I had an inconsistant problem with the furnace where it was attempting to fire up, but after 10-seconds it would produce a rather loud knocking noise for 5-seconds and then shut down, all would be quite for another 5-sec and then the sequence would repeatMike Ecame out, he identified the problem quickly, showed me exactly how he was fixing it, and gave me recommendations on how to prevent re-occurrence in the futureHe was very efficient in the way he worked, very knowledgeable, extremely clean and if the problem does re-occurr within days, it will a free service call when he comes back

Mike was extremely knowledgable and courteous; not to mention he showed up early for our appointment which was a pleasant surpriseHe quickly identified the problem with our AC unit, explained it to me and what needed to be done to fix itHe then completed the work in a very efficient mannerOnce he realized that I had some engineering background, he even invited me to watch him perform the repairHe is a top notch technician and I will ask for him personally on all future work

On this particular occasion I lost air conditioning on the weekendI called as soon as they opened on Monday at 7:AM to request a service callI was told that a morning service call was not possible but there was a possibility that a late afternoon call was possible if scheduling permittedMike *arrived at approximately 5:PM and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired itHe has been to our house before for routine furnace check-upsMike *Is always very thorough and explains everything he is doing

My AC was going out, I called TR Miller and they had someone out that same day They then scheduled the new AC installation for the same week and Connor and Sean did a spectacular job from start to finish!
