I have been shopping with SWAP.com for about a year nowI first ordered from their website and was very pleased with the clothing that I receivedI like the fact that if it does not fit or is not as described, they send out an RMA return label and you can ship it back without paying to have it shipped back for an exchange or refundI have ordered multiple times, even for Christmas gifts and items have been as describedI bought a coat that cost me $and it was new looking, stylish, and very warm and comfortableThis coat would sell for about $retailI had several pieces of clothing that I was going to donate to [redacted] but decided to try and sell them on SWAP to see how that turned outI will have to say that I was disappointed with thatMost of my clothing was rejected and I was told that it had pet hair on itI don't have pets and so I know how the pet hair got on the clothingThey said that the rejects were stained or not fit to sell and that they would be discardedI was offered the choice to have them shipped back to me at a cost, but I did not want to pay to have them shipped back because I did not need them anymoreI looked them over for stains, flaws, or worn, torn, damage, etcSome of the clothing that they accepted was not as nice as some they threw out or whatever they do with itI have read other peoples reviews of a similar experience, so maybe they sell it for a lesser price and get a profit for themselves? I made about $on about pieces of clothingI do know that the person who takes the photos does a fantastic job, and the prices that they charge for inbound shipping are pretty reasonableI love shopping on this site, I have purchased lots of clothing and about scarvesAs far as selling, my experience was not very satisfying but I might give it another try now that I am familiar with the system!
