Awesome experience with Tarrant Roofing lead by Steven T. What made this project go smoothly; Steven`s strong coodination and communication skills, patience and perseverance, and roofing industry expertise. He clearly picked the A teams from delivery of material to installation to final cleanup and inspection. Steven`s professionalism made this entire project painless.

I called a roofer to repair a leak around my chimney. He said to file an insurance claim for hail damage. I did and it was denied. He said to ask for a reinspection. I did.
In the meantime, I called Tarrant Roofing to get a second bid for a new roof. They also said I should get a new roof based on hail damage. They had me sign a document and advised me that if they go to the work of getting insurance to pay for a new roof that they should get the job. They are not the ones that got a new roof approved but the document does not say "If Tarrant Roofing" it only says if a new roof is not approved the document (work) is void.
A new roof was approved so Tarrant wants to enforce the document, or contract, and that if I breach the agreement it entitles Contractor to damages.
Tarrant Roofing never provided a bid. The document says the price will be "replacement cost value" according to the adjuster's estimate. Therefore, Tarrant Roofing expects to receive twice what a new roof is worth so I emailed the two salesmen and asked to be released from the document. No response.
Now I am having to go see a lawyer and determine whether this is a binding contract.
Don't sign anything from this company unless the price and all else meets your approval, they are deceptive.

Very good company to deal with . We had our roof replaced and a solar tube installed and had the best experience working with Steve M. Knowledgeable, friendly and prompt through all aspects. He treated our home as if it was his own. He checked up on the progress of installation throughout the entire process and kept us up to date on all aspects. The crew was diligent, hard working and courteous. The whole process ran smoothly. We are very appreciative of the integrity of the company and the outstanding customer service.

This is the second time we have used Tarrant Roofing. The first occasion was so good we came back the second time. This roof replacement was just as good. They do exceptional work and use great care in insuring that work is of the best quality. Tarrant Roofing installed a new roof, replaced damaged gutters and window screens a few weeks ago for us. Our experience was A+++ from our Sales Manager, Steve M. to the roofers, window screen installer and the installers for the gutters. The roofers were out until after dark with flashlights trying to be sure no materials were left deep in the grass. Steve monitored the installation, coming by several times. He made a followup visit to be sure all was as we were happy with the job. Thanks for a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Tarrant Roofing and Steve M to anyone needing these services.

We had a great experience with Tarrant Roofing. Zena our customer rep made the whole process from start to finish a absolute pleasure. She quickly responded to any emails or texts with my questions. ( of which there was many)
Customer service like that from anywhere let alone a contractor is unheard of these days but that’s exactly what I got. Aldo and his crew were also great. They did great job and left the property cleaner than it was when they got there I think.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Tarrant Roofing was great! Our insurance company claimed we did not have enough damage to replace the roof. After inspecting our roof, Tarrant Roofing’s representative Steve T submitted a very complete computer report to our insurance company.
Our insurance company approved a complete replacement. Tarrant Roofing did a GREAT JOB!

We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship on our new roof as well as new construction on our house. Jen, who was there every step of the way, was a Godsend to us. She understood our needs not only with the roof but repairs to the outside of the house. She made sure that what we wanted was what we got. There were delays with the rain but Jen made sure to keep us on track and have crews out for us any time it wasn't raining. And the gutters were the icing on the cake! Outstanding company. I had my roof and gutters replaced In a professional manner and accomplished on time. The crew that performed this task were experienced, polite and careful to cover the ground, patio furniture and also to ensure my swimming pool was covered in its entirety. A special thanks to Jennifer S who coordinated and kept me informed of any changes of time due to the extreme amount of rain we had during that time. Tarrant Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. They took it from the claim filing through mediation and success for replacement. Neil and his crew set the install and completed the job efficiently. Neil is a hands on roofer. He guided me through the entire process. Tarrant cleaned up after the job making sure nails and any leftovers were cleared. We started out with a great working relationship, but things quickly went downhill. When the workers were installing our new roof, they “popped an a/c line” to our house. Our rep said not to worry, as we were at work, that he had an a/c company on the way who would come to fix it. Great! Not until the job was almost completed, did we find out that the service call and repair fee would be added charges to our work bill. A mistake they made by not checking our attic for lines was apparently our problem! We were also told that it didn’t matter how unhappy we were, they’re a multi-million dollar company, so our complaints wouldn’t hurt their bottom line. Rude!!
I wish we could’ve cut ties that moment, but we were under contract. Other issues were gutter crew leaving old pipes sticking up out of the ground and tons of nails all over the yard.
Worst issue was this morning when we were awakened to a dripping sound on our attic access door...we have a leak on our roof that is less than a month old!!!
Avoid Tarrant Roofing at all costs. Not professional and seems to have cut corners at every turn. They only want to take your money! I am beyond angry!

Tarrant Roofing did a great job on my Mom's new roof in Plano, Texas, and I'm so glad we had them do the roof! Neil with Tarrant Roofing went above and beyond going through the process working with my Mom and the insurance company. My Mom is 82 years old, so having such a professional and knowledgeable person like Neil managing the project was truely impressive and really made me feel good that he had her best interests, and the installation Crew worked well as a team and clearly knew what needed to be done to get the roof done to perfection. I highly recommend Tarrant Roofing (ask for Michelle B) when you need to have your roof replaced. You cannot find a better customer service rep than Michelle B! She coordinated EVERYTHING with insurance company and the TR installation crew, and made this experience very easy.
She was there for every stage of the process: from beginning of the claim, all the way thru when the roofing crew arrived, checked on progress throughout the day, and followed up at end to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She follows up immediately with phone calls, texts, or emails as needed for any and all concerns, big or small...hard to find someone who does this anymore in any business in my opinion.
Not to mention our new roof is perfectly installed and looks absolutely great! The TR crew did a professional job all the way. Michelle B and Tarrant Roofing work hard and deserve their 5-star rating!
