Our home recently went through a hail storm and I contacted Tarrant Roofing Sales Associate Michelle ***. Michelle had given me her business card several months prior, as Tarrant Roofing was replacing a roof in our neighborhood. She inspected our roof that day and we received a clean report.
The recent hail storm took its’ toll on our roof and gutters. We scheduled an appointment with Michelle and she went over the entire process and timeline. Michelle Beaumont and Tarrant Roofing did not miss a beat. The materials were delivered on the date we discussed and the Tarrant Roofing crew were on site the next day. The roof, ridge vent and Level IV impact resistant shingles were completed in one day. Their workmanship is impeccable and the customer service Michelle Beaumont extended was ten out of ten stars!

Tarrant Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof last year. Andrew kept me informed about everything they would be doing. The crew finished in one day and cleaned up everything and protected all my flower beds, etc. The next day the gutters were installed and matched perfectly by the company they contracted with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Judy *** in 2019 when I needed my roof replaced. Outstanding customer service. In 2020, I recently contacted her to see if she could check on roof on house that we may be purchasing. Within a day Judy was out there checking on the property. Can’t say enough about her work ethic. She will take care of her customers.

Tye *** was AMAZING!!! If I had any issues he would immediately resolve them. I have to say that I am very skeptical of all contractors. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I am glad to say that they did an excellent job. As I stated to Tye, I have not been able to say that very often. Even with people I hire and or work with. My father told me to always remember that 1 oops wipes out 10 atta boys. He also taught me the golden rule of business. He who has the gold makes the rules.

Eric was extremely prompt in contacting me and highly professional in every way... initial and follow up calls, explanation of the process and finally, reply to all emails/phone calls, Eric set and met timelines without any delays... delivery of materials, actual day the work was preformed and our final meeting to review the work. Please DO NOT use this company. They spent 9 months re-roofing my house (and said it would take 4-5 weeks). In the process they created a leaks in my house which then turned into extensive mold damage to the extent of $40K+ repairs to my kitchen and dining room.
Due to their incompetency, they created leaks in my bedroom which cause water leaks on my wood floors, and then they had to re-texture and repaint the entire wall. Again, due to their incompetency, they created a water leak in my living room and spent 3 week replace my wood floor, which now does not match the rest of my floors. In addition, the roofing work cause a water leak that into my neighbor's garage, and had to repair my neighbor's garage wall, and re-work the shingles on my roof. I spent several days away from work baby-sitting their teams of worker and now ended with $40K repairs to my house and they have claimed no responsibility for water damages directly caused by their poor workmanship. It's clear, we will end up in court to resolve this matter but absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND that no use this company, and please pass this on to all your family and friends. They are not credible and do not stand behind their work. Thank you.

They are a top notch company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle B who assisted and guided us all the way through the insurance process etc. They installed our new roof today and it is Fantastic! Afterwards they did a total cleanup which was nothing short of amazing. Top quality workmanship.

I didn't have a great experience. The roofers were beyond unprofessional and messy. 14 of my windows were scratched by shingles falling, my grill cover was damaged, the next door neighbor had trash in the yard, the other neighbor had black marks from falling shingles on their house, the flashing wasn't painted to match the new color of the shingle, I found one of the gas vent tubes disconnected in the attic, the pool had nails and trash in it, the gutters were not draining, my landscape retaining wall still has black shingle marks on them, the caulking wasn't completed, the yard was a disaster. On roofing day there was a pop up shower which resulted in damage to my interior ceiling in multiple rooms. While the rain was coming down they didn't bother to put a tarp on it they just continued to work. While Tarrant covered the repairs the subcontractors they used continued to make a mess. The window company had to come 7 times and kept installing damaged or windows with marks between the panes. The painters cleaned their brushes in the lawn and stained the side walk and street. The flashing repair team put the hole in the peak while walking on the roof. The company hired to dry out the ceiling, flooded my upstairs and the entire room with hand scrapped wood had to be replaced. I finally had enough and had to tell them do not send anyone back here....I will fix the rest of the open issues myself. Me and my wife spent days waiting for people and organizing repair teams.

Excellent experience. Michelle B. and her crew provided excellent service. They were on time and finished when promised. She interfaced with my insurance and she was so professional and punctual that my insurance agent now uses her for his claims when needed. It's amazing to actually deal with somebody that does what they say and she did every step of the way.
