May 2019, I needed the roof and gutters replaced. I want to take a moment to tell you the excellent customer service I received from Calub B at Tarrant Roofing.

We had an unusual situation where the seller who was obligated to replace the roof did so with an unqualified contractor. Jen S went above and beyond taking pictures and explaining what was not done properly to both the seller and myself as the buyer. The buyer fully understood and fortunately retained Tarrant to do the work properly. Jen, was very thorough and ensured I was completely satisfied with the final workproduct.

This was a thoroughly professional operation from the first phone call. Joseph V paid close attention to what I wanted done and my concerns. His follow-up questions were clear and easy to understand. Where I had concerns, he addressed them immediately or simply called his office for clarification. His calls to my insurer were easy to follow with him and the insurer taking time to explain what was going on. The scheduling and payments were carefully explained. Most importantly, the roofing team showed up as scheduled, was prepared and did not stop until the job was finished. A two-story, more-or-less 2400 sq. ft. house was done a single day. Yard clean-up started well before the roofing job was completed. The post-installation inspection was finished that same day and they were very careful to explain the need to check all the gas lines, exhaust ducts, etc. In our case, there was no payment due until the job was completed. These guys deserve the highest recommendation for speed and quality of work.

I want to take this time to give my review of the work performed by Tarrant Roofing and supervised by Joseph V. Mr. V was extremely helpful in explaining the steps of how the procedure would run with the replacement of my roof. He thoroughly inspected my roof for damage taking pictures and measurements along the way. By the time he left I had a full in-depth report outlining the damage and what was required to bring it back to classic condition. A second and then final inspection insured the work was successful. Mr. V was there on the first day to initiate the beginning of demolition and then at the end to ensure all work was completed to satisfaction. His commitment for perfection is a direct reflection on Tarrant Roofing company standards. I highly recommend Tarrant Roofing to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced.

One of my best experiences as a homeowner

They've been great to work with. We run a property management company and they've been great with our owners and tenants in resolving issues quickly and at a fair price. Our rep Ryan has been very attentive to our needs. We've tried several roofing companies and they've been the best by far.

We are attempting to buy a new house and the inspector was concerned about the roof. Our real estate agent recommended Tarrant Roofing and the came out and inspected our roof without charge. One stressful aspect of buying a new home was dealt with easily, courteously and even better, for free!

I hire Tarrant Roofing to replace my roof. 25 year guarantee is written on contract. A week later, I complain some shingles bend up, not sealed down completely. Less than 2 hours later, a serviceman come to fix it. To me, Tarrant Roofing is reliable service. I'll recommend to my friends, neighbors and relatives.
