I just received notification that this claim was closed because the customer was satisfied and acknowledged that I had sent her emails and she didn't see them because she wasn't checking her inboxWhich is it?! So again, I have attached where she has acknowledged that all emails were received by her once she checked her email

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am satisfied with this response, although, she originally told me that she would not refund my money or replace the product She said I'm sorry for any inconvenience and didn't seem to care about what the customer thought, even though it was her OWN mistake I stated COB and she took it on her own to produce a product with CBO and put it that way on the invoice She never admitted that she was wrong, she accused me of being wrong, instead She said that I should have paid more attention to the invoice I was sent and that it was her business' policy not to replace it It was only after I made a post about her business on FB that I was refunded my money, in fullWhen other people contacted her about my particular situation They thought it was wrong, as well If the business is at fault, it should be her place to refund or replace the product All I originally had asked for was a replacement with the correct initials This morning, I received a phone call from Ms*** *** She stated that the Revdex.com had contacted her and that she had already refunded my money, but would replace my product I just want to make sure that other people aren't done the same way I would call that fraud, she took my money and didn't want to replace or refund, it was only after I contacted Revdex.com, that she made that offer So, correction, it would be her that was in the wrong.

*** *** was provided a full refund on 3/at harassing multiple customers and getting her friend *** *** to comment on every single post with gals accusations to our customers*** also has crossed the line and contacted myself on personal accounts, my boyfriend and family members
as well with threats and harassing remarksShe has been blocked on all forms of communication except for email and the telephone*** was provided proof of her refund yesterday afternoon but for some reason her and her friend *** continue to harass me and my business pageI have emailed her twice now asking that she please stop this behavior and she has insisted that she can say whatever she wants and message whoever she wantsOur last resort is getting slander and harassment charges filed on her because she said yesterday "Thank you that's all I wanted" when we sent her confirmation of her refund via email, yet she still continues to harass the pageI have attached a copy of her refund and again, I ask that she no longer contact me, my family or the business page

This company is a SCAM!!! Avoid!!!! Ordered 9/& paid same day $24" monogram for nurseryTold 2-weeks production and estimated ship date was 10/After 10/passed w no updates I emailed 3x and fb messaged 2xI was subsequently BLOCKED from the fb page and NO communication or update ever!!!!! No item as of 11/SCAMMERS!!!! Also, friend on fb SAMe situation and she submitted info to FOx ATL! This is a pattern not an isolated event!

Customer was blocked from commenting on page, but can still view all aspects of it, for harassing messages to our ownerOnly form of contact now is email or phone

We had to make are customers aware of what was going on because over customers have complained about both *** and *** harassing them on the business pageWe addressed the situation because if not, we would then have complaints that people are getting responses from us which in fact is he fault of these two women for reporting everything we postWe WILL NOT be shutting our business down by any means because we have 100s of customers a month that are satisfied with their items and post pictures of them every single dayThese two women think they are some type of vigilanty by making up accusations and telling people my company isn't realI am a real person who runs a real business with real customersWe have been in business for over years and will not be shutting our doors any time soon just because two women, one who is not even a customer, choose to harass everyone on our business pageYour refund proof has been sent to you multiple times ***, so I do not know what else you want from meCall your bank and see when it is scheduled to clearI told you Square processes refunds in 3-business days so if you have any questions on their refund process, call themI am done discussing this matter because unlike these accusations, I have a REAL business to run and orders to get out in a timely mannerSince when is a FULL refund not good enough?

Swoon and Co has a wonderful siteThey were very quick to reply to my messages and questionsThe turn around time is very reasonableThe pieces are reasonable priced and they run some awesome sales

After reviewing the customer's complaint, we decided that we do not feel that we should be obligated to issue the customer any further refundsOn February 13th, the customer ordered items: a 24" Vine Monogram, a 24" Single Letter Monogram, and a Car CharmShe was charged $shipping (our
shipping fee is $plus an additional $for each item), so the customer was actually undercharged $for shippingThe 24" Vine Monogram that she ordered is regularly $70, she was charged $for a sale that we were runningThe 24" Single Letter Monogram is regularly $35, and she was also charged $for this item, due to the sale we were runningThe Car Charms are regularly $20, and she was only charged $She placed the second order on February 18th, in which she ordered a 24" Minnie Mouse head for $30, which is regularly $She was charged for shipping on this item because it was placed days after the first order, putting the order into a different ship date than the first order, which is why she was charged another shipping feeOnly of items arrived in the first shipment, and we admit thatAs soon as she messaged the our Facebook business page, I responded to her the next dayI, the owner, contacted her on my personal facebook page and let her know that we would be refunding her for the Single Letter Monogram that was not sent, and that we would also be sending her a gift cardThe customer responded back (screenshot attached) and said that she would have been satisfied with either and not bothWe still refunded her $for the Single Letter Monogram, plus gave her a $gift card, which we feel more than compensates for our mistakeAs for the quality of the product, we have attached a screenshot showing where the customer tells us that she was in no way unhappy with the items she receivedIn fact, she states that she is VERY happy with her piecesPertaining to the customer's comments being deleted on our Facebook business page, we deleted her comments due to the very vulgar words that she used (screenshot attached)We would rather not have that type of language on our business pageIn conclusion, we feel that we have compensated her for our mistake, and that we in no way should be obligated to keep her vulgar posts on our page
