Our Returns Department closely reviews the reasons for returns, and if the correct reason was not selected, they will make the appropriate adjustments to the reason for return.  As stated previously, our Returns and Refunds Policy provides store credit or credit back to the original form of payment based on the reasons for the return.  If damaged was selected, and the item was truly not damaged, we will override that return reason.  
If you feel something was not accurate, please provide those specific item numbers and what order or RMA that belonged to and we can review.  
Our store credits do not expire and you may utilize them at any time.

I love Swap.com as a buyer and a seller. They are wonderful people. They have named brand clothing for a Fantastic unbeatable price. I sent about 12 items to sell with them and about six of my items have sold. Shipping is also a plus. They will always have me as a customer.

I am rejecting this response because: this is a lie. I emailed your customer service because the items were not as described and they differ considerably from the description. I need the full refund back to my credit card account. You can't just keep my money and the items I returned. This is fraud. Even the return email I received from you did not state anything about store credit. I need my money back to my credit card!

Absolutely the best way to buy clothing. Filter through a few parameters and have an entire high quality seasonal wardrobe for the price of a few articles you don't really like that you spent hours tracking down elsewhere. Everything ships from one place so you realize huge freight savings. Very well executed site with prompt service and multiple opportunities for settling any problems should they ever arise. I will not buy clothing anywhere else.

Swap.com has become a GO-TO online boutique for me. The options are so current and for every fashion taste level. Items are very reasonably priced and listed accurately - you can filter for items from new with tags to good condition. Every item I've purchased was exactly in condition as described. Even better the shipping is lightning fast. I ordered on a Thursday and got the box Saturday! I love the way they condense the contents into the smallest packaging possible - compact shipping. I recently had to return a few items and the customer service agent was an excellent help [shout out to Jackeline!]. I'm a 100% satisfied customer - pretty much for good!

I have been a buyer and a seller on this site and would highly recommend! They make the process so incredibly easy. I love that when I purchase and receive items they are each bagged, like you would have if you ordered online from a retail store. I've never purchased any items listed as "fair", but I have purchased those listed as "good" and have been very pleased with their condition. I feel like overall their quality control is solid. I was also surprised to see they accept returns, which seems rare in similar sites. I like that the shipping rates are reasonable; I mean where else can you send a box over 50 pounds and only get charged $8? I also like the recent change they made where that amount is deducted from my earnings.

I've spent about $350 on swap.com in the past 2 months. Brand new shoes that fit perfectly - originally $98 for $24. The clothing has all been brand new or gently broken in, but most come with tags. I bought a pair of [redacted] shorts with embroidery for $15.00; the tag attached said $74.50!!! It's crazy great & totally worth the trial. And 100% return if you're not satisfied...send it back.
And I did have one shoe that was new but must have been kept in a poor environment previously...the color started peeling off the stretchy strap on the sandal-but not even noticeable. Well, after I wore them an entire day out shopping, one of the stretch straps came apart where I couldn't fix it. I left an email to customer service just letting them know a $4 product did not last. OMG! They gave me back my $4, plus $2.50 in shipping & told me I had no need to mail them back with sincere apologies from a REAL PERSON!
Amazing company with which to do business! And sales on low-priced items all the time! I'm blessed & gave up on [redacted]. The only improvement would be adding the waist measurements so we KNOW it's gonna fit. I have a few skirts that might be too tight right now, but I'm working to get into them cuz they're gorgeous.
I've not been disappointed at all.

I have ordered from Swap.com several times and have always been pleased with the products as well as the service. I am happy they have made shopping for clothing, etc. so economical.
