While the car showed up in less than perfect condition, Ron made it right Paid for the work to be done and threw in a spare key fob to boot Not cheap for a BMW! Will look to use them again

1.) When I signed to pay for the car through financing, I was informed that the cat would cost and that by the time I finish payments it would total to about with the interest of the loanNow ai am paying off a loan with interest!?
2.) When checking my credit score, I was informed that the company filed for hard inquiries on my credit score for car purchasehard inquiries is not right for purchaseIt bombed my credit score
3.) When trying to contact the business to ask about this, I emailed my sales rep as well as my finance rep, and the sales rep got back to me and told me to get in touch with the finance oneI have yet to hear from her at least weeks agoI called everyday last week and was given the run aroundI finally got ahold of someone, he was extremely dismissive and unapologetic for their errorsAfter weeks of dealing with all of this I told him to ** *** and I would be contacting the Revdex.com
