The customer has been refunded fully via check sent by mail. Our payment processor will not allow an electronic refund due to the payment date being over 60 days ago.

Item has already been sent to customer and should arrive before the end of this week.

There was one item damaged by UPS and a replacement was already sent. Why would you wait 4 months to notify us that you haven't received the replacement? it, an email to notify us would have been helpful. Not waiting 4 months down the road and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I will not be providing a refund because it was 4 months ago and I am just now hearing of this. I will send a remake of the 1 item that was damaged, but you will be required to sign for UPS if We are going to send you an item on us; we need to make sure you received it and that the package was placed in your hands. Also, since you apparently didn't receive the replacement, you will need to confirm your shipping address for us again since it has been so long.

Placed an order and paid. Never received product.

[redacted], I am completely satisfied with my refund. I actually received it in full yesterday, but it took going to the lengths that I did to get that refund! I am sorry that the situation had to escalate to what it did and that you feel we were overly dramatic about it but you tried to cheat me out of my hard earned money and that I do not take lightly. We actually talked to several other ladies and a gentleman who also ordered months ago that never received their stuff or a refund and got the same run around as I did! So for that exact reason I DID believe it was a scam business! I have copies of all the conversations that were had. It seemed that the only people who said they were satisfied with their services and items were local woman who could pick it up. The number of complaints you listed is a bit exaggerated because that many people were never even talked to. Sending a message telling what happened when I ordered from your company and how I felt about it and engaging in normal conversation is not harassment. Three of the ladies, who were local, were the only ones that were spoke to who were satisfied with the business and said they received what they bought and 6 people that were spoke to had recently ordered with swoon had been done the same way that I had. Like me, Some of them were blocked from the Facebook page as well. I got my money back, finally after two months! I am satisfied and am ready to close the complaint. I just hope this doesn't happen to anymore of swoons customers. The entire situation was very stressful, very time consuming, and I didn't have $100.00 to throw away for months with nothing in return! I'm glad to have my refund and that I do not have to waste anymore of my time trying to get it back!

I didn't know how all this worked. She emailed me numerous times and asked me if I had received any of her emails. I was working and could not check my email every 5 minutes like she obviously expected. When I did she asked me if I had received any of her emails and I said no. When I looked back I saw them all. She only sent you the conversation of where I said I had received them but made it sound like I ignored them. We did have a conversation where I said I would drop the complaint if we could come to some kind of agreement. She can send me my order that I am happy with and I will cancel my complaint. I have attached the emails between us.

I was blocked once I said that I reported them to the Revdex.com. Their customer service is horrible and I will not buy from them ever again and will encourage everyone I know not to as well. I would like my refund. Don't lie and day that you're gonna send it and don't. This company is a joke and clearly I'm not the only person who has had this problem. I ordered my item on October 6th. It's been 2 months! It doesn't take that long to do anything without giving the customer an update. You can't be harassed when you took my money and didn't deliver my product. I won't be done with this until I receive my money back. The police is involve and I will tell every news outlet.

We have already provided the tracking numbe and photo proof of this item being shipped.

Purchased 2 products on 1/6/2016 and was quoted an expected ship date of 1/20/2016. As of today 2/10/2016 I still have no product nor a refund no shipping information. I have messaged the seller multiple times via email and Facebook and never received a response.

Swoon...

& Co says they mailed it 2 weeks ago and posted tracking on their Facebook page. I have checked and double checked and no tracking for me was posted, so that was a lie. I am a paying customer and can't get a response on Facebook via comment or messages or through email but they sure do respond quick when I filed a complaint on here. Just either send the bow or refund my money...please.

After reviewing the customer's recent response, we have decided that we will gladly unblock her from her business page so that she may use her gift card. We expect there to be no foul language used again. However, we feel we have already compensated her monetarily to make up for the incident. She will be allowed to use her gift card if she chooses to, but again, we assume that there will be no negativity, drama, or foul language on our page, as we choose not to take part in that.

After the amazing customer service I was given I HAD to leave a review. When I think small business in the south I think of hospitality. Personal and efficient. That is exactly what I experienced with Swoon & Co. I just purchased for the first time. I got a great door hanger (mason jar) for an amazing price. Swoon was kind, personal, and service oriented with every single interaction. The owner went out of her way to accommodate my schedule because for several reason I couldn't make the scheduled drop offs. Swoon responded quickly, helped me make a decision on a piece, sent out the invoice as promised, sent a reminder, and met the time frame outlined for production. With so many orders I know that was not an easy task. The quality of work that went in to this piece on both production and service have forever won me as a repeat customer.

We do not feel that we are obligated to credit the customer $50. The order that was placed on February 3, 2015 was received by the customer. When she received her order, she even sent us pictures of it saying that she was satisfied with the item. After the mixup wth UPS, she was told she would...

receive store credit to compensate for the delay in her order due to the mixup. However, we are not obligated to offer store credit, and we feel that we were only obligated to give her what she paid for, which we did. In the meantime, her husband also sent us threatening emails, in which we responded kindly telling him we would take care of the matter, and we did. She placed another order on April 16, 2015, using her store credit that we generously gave to her to make up for the delay, plus an additional remaining balance of $17.80, which she paid. After seeing the customer post hateful comments regarding our company on social medial, we decided to refund her $17.80 and discontinue business with the customer. We feel that we have the right to refuse service to someone who is bashing our company in any way. We refunded her own money that she spent on her last order, and she received the first order that she placed. Therefore, we feel we have done everything as we are supposed to.

refund being placed; however, it is being placed to the wrong person and wrong card number, ; if they think it is me. Therefore, they did not refund me and refunded someone else. The last four of the card number is not the same as mine, Swoon & Co is refunding someone with a visa card, not MasterCard and the details for that order is not the same as the details as mine. In conclusion, they still have not refunded me my money that they claim they have.

I am a first time buyer from Swoon & Co and with that being said, my first and LAST time ever buying from them. I have never seen such an unprofessional company. I placed and paid for my $100+ order first week of March. Was given the estimate ship date of 3/25/16. Here we are on 4/26/16 still no item. I have reached out over 15 times through Facebook, email, and calling the store trying to find out just an update on my item and they couldn't even give me that. I want my money back, if I need to get an attorney involved I will. Horrible management and customer service skills. The fact that not one person could get back with me out of the 15 times ive tried politely reaching out is disguting and I feel so sorry for anyone who is scammed by them.

Revdex.com:ATTENTION: my claim was not for no reason. I checked the page everyday and have no reason to lie. I received my item Monday and my tracking was just posted Saturday! I don't know who they are referring to in harassment but it certainly was not me. I've seen other comments of customers complaining about the communications and one customer even stated when they posted publicly about the harassment that if they responded to customers it wouldn't happen. This post was about someone contacting their families and I don't even know the owners name and am in a different state! I only sent emails to the business page asking for tracking! I have no reason to ruin a business and these lies are absolutely ridiculous I didn't receive tracking information until I filed my claim and even sent 2 emails stating that if I didn't receive communication and money/purchased item I would claim and didn't get a response. I hate that they are getting harassed it puts stress on the business but if they can't handle the orders and such they need to quit worst company I've ever dealt with and most disrespectful. Please let me know where I can submit my proof of emails and the fact that they are lying and bribing customers and not following through with it. I really hope something is done about this company!!!
