I am rejecting this response because: Yes *** I realize you said next week. I was just foolish to think that after signing this contract last June and still not being complete, wasting a weeks vacation that I could have spent with my family to oversee the patio be built that your guys didn't show up to do, and loosing countless hours of overtime and money to babysit your roofers and carpenters that you might spare and hour of your day off to have this resolved sooner than later. Not to mention the two full days I wasted waiting on you twice for meeting you never showed up for. Yes, I did think that you might give me an hour of your time after all of this I have already given. Furthermore I am confused as to what this meeting is going to resolve. You already are aware of the issues with the roof, if you intended to fix them you would send roofers to do so and we would be done with this. I cannot help but believe this meeting is going to be a waste of both of our time and that you are still going to refuse to fix these issues or try to convince me no issues exist. I know that *** made you aware of the flaws in my roof but imagine you do not want to spend more money on this. I also have noticed that you have refused to say here on Revdex.com that you will fix these issues only talk about them in a meeting. Yet if a meeting is what we need before taking the next step then fine, I will contact you this week with a time. I hope you enjoy your weekend and will see you soon.

I am rejecting this response because: Have you not been able to find the pictures your employees took of the damage? Have you not been able to talk to this employee? It seems like we are going back to square one Your statement "if we find something" suggest you have no knowledge
of the photographed damage I wish you understood that our time is valuable We gave your company numerous opportunities to address this issue and repeatedly called to get someone to respond You already did an inspection and photographed the damage and made opinions about the causeThe next step was to get the repairs done, but your employees instead decided to ignore my calls and messages I hope you understand how is it that I have lost all trust in your company Before you do any repairs, we will need to agree on an independent inspection with someone that can tell us what needs to be repaired and how it needs to be done Thereafter, you can tell me what you agree to repair and how The cost of the independent inspection should be incurred by your company If it turns out that none of the repairs should be done by your company, then I will reimburse your company for the cost of the independent inspection I think this is a fair offer considering the amount of time that has lapsed and that the damage has probably only gotten worse due to (in my mind) your company's neglect

Mr ***, the manufacture warranty is a basic GAF LIMITED LIFETIME warranty that is through GAF there is nothing to file These are basic and standard warranties and the way they work is , if there ever is a manufacture defect issue with the shingle the customer contacts us and we contact GAF to send out the manufacture rep to inspect the shingles , if there is a manufacture defect they will pay us to have it replaced The important warranty is our labor warranty, which we have also given you ..at this point we have done everything we can to try and resolve this issue

Mr *** , you have not answered our phone calls , you have rejected our warrantys that have been mailed to you with signature requested return receipts I have offered to go out and replace your drip edge the offer was made here on this thread and you have rejected it I have offered to replace the plywood decking you are talking about and you have rejected that as well , at this point I do not know what else to do So I will contact Revdex.com ....thank you have a good evening

I am rejecting this response because:The refund referred to in the complaint should be rightfully received by me, *** ***, without bribes or conditions. The Settlement Agreement wants my voice silenced so I cannot complain about Stephen's Roofing in a public setting or on social media. I will not waive that right and I will continue to hold Stephen's Roofing accountable for any and all defects to my roof in the future. I currently have a defect in my roof where a nail was not put in correctly and I have a hump in my roof. That will be dealt with next summer when the weather warms up and we will see if the roof fuses to the house. If not, Stephen's Roofing will be held accountable for this defect. The short of the matter is I will not sign anything in which I lose my rights to free speech and the ability to hold this company accountable. The fact that Stephen's Roofing is requiring me to get money that is rightfully mine, based on a bribe, is not only shameful but also unethical. The lies, bribes, and deflection of accountability has made this a tumultuous experience for my new family. It is not right to take my money and force me to use the Revdex.com as the only lines of communication after I have tried to reach out to Edward time after time. I respectfully reject the offer to sign the Settlement Agreement in exchange for my refund. I ask Stephen's Roofing to give me my refund without a bribe and hold themselves accountable for the existing defect in my roof which will be dealt with next summer.

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** called on 7-17-to say she would be calling to reschedule an inspection of the roof which would be a water test of the valley installed We never got a call back and hence no test This needs to be done and request owner accomplish this, before repairs can be fully approved.Regards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing that *** told me needed to happen to properly fix my roof has been done. There are many more repairs that are needed and you are unwilling to complete any of them

I am rejecting this response because: Since I have never received the warranty information you allegedly sent to me please provide. The decking is your error. Your project manager noted the warped decking and put it into your contract to replace it. I told your crew times to replace and your crew even called your office and was told to improperly reuse it just put a bunch of extra nails in to try and make it look flat. Your crew indicated pieces of decking were supposed to be delivered to them but it never was. They even called your office but they refused to come out and replace it. The correct process is to remove the warped decking and replace it. I gave you an option to reduce your costs and mine by not taking another day off work to supervise your team. Simply provide a warranty on your mistake or replace it properly. Your crew put on the incorrect drip edging on my roof. This will cause my roof decking to rot. This is another mistake that a professional roof installer does not make. I have done everything in my power as the customer including paying you in full based on our contract. I have taken many days off of work to supervise your crew since you did not provide a supervisor as promised to oversee my roof replacement. I think the Revdex.com will agree you have a written contract with me that you wrote and failed to honor. I have never received the warranty on my roof as indicated in your contract that is limited lifetime warranty new roof. I paid for the correct drip edge be installed on my roof as listed in the contract and you failed to do so. I have pieces of warped decking that you failed to replace as listed in the contract. You can remove the roof and replace the decking or you can provide me a warranty on your patchwork. These are all items that you failed to do as listed in your contract you wrote. I am not asking for anything additional other than you honor your contract that I have paid in full for. Regards,
