Purchased products on 1/6/and was quoted an expected ship date of 1/20/As of today 2/10/I still have no product nor a refund no shipping informationI have messaged the seller multiple times via email and Facebook and never received a response

I placed a order in August for items over They still have not arrivedI have emailed, wrote facebook post and messagesStill have yet to receive a response on my orderThey have responded to other's post, so they have to be seeing mine alsoI just want a refund at this pointThis is not how you handle businessWish I would have read reviews before spending my money with this company

I sincerely believe you like scamming people out of their moneyI will also be opening up a PayPal disputeI will not be satisfied until I have my money backThis has been a total nightmare Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry that the situation had to escalate to what it did and that you feel we were overly dramatic about it but you tried to cheat me out of my hard earned money and that I do not take lightlyWe actually talked to several other ladies and a gentleman who also ordered months ago that never received their stuff or a refund and got the same run around as I did! I placed an order for car charms on May 2ndI paid my invoice the same dayMy receipt had an estimated ship date of May 20thToday is July 16thAfter reaching out to them through numerous emails, phone calls, and facebook posts, that were all unreturned, I have been blocked from their facebook pageI have wasted $of my hard earned money with a company who has no respect for their customers, and they are now $richer thanks to meI WOULD NEVER recommend any of my family or friends to order from this companySuch a total waste of my time and money

[redacted] has already been refunded because she keeps harassing our owner, our business and our customersWe want nothing to do with herPlease stop contacting us!

This woman has already contacted us several times and stated to "not worry about it" when it comes to her order, even though we have offered to help her and explained our refund processDays after she told us she didn't want our help, she demanded a refund againWe have already sent her a check via mail, with proof in an email, but she claims she hasn't received the photoNow, because she hasn't received the check yet, she emails us, harassing our owner, every day, multiple times a dayIf you are unsatisfied with our company, that is fine, but that does not allow you permissions to harass us day in and day out threatening us just to get your wayThis will be our only response to her because we have already emailed her times stating her refund is on the way

I ordered my item the end of March it was supposed to be shipped April 8thI never got any shipping infoI messaged them and emailed them several timesThey would never get back with me and they would delete mine and other customers comments that was asking about their ordersIt's now May 20th and still haven't heard from themSo I called my bank and filed a claim to get my $backJust wanted to let everyone know this company is a joke

Great company!! I've ordered from here and have sent several friends to order from here as well!

I placed an order with them on August I also paid that dayI was told they were shipping my order out on September On September was the very last time I have been in contact with themSince that day I have sent countless emails, called and left messages, sent Facebook messages, and have written on their Facebook page and absolutely no response It's a very tacky way to run a businessFor example what kind of business tells you they'll return your phone calls within 24-hours or email you back within 24-hours? Plus they delete your comments off their Facebook page when you post on there about your orders and not receiving themI'm very very disappointed with the way she *** *** runs her businessI will never order from her agian nor recommend anyone to her

This company is a jokeI ordered a car charm from their etsy store and never received itI found them on Facebook and sent them a message letting them know what my situation was and they never respondedI commented on their posts and they still wouldn't respondThey would delete my commentsI noticed many other people leaving the same comments as myself and wondering where their order wasAll the comments would be deletedI finally had to get ugly with them and they finally sent me a message back with some excuse as to why I hadn't received itThat was the last time I heard from themI continued to leave comments and they continued to delete themThey wound up blocking me and I had no way to contact themI filed a claim with etsy and was able to get my money backI feel so sorry for all of the people that spend their hard earned money on this company's items to only be scammedIt's digustig

If you felt you had adequately made up for stealing my money for months and never sending my product, why did you state that you had already sent a replacement with an additional gift card?
You lied for months about my orderThen, you lied about sending the replacement BEFORE my dispute was filed.
Are you also failing to recognize that you sent me an inferior product (for the items that I did receive)? Why would I want to spend a gift card to then be lied to, again, and receive an inferior product, again? If you can't acknowledge lying to your customers and providing poor quality work, then your 'gift cards' are worthlessAnd potential buyers deserve to know this.
Whether or not you unblock my personal Facebook page from your business page, doesn't mean I can't have the order placed in another manner to redeem the gift card.
So, no, that is not a sufficient response.
