I am rejecting this response because:  This company owes me 58.00 from a refund they are refusing to issue and they want me to pay out of my own pocket to ship my items back to me when they owe me money. That is criminal.

I greatly apologize for any inconvenience. A message was sent out to our sellers back in January regarding the policy update for non accepted items. I have included that message here for your reviews:

If you would prefer to donate the items, log into your account, click on My Account at the top right hand corner, then click on SureSell and donate. Your items will be displayed in the order that they were added to your account. You will be able to select the rejects that you do not want sent home then click the blue button on the left side of the page that says "Donate selected items."

Lauren was our manager who had sent this communication out in January.  The Gap outfit you sent in was not accepted, and because it surpassed the 14 days based on our policy, this was donated.   and the communication on the policy update that was

I was really excited to order from Swap.com. My first and only order I found two tops, a sweatshirt and a pair of jeans. All for $24 plus free shipping because it was my first time ordering. The package arrived two days before expected which was a plus. All three tops were just as described on the website another plus. However the jeans were listed as women's and they are clearly girls jeans, very small girls jeans. I can return them and get my $7 back but I have to pay for shipping. I think tat of something is listed wrong on a website the customer should not have to pay the return fee. Its not like I ordered the wrong size or color. They are clearly girls jeans I don't even know how they could have been mistaken for women's (size 14 yet). I will suck it up and return them and loose the money since I don't know anybody who has a young girl that could fit into them bit I probably won't order again from them. If they offered to cover the shipping cost then I would probably be a returning customer and give them another try.

The Swap is the best way to swap and buy Children's clothing, toys and decor. I love it. I have been doing business with them for 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have been my number one source for buying my Grandaughter all the things a Grandma likes to buy. I love getting her great qualily clothes that I could never afford to buy a full price. All their clothes are gently used and always make my grandaughter look so good.

Hello M[redacted] We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.  We have seen an increase in business and are actively hiring new people to help with the increased workload.  Typically it can take up to 60 days to process inbound shipments, however due to the increased volume we are a bit...

outside those guidelines.  Currently we are processing inbounds from July 11th.  In reviewing your accounts, I show the following inbounds are awaiting to be processed: Account [redacted](1) inbound we received on 07/13/17(3) inbounds we received on 08/09/17 Account [redacted](2) inbounds we received on 09/01/17 Regarding pricing, we communicated on July 19th, that any inbounds received on or after July 19th, would be on the new commission structure and that we would take over the pricing of items on those.  In addition, that communication provided a 30 days notice to inform our sellers that our Terms of Service was changing, and that anything in our possession as of August 18th (no matter when it was sent in), would be priced by us.  We had to provide a 30-day notice of this so sellers were aware of the changes.  I've included that message in this response.  Dear Sellers,Starting July 19, 2017, we're launching a new, simplified commission model. Based on your feedback, we eliminated the previous $1.50 per item fee and replaced it with simple flat percentages. One exciting new change is we are offering you the option to choose store credit as your compensation, while still keeping the option of a cash payout.All of the changes noted below are in effect forall boxes sent with labels created as of July 19, 2017. Prior shipments will remain under their former commission model and will not be impacted by the new inbound box fees. I Love the whole package that comes with the website Swap.com.
If you are selling, buying or trading merchandise it is a great site to visit.
I would recommend it to everyone I know and then some. It has really fast responce time when ever you have a question regarding anything so you should give a look. :)

I am in love! My 5 year old has decided that only really long skirts will do. This is not the direction manufacturers are going right now, so it has been a real challenge to find any.

I checked out Swap.com, hoping to be able to guess the length of the skirts based on the photos. I COULD! All of the skirts and dresses I found and received met the length test! (yes, they all drag on the floor while she walks, so it's a real winner!) I couldn't even get my seamstress mom to make them this long. She has standards.

Not only was it easy to shop, payment was simple, the shipment arrived all together and on time, and it all came clean and ready to wear.

So thank you, Swap.com! I now have a daughter who will get dressed in the morning without crying that none of her skirts are long enough!

I am even tempted to try to find some clothes for my toddler and myself!

I've had excellent experience with this company. They send good quality merchandise within the week of an order! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 2 items from swap.com. Items didn't arrive in timely fashion. When I finally did receive the items, neither item was as it was described. One sweater was 3 sizes too small (said it was a 5T but in actuality it barely fit the 18 month old neighbor). The other was supposed to be a dress (as they described it) but it was actually a shirt that was completely covered in hair.

I will be returning both items so let's see if their return process is any better than the purchasing process.

I had an amazing experience with swap.com. The products were in great shape. If anyone has problems with the materials they received it's because they did not read the full description of the material. I will definitely be ordering from them in the very near future.

I just had my first order 13 days ago and it was a very good purchase. Very good deal with free shipping and tons of items to choose from. What I received was exactly what I saw in the pictures and did read in the description...except they were even better looking. I could not tell some of the items were used and they were packed so neatly and individually named on etiquettes that I really appreciated it. The shipping was very fast, the delivery took a while. I already placed a new order...I know I have a new addiction!
I really like all the promotions they launch, which allows to often have free shipping (very important to me).
I highly recomment this business and I sure will keep going to it for my needs.
