Mike E came to my home to fix the furnace He let me know when he would arrive, was on time, and very polite He did a thorough check of the furnace and showed me where the problem wasHe was very knowledgeable and finished the job quickly

Have had bi-annual service on my furnace/ air conditioner for the last several years TR Miller technicians are always polite and knowledgeable the technicians explain what they are doing and what they are checking for, if a part needs to be replaced they explain what is wrong or could go wrong

Mike Ewas our service tech and he explained our A/C problem so we could make an informed decision as to how to proceed He fixed our problem as bet he could so we would have a cool home and scheduled an appointment for installation of a new A/C as ours was old and complete repair would have been too costly

I just had a new A/C and Furnace installed I was extremely please with the service They were all very professional and took the time to explain how the systems work I would highly recommend them for service
