I am so happy they were. Christy handled the process from the first contact until the very end. The service was extraordinary. My son owns the house, and he lives in London, so there was a lot of correspondents throughout the procedure. I can’t say enough about Christy and Tarrant Roofing. I will recommend them to everyone I meet who’s looking for a roofing company.

Just to let you guys know, Brandon B stopped by last night just to check on us and our Roof, people in our neighborhood experienced damage from a storm a Month ago. Brandon B is always so helpful and nice. WE had our roof replaced a year ago and Thankfully we did not need it again this Year. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Laneka. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. She explained the details and walked us through the entire process. Laneka was patient and answered with clarity the laundry list of questions we had. (I'm sure even repeating herself multiple times when we came back the next day with the very same question). She made what could have been a challenging experience pleasant.
In addition, the day of the roofing project, the workers arrived within the designated time period. A few minutes after their arrival, I had to leave home. Once I returned, to my surprise, they had taken the time to move my plants from the back patio (because I had forgotten to do so). I was thrilled to see that each and every plant was neatly placed out of harm's way. They were efficient in their work and cleaned up after themselves as was promised. They even returned my plants to the designated spot.
Great job Tarrant Roofing. We plan to use their services again for some additional work on our home.

We have no solicitation signs posted on our house yet your sales rep Chandler *** still thinks its okay to come up to my door. Stop coming and trying to sell me a roof! If I needed a roof I would reach out to a company I want!

Kelly J is my rep and was on top of the entire process. She helped handle the insurance claim and was on site for the adjuster visit(s). She was on site for the installations and walk thru the entire process. I use Tarrant Roofing both commercially and now for my private property! Top notch operation and company! Never left me hanging or wondering....their communication is spot on! The crew (roof) was respectful and courteous. Roof looks great and site is clean! and no sign in my hard!

Michelle B was the agent representing Tarrant Roofing Company. I couldn’t have ask for a better representative to work with. Michelle was on top of all work and different crafts involved to either repair or replace multiple areas of damage due to wind or hail. Michelle coordinated all times and scheduling for multiple crafts needed to perform their respective crafts around each other in a timely manner. She was on site for several different clients at one time and did the same coordinating with those clients at the same time. Great multi-tasking. Michelle followed up on all work performed to see if it met my expectations. Tarrant Roofing did and excellent job on our new roof. Everything was explained to us with great detail and was done exactly as we were told. Landyn was friendly and informative and watched over all that they did. The workers were neat and careful to protect our property and did an outstanding cleanup job when they were finished.

Tarrant Roofing did an excellent job, starting with Enrique G. who was very professional & straight forward. He answered every question, explained project from start to finish. His honesty & follow up promises were met every step of the way. The installation crew was the “best” everyone of them polite and courteous.

Curtis O from Tarrant Roofing came by one afternoon and asked if he could possibly inspect our roof as several homes in the area had recently experienced hail damage. We agreed as we did experience water damage in our guest bedroom. Convinced that we not only had hail damage but also wind damage, we agreed to have Curtis contact our State Farm Insurance Agency. Everything was coordinated between Tarrant Roofing and State Farm with Curtis constantly keeping us informed. The entire experience went without a hitch. Included was having all gutters removed, facia boards repainted, replacing all gutters with new, a new chimney spark arrester and the guest room ceiling repainted...all with a workmanship guarantee along with a 30 year roof warranty. Curtis stayed on top of every aspect which is usually promised by service companies but not always the case. My wife Sue and I would highly recommend Tarrant Roofing and Curtis O based on the quality of service, products used and the quality of workmanship.
