Never order from this company! Still haven't received my order from January doesn't return messages emailsAnd when you post comments on Facebook she just deleted and never responds

I hate to say this but this particular business has been such a headache to work withI placed an order and they forgot about mine on pick up day so I shot them a message to try and figure out another time I could get mine and no one answered me for days and when I would ask about it on their facebook page (where all the orders are taken) they would delete my questions and several others complaints about the same exact issueAt this point my money was already taken and I felt helpless so I had to file a claim through PayPalI guess the owner took that as a threat and got back to me once the claim was filedShe said "oh your piece you ordered was at pick up! I can meet you tomorrow evening to get it" so me being naive I met her and she gave me my piece that I ordered and the paint was wet with finger prints all over itNeedless to say she had literally JUST finished it and it was not at pick up the first timeIm disappointed in this business to say the leastBeware

The customer filing this complaint has already received the item he purchasedWe have attached proof of delivery, and we feel that we have done what we were supposed to do on our part by delivering the item that he paid for

The customer has already been refunded in full for the amount of the item and the amount of the shipping feeWe have already started processing a replacement item for her so this is an incorrect statement on her part

business owner that weeks ago we had a problem with a woman harassing all customers, who might I add was never a customer of ours, and now after she has messaged nearly all of our customers, we are getting claims from the Revdex.com because instead of looking for tracking being posted to the page they jump to conclusions that it hasn't been sent and file a claim for no reasonAnyways, this item has already been sent! DO NOT ORDER from this company! I have not heard from them in about a month, they have ignore my voicemails, emails, and comments on FacebookThey actually delete every comment I leave regarding my orderMy "expected" shipping date was 7:28, and it's now September 10thAnd I still don't know when I will receive my orderI order a hospital door sign for my friend who was due the first week of September and sadly I could not give it to herI also ordered a sign for the babies nursery and I still don't have itI am beyond disappointed with this commonlyI have asked for my money back numerous but of course I have been ignoredDo yourself a favor and find a different monogram company

Those are more lies! Just like I've been waiting on my product for 6 months that she never sent. Now I'm waiting on money she never sent and has no intentions of doing so apparently because it has been over two weeks since she said she mailed it. I sent mail to Canada in 7 days, my check should have been here long ago. I wanted to let my bank get my money back since you can obviously not trust [redacted] but they couldn't because it has been too long because I did trust her and should have went to my bank a month after it didn't arrive. I would not be in this situation if I had not trusted her. The order I placed in November for Christmas didn't come until March and 3 out to 9 were broken. Yes it is my fault I purchased from her again because I trusted her. It now has gone too far and much too long and I just want her to really send my money so I can be done with this. It is my money and I want it back.

[redacted] has already been refunded before she even filed this claim due to how she spoke with our staff. We granted her a full refund and she has already been provided the information that we attached here.

VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Placed and paid for an order in APRIL 2016... The money was taken out of my account and it is now DECEMBER and I still have not received my order! Getting in contact with them has been horrific, emails and messages not responded to and no phone number available to call... Still have not received the where abouts on my order.

Awesome business with beautiful designs. Friendly staff and great quality product.
