Tarrant Roofing

Tarrant Roofing replaced my roof several years ago. Installation went well, products were quality. I have discovered some issues with the installation. Some leaks that have gone undetected. Tarrant never completed any follow up on their work. I have attempted several calls to have someone look at the issue. I cannot get anyone to return my call. The first rule of customer service is customer contact. Do Not expect this company to provide any customer service.

Working with Tarrant Roofing was a great experience. Kelly *** did an amazing job coordinating the installation of my new roof, gutters and downspouts. Whenever I had any questions or if there was an issue with the process, Kelly was always very responsive and helpful no matter when I called or texted her. The guys working on my roof did a great job as well. Very professional and hard working company and I do recommend Tarrant roofing.

I was skeptical at first when they knocked on my door and offered to help me start an insurance claim, but they were super helpful and walked me through every step of the process without any problems. I was able to successfully file a claim and got a new roof, gutters/downspouts, and my fence was pressure washed and sealed. It was a lot of work for not a lot of money. They have gone the extra mile to help me with any issue I've asked about. Tarrant Roofing is professional and friendly and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

I was selling my house and needed the roof replaced. They were quick, very helpful, and professional. My contact, Kelly ***, was great. She was so helpful and kept me up top date through the whole process. I couldn't of asked for a better person to work with. it may of been normal for them, but I felt they completed the job in record time.
I hope my new house doesn't need replacing anytime soon, but when that time comes I know who to call.

I was scammed by another roofing company seven years ago so I was very apprehensive and Joe S reassured me. Not only did he reassure me he held my hand through the whole process from start to finish. Tarrant Roofing did an awesome job! We had to have our roof and gutters replaced due to storms, and the process went so smooth thanks to Ricky our contractor. His attention to detail and constant communication took the stress and worry completely away. Everyone I encountered was so professional and took great pride in their work. Due to the severe weather last night, I would recommend that all prospective clients seek their roofing installation and repair services elsewhere. I am an Active Duty Air Force member and I used this roofing company in July of 2019 and paid nearly $15k to have the installation completed. However, they only sealed halfway around 2 vents and caused nearly $3k worth of water damage to the interior of my home. Their technician even took pictures of the unsealed portions and I was able to get those from him prior to him finishing those areas 6 months after initial install. I contacted them personally allowing the company to do the right thing. They sent another 2 technicians who arrived approximately 1-hour late and smelling of alcohol. Furthermore these technicians proceeded to ask me for supplies to complete the repair. At that point I asked them to leave and contacted USAA to intervene on my behalf. I was forced to pay for the repairs through my insurance company and Tarrant Roofing has refused to reimburse me for their mistakes. Their failure to take ownership and responsibility of such an aggregious error speaks to the quality of people and business acumen. It has been nearly 1-year since *** third-party company has been trying to recover my deductible and Tarrant Roofing has decided to no longer answer or return phone calls. As a 17-year active duty servicemember I could never, out of good faith, recommend anyone to use this company for any and all services they perform. Better options exist in Fort Worth and most likely anywhere else in the Country for that matter to conduct business with.

It's been my experience lately that good customer service is hard to find, so I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Josh D. from Tarrant Roofing. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he was also honest, helpful, and actually took the time to show and explain things to me. He made sure to follow-up and answer any questions that I had. Josh really went above and beyond!

Due to the spring & early summer hail/wind storms we had in North Texas, our 5 year old roof needed replacement. We chose Tarrant Roofing due to the yard signs in our neighborhood area as well as the overwhelmingly positive reviews found online, and after working with them through this process, we have no complaints whatsoever. A big thanks to our project manager, Laneka, who made the entire process flow with ease....and another thanks to the roofing crew & rain gutter installation crews. In this day and time, to get something major (such as a new roof) done in the exact manner advertized and quoted is unique and almost unexpected! Tarrant Roofing did just that on a 30 year old complex (two story) roof for our family home. Tarrant Roofing is amazing. They replaced the roof, turbines & gutters and I couldn't tell they were here after they left. Not a single nail or piece of trash was left behind. Tarrant Roofing did an amazing job on our roof replacement! Eduardo C. was our project manager and he was so amazing! Eduardo walked us through the whole process and was so responsive to our questions and communicated so well each step of the way! The roofing team worked so hard and my husband and I really appreciate the care they took cleaning up after they were done each day. We are so happy we went with this company!

Tarrant Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. We had a lot of ventilation issues in our attic that needed to be taken care of and they helped us with it all. Andy walked us through every step of the process and answered our many questions. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a new roof!
