Following a major wind and rain storm, Jane *** showed up and quickly and efficiently climbed the roof and surveyed possible damage. She highlighted the areas that required immediate attention and brought a crew in to correct those areas prior to winter. Great service!!

We are very pleased with the new roof installed by Tarrant Roofing Company. *** was very helpful from the beginning with inspecting the roof, supported the day of the insurance inspection and helping with our insurance. She let us know ahead of time that the start date would slip by one day. She was here everyday to over see the work by the roofers. The work was completed as planned. *** went out of her way to insure everything was done correctly and we were completely satisfied. Be sure to ask for *** if you want to do business with a professional.

On August 30 Tarrant Roofers arrived to begin the install on my new roof.
Things went downhill from there.
All I can say is DON'T go with this company!
I had holes inside my house (one being 3 ft in diameter), water damage (because they didn't have tarps on a stormy day), and a metal patio cover that is not acceptable!
I've had to be here multiple times when scheduled workers were to be here --- they were no shows, had to cancel a trip, and reschedule appointments.
It is November 17...almost 3 months now...been dealing with this company way too long!

Jane J, I have nicknamed her “The Cat Woman” first did a complete and comprehensive examination of my entire roof. She completed a comprehensive report with pics and notes prior to insurance assessment
She was back on site for the assessor and made sure her report and his covered everything
In addition, Jane arrived at the crack of dawn to supervise the whole installation
I can only say, I was impressed beyond my expectations

Tarrant Roofing was an amazing company to work with, everyone went above and beyond my expectations and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. She made the whole process smooth and communicated with us every step of the way. She is an exemplary employee who was so knowledgeable and professional to work with. She informed us that there was a build up of Carbon Monoxide left over from another contractor and helped us solve that problem. She literally saved out lives!! She made sure everything was up to the highest standard and made sure to look over everything to make sure that we were satisfied. The crew also worked hard and didn't leave a single piece of trash or waste on our property! I am so glad that I went with this company to do my roofing, and I will be coming back to them for all my future roofing needs!

We had a tree fall and hit our roof. I called Tarrant Roofing and immediately was called back by Michelle B. She held our hand through the whole process making sure we understand every step. She went above and beyond and our roof was replaced much sooner than I had ever imagined it could. Michelle was perfect. She had answers to any of our questions, and she honestly cared about our house and our situation. As a customer, I don't think I have ever had someone as good as Michelle. Tarrant Roofing is extremely lucky to have such a smart and dedicated employee working for them.

Worked with Zena on a roof replacement. First roof inspector found minimal damage. Thanks to Zena's persistence a second inspection resulted in the roof being replaced. Couldn't have expected a more professional and pleasant experience. Strongly suggest considering Zena and Tarrant Roofing for repair or replacement of roofing issues.

Dave L came to our home for a roof inspection on a Saturday morning, and literally fixed our roof before he left. The problem was missing nails in most of the vents, letting water seep into the attic. He fixed the nail holes and caulked the vents, at no charge. Just asked that we remember them in the future when we need roof work! And, of course we will! Totally professional.

Calub did a great job explaining the process of getting a new roof including a detailed explanation of what work was needed, as well as the ins and outs of the new insurance requirements. The Tarrant crew installed my roof on a Saturday as I requested, and did a professional job in under 7 hours. I’m still looking for any sort of leftover debris or nails. Calub and Tarrant Roofing get my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience working with Tye *** in Tarrant Roofing company. He is a very responsible person. He does what he said. Tye went an extra mile to check my siding and tell me honestly his opinion. He is a trustworthy, reliable, very considerate and kind person. Absolutely superior company with excellent materials and quality crews. Zena handled my entire roofing job, from the early stage with the insurance inspection, selecting and installing materials, and finally getting subcontractors scheduled for fully-custom chimney rebuilds, which also required a lot of exterior siding repair and painting. Through the entire process, her persistent attention to the details of coordinating schedules and materials and crews resulted in a great outcome, and now my house looks outstanding! Zena made sure the work was all separately scheduled in the correct sequence on-site, and always followed-up immediately after every subcontractor to make sure they did quality work at every stage. Also a big thanks to Kyle for his attention to detail around soffits and overhangs to install flashing and provide a fully-sealed and finished roof at all the edges and corners. Overall, a completely custom roofing process. All the personnel who worked on my house were very professional and courteous and I strongly recommend Tarrant Roofing!!!

I can't say enough about Michelle at Tarrant Roofing. My first experience with her was when she was putting a roof and skylights on a home my clients were buying in Fort Worth. As first time home buyers were they very nervous and she walked them through everything that was happening even though it she was hired by the seller. She even called them during the holidays to check-in and see how they had settled in. They were beyond impressed! I have since used her for all of my roofing needs with clients and now personally. You will not find a more honest, caring and genuine person, especially in a business that has it's fair share of bad apples.
