people office clothes aren't accepted I would hate to see The clothes that were sent away if they are brand-new because he's close [redacted] And they're not in good condition. Hello Ellen,  We apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had regarding our inbound fees.  Prior to September 1, 2016, if you requested a label from our company to send in items to sell, the fee was $8.90.  After September 1, 2016, the inbound fee for a label increased to...

$11.90.  We received your inbound shipment on April 29th.  The inbound service fee of $8.90 begins to be deducted as you sell items.  Your first payout was on July 25, 2016, in which you sold one item.  That item made you a profit of $3.75, so that was the first $3.75 deducted from your $8.90 fee.  Your second payout was on March 20, 2017, in which you sold one item.  That item made you a profit of $6.75, so $5.15 of this completed your $8.90 fee, and you received a payout of $1.60.  Any additional items you sell at this time will be a profit, unless you send in new items, in which we will need to deduct inbound service fees from.  We hope this helps to clarify the process for you.  Sincerely, Swap.com

The inbound service fee is deducted from the sale of the seller's items.The customer states that she paid $25/box to ship the two boxes in as she does not have a local [redacted] shipping facility to send the box. For all customers who are not local to a shipping facility, we offer to schedule a pick up in which Swap.com pays any extra fee for shipping, paying to ship the box is never required or expected of our customers. To request a pick up, our sellers simply have to contact our support team and a team member can schedule the pick up for a future date.
When items are received in our fulfillment center, each item is inspected to ensure that it is of high enough quality for resale. As a consignment company, we have to consider the quality of the items and how the next shopper would receive them. Unfortunately, not all items can be accepted. It is not personal to the seller.
There is a commission that is taken from the sale of items. The commission is 25% of the sale price + $1.50 per item sold.
