I am rejecting this response because:
 I am rejecting this response because: this response does not address fulfilling the contract, only contacting us in response to the many times (at least 7) that we have contacted the company with no response. We would like you to contact us, and we will withdraw our complaint once our contract is fulfilled.

[redacted] O’grady , we have tried on the Revdex.com complaint message page to reach some sort of compromise and I have even offered to meet him at his home to see and fix any issues he may have and Mr [redacted] has denied each attempt . I ask Revdex.com to reach out and ask him to let us meet him and resolve any issues  .

mr [redacted] , from what our records show we agreed to an amount on the plywood and we paid you for it also I will have the production dept contact you in reference to the drip edge and have it replaced..if at all possible please handle any further issues or request through the office . Revdex.com should...

only be used for issues that are not getting resolved by a company...thank you .

I would be more than happy to meet mr [redacted] to try and figure out a resolution and since mr [redacted] is offering this complaint through the Revdex.com I believe we are obligated to follow the Revdex.com guidelines for the resolution if mr [redacted] and I can not come to a mutual agreement . I would offer mr [redacted] 800.00 dollars for his troubles .Thank you Revdex.com for trying to help us resolve this situation

Our rep is there now to deliver her the check for the agreed amount and to pick up the material but the homeowner is refusing the check . She is claiming that her kids told her to refuse the check . we are sticking to our agreement . Thank you Revdex.com for your help ..

Thank you Mrs [redacted] for contacting us , as I promised that the work would be completed this week and we do have someone going out this morning .I would like to clarify that you hired [redacted] outside of company protocol , you talked to him directly and he took on your project as a side which...

is against company policy and for that reason [redacted] has been terminated . Because of our integrity and reputation in San Antonio I offered to do complete the work. Please understand that we rescheduled several other jobs already scheduled to get this done . Once again I want to reiterate that [redacted] tried to do this as a side job and this did not go through our standard process of doing business through our company or any legitimate company.Thank you for your patience , i  do have it scheduled to be done today . 10/4/2016

Mr [redacted] , we have sent you the warranty paperwork several times and so now we will send it certified . Warranty is in affect. Limited life warranty comes from the manufacture has nothing to do with decking , we warranty our installation and not the structure ..Revdex.com I feel we have done everything possible to take care of Mr [redacted] . In June 2015, we received a service request due to a patio cover leak/issue. We inspected the issue on 2 different occasions.  After a through inspection, having the manufacturer inspect the work, and speaking to Mr. [redacted] at the last inspection, it was concluded the issue was due to...

flooding rains/weather related damage.  We advised the homeowner to contact their insurance.Since the damage is weather related (an act of God) and not due to workmanship, the issue is not covered by the manufacturer or Stephen's Workmanship Warranty.  Per the warranty paperwork sent to the homeowner it outlines the following, "1. The following events are not covered by this warranty: a. Damage from weather related events." (Which is an industry standard for Manufacturers and Roofing companies).Also we can only assume the insurance is paying for the replacement per the complaint, which tell us the leak/issue was caused by a weather related incident. We hope this helps in closing out this complaint since we are not at fault.Thank you,Stephens Roofing

that awesome BMW M series we were discussing discounts and you brought up the 300 dollar coupon at that time and I told you I would include the coupon and even include additional discount since you call** back out from our very first meeting in 2013. I just want let you know that the 300 dollar coupon and then some was included in the agreement we made . Stephens Roofing will not do anything deceptively..Thank you for coming in today and paying your balance ..we appreciate your business

I am rejecting this response because: They are not owning up to what was presented (advertised). Unclear methods of writing deals to me and who knows how many other people !  But I will take warranty offer only if its in writing and transferable !

I am rejecting this response because: while I received the check from the company, it came with no explanation, acknowledgement or indicated when they where to come out and do the final test to determine if there were further leaks on the patio which they said they would do.  No attempt was ever made to contact me to set this up.  Instead, I had someone else accomplish this for me since we were expecting Hurricane Harvey to hit San Antonio and I did not want any problems.  I did cash the check although I was reluctant to do so given I felt the company would take this as my acceptance and hence closure of this case.  Let me be clear, Stephen's Roofing is a very difficult company to deal with in terms of communicating with their customers when problems arise.  They are eager to sign you up and take your money, but once the job is done, they do not stand by their warranty or respond to your concerns in a reasonable way.  I will consider this issue closed as long as this company receives a negative rating.

I am sorry , but I do not see any request for a resolution, the roof has been completed since feb 2017 . Update , I just got off the phone with Ms [redacted] and she is going to get back to me on a resolution .Thank you

I do apologize for this inconvenience, it's not the norm for our guys to make a mistake like this . We will go out and try to rematch the shingles and would be more than happy to go out and talk with you myself .
