When Ben and Mike came to our home to instal our Boiler, we were immediately put at ease by their assuring and friendly manner They did a great job and left everything neat as a pin Our questions and were fully explained, and Ben and Mike filled us in on what we needed to know Very professional and showing much diligence to detail, and the results were great My wife and I were fully satisfied with their work and highly recommend Ben and Mike

TR Miller has cleaned and repaired my furnace and a/c for about yearsMike Ecleaned the furnace recently ad was courteous and knowledgeableHe offered no-pressure suggestions for possible future problems and an estimate

Zach called before coming and arrived early which was great He arrived in a company van dressed in company-issued attire He explained what he would do, but said he would first address specifically what we had identified as the problem He quickly found the problem, fixed the chewed through wires, tested the rest of the system, and had everything up and running perfectly within minutes He explained everything clearly and answered all questions Great experience!

Mike did an excellent job - he was professional and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with my AC

I had furnace trouble on December 23rd at 11pm with family coming on Christmas Eve I contacted TRMiller asking for a very straight forward, knowledgeable technician named Bill who serviced my furnace years agoto my amazement Bill called me back and said he would be there in minutes On a night with temperatures in single digits, Bill fixed the problem and had heat back on by 12:amBill suggested an annual maintenance of the entire system as I have never had one since the *** *** unit was installed years ago I called T.R, Miller after the holidays and scheduled an appointment A service technician named Cody performed a complete inspection, testing included, then the maintenance He then gave a very honest evaluation Cody said that the furnace, being years old, is at the outer edge of its life even for a *** *** brand I might get another - years, but more frequent service calls, replacement parts are likely I asked him to send me with a quote in the upcoming days I received the quote and compared it to others I had obtained TRMiller's price was lower with a higher btu and efficiency rating unit They also included additional rebates and my service call fee refunded with purchase I purchased the unit and the installation appointment was scheduled quickly in the up coming days Christian and Mike were the installers and showed up promptly They were courteous to me and respectful of my house and all the belongingsFloors, carpeting, walls and furniture were protected, both during removal and installation They opted to work through their lunch in order to have extra time for testing and clean up With the furnace in and clean up done final testing was next During testing the furnace ran perfectly They wanted to take it a step further and walk down all gas lines through out the home They discovered issues and potential problems to the garage gas heater, grill and gas fireplace due to the existing gas lines that were installed in the 1950's They contacted *** Miller, president of T.RMiller, to explain the issue *** graciously provided me Christian, Mike and all materials needed to correct the problem the next day, free of charge If I had a team like ***, Bill, Christian, Mike and Cody ...........I start my own TRMiller and be a very successful business !! So sorry for this lengthy review, but I wanted to qualify my star plus rating to all
