I had an inconsistant problem with the furnace where it was attempting to fire up, but after 10-seconds it would produce a rather loud knocking noise for 5-seconds and then shut down, all would be quite for another 5-sec and then the sequence would repeatMike Ecame out, he identified the problem quickly, showed me exactly how he was fixing it, and gave me recommendations on how to prevent re-occurrence in the futureHe was very efficient in the way he worked, very knowledgeable, extremely clean and if the problem does re-occurr within days, it will a free service call when he comes back

Our AC quit workingTR Miller had a tech on site the next morningMike patiently explained everything he was checking and the implications of his findingsAfter a thorough examination of both the AC and furnace, he went through the four options for dealing with the problem-twiceHe then answered questions and quoted the charges for all optionsOur systems were years old, years above average life of the system and year above the manufacturer's expected life of the systemWe opted for replacement of both AC and furnaceThroughout the experience, Mike was polite, patient, and quite knowledgeableWe have been dealing with TR Miller for years and have always been happy with their service and attention to our needs
