I greatly apologize for any confusion you had with our return policy.  Our policy was updated on April 28th, and the updated policy was available on our website prior to that date as well.  Also at time of checkout, if you click on the green return...

seal, it outlines what return reasons will receive credit back to the original form of payment and when a store credit would be issued.  Currently you have the following store credit on the following accounts:

Account [redacted] - $687.10
1.  RMA - [redacted] - $127.80 to PayPal.  You had $20.40 in missing items that could not be returned as we did not receive them back.  
2.  RMA - [redacted] - $111.80 we applied to PayPal last week due to the timeframe you purchased the items.  You had already had $10.00 from this RMA applied to PayPal. 
3.  RMA - [redacted] - $48.50 in store credit.  Based on the date of this purchase, I could provide you credit back to your original form of payment for the $48.50.  
4.  RMA - [redacted] - $190.20 in store credit.  
5.  RMA - [redacted] - $279.90 in store credit and $47.00 to PayPal.  
6.  RMA - [redacted] - $83.60 in store credit.

I apologize for any inconvenience.  Our Returns and Refund Policy was updated online prior to the change in policy so customers had visibility to these changes.  I've included the link to that policy for your review:

Again, I apologize we cannot reverse the store credit and provide credit to your original form of payment.  Our systems are set up to mirror our policy.  Based on further review of these orders though, I have provided you $48.50 back to your original form of payment due to the timeframe of the purchase.  
As mentioned above, I've outlined the store credit you have on each account, and these are available to utilize immediately and do not expire.

I ordered several items from this site. I was told they would be delivered on certain dates. To my satisfaction: THEY WERE! After dealing with some online companies who only know how to issue excuses, this was SO nice. I will be doing more business with this company in the future. VERY positive experience!!!

Swap.com has been a staple in my life since having a newborn. I can always count on the items to be of good quality and shipped in a timely manner. Items are sorted and placed in a labeled bag prior to being shipped and they arrive as presented. I receive notifications of timely payments to my account when I sell items as well.

In reviewing the returns for the customer, her orders were placed before the date change for the return policy, April 28, 2016. The orders were placed on April 4 and 5, 2016. The customer's request was only about the return, RMA 5[redacted]. However, with further investigation, there is another RMA...

[redacted] that falls within the same circumstance. With this, the customer has been refunded $116 for RMA #[redacted] and $128.40 for RMA #5[redacted]. This has been processed back to the original form of payment through [redacted] Payments. The store credit given originally will no longer be valid to use for any purchases. In the future, any returns for orders placed after the date of April 28, 2016, will be subject to store credit based upon the return reason.

I love this business! They have an amazing selection and even better prices I love that their returns are hundred percent guaranteed. They make it very easy to have a very updated and fashionable wardrobe. I have not only told everybody I know about it but I'm going to start sending my items into be sold as well

I greatly apologize for the inconvenience.  I've reviewed the return again, which is on RMA 872020001.  In reviewing the reasons for the return, I show that $58.98 was due to the reason of (Do Not Like). 
I show one item worth $3.99 was for (Item Not as Described - Item was velour, not fleece).  
Based on our Returns and Refunds Policy which is on our Help Center on our website, and noted in the seal at checkout, it clearly states that if the reason for (Do Not Like) is selected then a store refund would be provided.  That is why $58.98 was issued in store credit.  
Due to the fact the one item was not as described with the material not as stated, that item of $3.99 was credited to your original form of payment.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy changed the end of April, and the updates were online prior to that change.  
I apologize that your original return did not state that any of the items were damaged, which is why the return was processed as it was.  
I also apologize your store credit was not yet available on your purchase of $73.97, which you placed on August 8th.  The return was placed on August 6, and the store credit would not be applied until we received the return back to our warehouse.  Also, when you purchased the $73.97 in merchandise on August 8th, you checked out as a guest.  In order to utilize your store credit, which is now available, please access that under your account [redacted].  This $58.98 will not expire.    
Please make sure you utilize this account for checkout on your next purchase, so the store credit can automatically be applied.

I absolutely love shopping on swap! "Swapping" as I call it. I have bought tons of outfits for my three month old daughter and tons of clothes for myself as well. I have been super pleased with the quality of the items I have bought as well as how fast everything ships to me. The prices are very reasonable and you can find hard to find items like breastfeeding tops. I am a very happy customer and keep coming back to Swap for all of my clothing needs. I will not pay full price for clothes anymore now that I can get such great deals on like new clothes from Swap!

We ordered a Santa house. It was described as being like new. It was in great condition. The box was new and small items were sealed in bags. (gift quality) All pieces were included as described. it was packaged well and arrived quickly. I am glad that we discovered Swap.com.

merchandising team will review the products to determine if they will be accepted or not accepted based on the acceptance criteria which is outlined on our website.  
 
I show on tracking [redacted] you ordered a bag, so the inbound shipping label and bag would have cost you $11.90.  We apologize we are unable to credit you
for your inbound shipping fee.  The reason the inbound shipping fee would not be waived is, the inbound service fee covers shipping and inspection of each item, which
would still have been completed even if the items were not accepted.  
 
Our process online outlines that you could have items that may not be accepted.

Merchandise always rec'd as detailed. Very happy with shipping services and services all around. I am definitely becoming a seller soon. Great expierence. Love the follow up emails thanking me for my purchase.

SCAM. I normally don't write bad reviews. Truly. But I sent 26 items to them to consign after thoroughly reading all the fine print. I only sent 26 as a tester to see if I enjoyed the timeframe/efficiency and to gauge whether or not the time spent was worth the return. I'm glad I only sent in 26 items.
Half were rejected, which I expected - and I chose to donate them. I got an email confirmation of the donation but only that they were donated. They do not tell you where, when or how - nor do they give you a tax receipt. I have a feeling they just go on their clearance rack to be sold.
I set the price for the accepted items, a little higher than normal because I understood that there was a 30% commission fee plus a $1.50 cost per item. Which would leave me with about $0.60 per item after it all is said and done.......So it comes time for my pay out and it says $0.00 because at the END OF IT. They charge you an INBOUND FEE.
Let that sink in.
After all the fees, they took up to a month to send a payout which wound up being ZERO. They're getting consigners new with tags/gently used items for free and then selling it to other people for cheap because it costs them next to nothing. That is also why they don't ask for your checking account, or a preferred method of refund once your items have been accepted because they don't intend on paying you at all. I will never ever ever ever use them again. I would have rather donated these items to a home that truly needed them than to assist in the disrespectful and shameful petrie dish of corporate greed that is this operation.
