Make you wait to get paid
I’m at chevron 5590 n. Rainbow blvd..
I’ve been waiting for someone to come pay me $58.75 because their machines are not working right .
It’s rediculous to have to wait to get paid and I will no longer trust gambling at any of your stations .
You make enough money off everyone and I’m going to complain to every online forum because your machines can not be trusted to pay

We have stepped out of our process and policies and I have sent you the check and I am having our guys delivering you the gift cards to your home today 12/18/

Thank you Mrs [redacted] for contacting us , as I promised that the work would be completed this week and we do have someone going out this morning .I would like to clarify that you hired [redacted] outside of company protocol , you talked to him directly and he took on your project as a side which is against company policy and for that reason [redacted] has been terminated Because of our integrity and reputation in San Antonio I offered to do complete the workPlease understand that we rescheduled several other jobs already scheduled to get this done Once again I want to reiterate that [redacted] tried to do this as a side job and this did not go through our standard process of doing business through our company or any legitimate company.Thank you for your patience , I do have it scheduled to be done today 10/4/

This is a follow on complaint to a previous complaint # [redacted] Under the previous complaint, Stephens Roofing was to come out and make repairs following a roof installationAfter several attempts to contact them to no avail, a certified letter was sent to them to which we still received no replyA Revdex.com complaint was filed under the number stated aboveOnce we filed, they immediately responded to have someone come out and make the repairsThey came the morning of July but said they didn't know what they were supposed to do and leftThey later came back and performed the repairs and while my Mom was on the patio she heard them use a derogatory remark in Spanish which my Mom took related to herI contacted Gilbert who was in charge of the repair crew and expressed my non appreciate for the assumed disrepect shown my Mom even if indirectlyHe said he would talk to them and call backHe did and said they were talking about someone elseOn In our acceptance, we stated we would accept under the condition, the owners, either [redacted] or [redacted] would come out and do a final inspection to ensure no further leaks and to provide payment for damage to the insulation which [redacted] agreed to provideOn July, we were scheduled for the inspectionWhen no one showed up, I contacted Stephen'sI was told they would have to rescheduleWe have yet to hear back from Stephen's regarding the inspection or receiving the money owed us for the insulation which the insurance company estimated at $for materials and labor, whereas Stephens is only willing to pay $to cover materials only.Translate selectDesired Outcome:Our desired outcome is to have Stephen's owner's come out to do the inspection as requestedWe want the amount specified by the insurance company refunded to us in the amount of $If the company does not abide by these terms, we will request a full refund for the roof and request the Revdex.com provide a negative rating on the website

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Where is my lifetime warranty paperwork filed with the manufacturer? This is your year warranty that you have never called me about the replacement of the decking or drip edgeRevdex.com please review this unprofessional behavior by your alleged accredited businessI have asked many times for the lifetime warranty paperwork from the manufacturer as clearly listed in their one sided contract they have refused to honor

Check was sent out to you for decking , all of our contracts state we allow up to two sheets of decking at no cost any additional will be at an added cost of 50$ per sheet This does not mean we will mandatory install two sheets it means if it needs it we allow up to two sheets Our warranties are pre written as per our attorneys, we do not write our warranties on a per job basis furthermore our warranties cover all the work we do We will not rewrite our warranties to cover just one job , I hope you understand this practice is cost prohibitive The roof installed has already experienced several instances of massive rainfalls and high winds and has suffered no leaks or issues which makes its own statement for the quality of work that we provide Your warranty has been mailed out to you a total of times if you have not received it please contact our office and we will be more than happy to hand deliver you a warranty packet .thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have never received my warranty packet I did not accept money for my decking that was not replaced as delineated in my contract Contract indicated you would replace sheets of plywood which you failed to do despite my requesting you do to do so on several occasions Your contract indicated the cost of the decking was 50$ per sheet and the you failed to replace was $ I asked for your written warranty as listed in your contract to include a warranty on the decking you failed to replace I sent your office an email requesting this in writing and have failed to receive any paperwork from your office Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand your response You can contact me to come out and put on the proper drip edge I am available Tuesday-Friday next week I do not see that you have uploaded a copy of my warranty that I have asked for many times I need to provide the information to my insurance company with the manufacturers warranty to get the proper discounts I also need it for my records in case the roof fails due to being a manufacturers defect I also did not get a reply about the decking replacement or providing a warranty for that work Regards, *** [redacted]

It seems like we are going back to square one Your statement "if we find something" suggest you have no knowledge of the photographed damage I wish you understood that our time is valuable We gave your company numerous opportunities to address this issue and repeatedly called to get someone to respond You already did an inspection and photographed the damage and made opinions about the causeThe next step was to get the repairs done, but your employees instead decided to ignore my calls and messages I hope you understand how is it that I have lost all trust in your company Before you do any repairs, we will need to agree on an independent inspection with someone that can tell us what needs to be repaired and how it needs to be done Thereafter, you can tell me what you agree to repair and how The cost of the independent inspection should be incurred by your company If it turns out that none of the repairs should be done by your company, then I will reimburse your company for the cost of the independent inspection I think this is a fair offer considering the amount of time that has lapsed and that the damage has probably only gotten worse due to (in my mind) your company's neglect Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received a copy of the limited lifetime warranty for my roof I picked up a letter from you today that indicates my roof has a year warranty from you I have included a copy of your contract that you provided to me I complied with the contract as I paid immediately in full for a new roof with limited lifetime warranty As of today you have not honored your contract I provided a copy of your contract for the Revdex.com to review Please note it indicates clearly LTD lifetime manufacturers warranty Full roof replacement New drip edge Allot sheets rotten decking I have requested many times for my LTD lifetime manufacturers warranty information to provide to my insurance company Please upload a copy of my warranty on this site for me and the Revdex.com to review I did not pay over thousand for a roof with a year warranty We have seen what your warranty is worth as I have been waiting nearly months for you to comply My phone number has not changed and I have only received one phone call from your office since I notified the Revdex.com of this issue and they indicated I would be getting a call back soon from a representative I have been waiting for weeks with no calls or messages from your office I am only requesting you honor your contract 1) provide me with the written LTD lifetime manufactures warranty paperwork for my roof 2) replace the drip edge with the correct one for my roof type 3) replace the sheets of decking or provide a LTD lifetime warranty for the decking you failed to replace Regards, *** [redacted]
