This woman has already contacted us several times and stated to "not worry about it" when it comes to her order, even though we have offered to help her and explained our refund process. Days after she told us she didn't want our help, she demanded a refund again. We have already sent her a check...

via mail, with proof in an email, but she claims she hasn't received the photo. Now, because she hasn't received the check yet, she emails us, harassing our owner, every day, multiple times a day. If you are unsatisfied with our company, that is fine, but that does not allow you permissions to harass us day in and day out threatening us just to get your way. This will be our only response to her because we have already emailed her 3 times stating her refund is on the way.

This matter has already been resolved on our business page where we do business.

Accent Peace continues to blame their mistake on UPS. Originally, I placed two orders with this company at the same time. One was received in the box correctly and the other was the wrong item. The business put these both in the box so it was in fact their mistake. Second, my husband did not in any way threaten the business. He is in the army and would never handle a situation that way. Perhaps you should share the email or re read it because you are incorrect. Also, you have no evidence to support that I made any sort of hateful comments on social media. I posted an honest review on your business which was deleted. Actually, y'all had quite a few negative reviews and I assume that is why you deleted all the reviews. Customer service is an area in which Accent Peace is lacking. They continually blame customers for their mistakes. I hope in the near future your efforts are more towards customer satisfaction instead of making more orders than you can handle.

Customer has been refunded in full.

The tracking number for this item was posted over 2 weeks ago. The customer did not see it and messaged us questioning her order in which we responded right away. I have attached a picture of the shipment with tracking as well as the conversation that we had with [redacted] sending her the tracking...

information. It's not really fair to file a complaint just because your package hasn't arrived yet through the postal service. If we have sent it and provided tracking, then its whereabouts are out of our control. Thank you.

I placed an order for 2 car charms on May 2nd. I paid my invoice the same day. My receipt had an estimated ship date of May 20th. Today is July 16th. After reaching out to them through numerous emails, phone calls, and facebook posts, that were all unreturned, I have been blocked from their facebook page. I have wasted $43 of my hard earned money with a company who has no respect for their customers, and they are now $43 richer thanks to me. I WOULD NEVER recommend any of my family or friends to order from this company. Such a total waste of my time and money.

Yes, I received what I paid for exactly ONE MONTH after I was supposed to. On the letter you sent me, it stated you received my payment March 23 and it was to be finished and delivered by April 6. It also shows that this piece of paper was printed on March 23, 2015. If the car charm had been made and sent out the first time your business supposedly shipped it, you would have had no way of having it still printed from March 23rd. That piece of paper would also "have gotten lost by the USPS" somehow mysteriously. When I finally did receive the car charm, it looks terrible. I want my money back. Your company did absolutely nothing that it said it would do. I believe a four year old child could paint a piece of wood better than how this looks. The edges are all rough and it looks like an absolute mess. How could you possibly send this out to someone after it already being over four weeks late AND then it looking like a total disaster and you think think it's okay? I sincerely believe you like scamming people out of their money. I will also be opening up a PayPal dispute. I will not be satisfied until I have my money back. This has been a total nightmare.

Customer has already received a full refund as of last week.

[redacted] has already been refunded because she keeps harassing our owner, our business and our customers. We want nothing to do with her. Please stop contacting us!

In April 2016, I purchased 2 products from Swoon & Co. After several months of trying to contact them & sharing a few emails here & there assuring me my package would be on the way, I have yet to receive the item. On October 18th, I was sent a nasty message from the owner, Jennifer Pierce, saying that my item was never shipped out b/c I "refused" to give then my address. I have kept all of the emails & it shows that I sent my shopping address in the same exact email with my payment. Funny that my payment of $113 was reviewed but my address wasn't. I resent the address anyways & here we are, 3-4 weeks later with an empty promise of receiving the items that I have paid for. I have tried calling the number they have listed, but it has either been changed or I have been blocked. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
