*** reached out to our support team on 10/** with a cancellation and refund request because Game Pass was not live for him it was for him in the pastHe had purchased Game Pass Domestic (GPD) instead of Game Pass Rest of World which is why games were not live*** received an automatic
response that he was in queue for our team to review his cancellation and refund request.On 10/** our team responded with a denial of his refund as he had purchased his subscription on 08/** and his request was outside the grace period for requesting a refund.After reviewing his Revdex.com complaint our customer service reached out to ***to ask how he managed to purchase a GPD subscription within JapanHe responded and was saying he was just visiting the U.Sfor a few weeks.We reached back out to him a few more times to see if he was still travelingWe had not heard from him yet but still went ahead and canceled and refunded his subscription to GPD as it was not going to be a subscription he could use within Japan

There has been a lot of confusion with this user and his complimentary Season Ticket Member Game Pass subscriptionThe season ticket promo codes are only available for Game Pass domestic within the United StatesHe was refunded on 9/* for a purchase made within the preseasonHe then successfully applied his promo code to his *** account for access on 9/**This subscription is only available for access within the United States and we do not provide any promo codes for access outside of the United States. We have reached back out to *** to let him know that if he wants to have continued access to Game Pass while he is within Europe, he will need to purchase a European subscription as his subscription will not be accessible within EuropeWe let him know that we will work with him when he gets back to the United States if he has any issues accessing the subscription he has for Game Pass Domestic

This user originally reached out to our support team November *** asking for a refund for his renewal last seasonOur team denied his request as it came outside of the time period permitted under the terms and conditions. This user then renewed again and reached out on August ***
asking for cancellationHe claimed that the original purchase came from Europe so we forwarded it to DeltaTre (the operator of our European Game Pass product) for them to cancel and refund his subscriptionDeltaTre could not find an account so I forwarded it back to the operator of the US Game Pass product and they located his subscription that originally was purchased using a Australian IP address.Our team has now processed the cancellation and we have refunded him for this season's purchase ($72.99).We hope this resolves his complaint
