My wife and I purchased a *** *** from Texas Direct Auto on 6-14-Our sales person was a young man by the name of Melvin who provided absolutely no customer service whatsoeverWe live approximately miles away (mile RT), so before making the trip we spoke to Melvin to ensure that everything would be ready when we drove to their location on 6/13/2016, it wasn'tHe then advised us everything would be ready for pickup for 6/14/by 5:30pmit wasn'tWe sat for two hours until 7:30pm before any of the paperwork was initiated
The very next day, I washed the vehicle and noticed some bondo on the side of the drivers side on both the driver's door and passenger's doorUnfortunately, I had to make another mile roundtrip (my third) to Texas Auto Direct to talk to them about the issueWhen I arrived I asked to speak to someone concerning a customer complaint and waited minutes before anyone even approached meFinally a MrRod S*** approached and conf

RON ***: Talk about patience this guy has a lot of itI know I can be a (w)itch at timesThis guy really showed an enormous amount of patience with me! Heck I think he exercised every bit of Galatians 5:with me! A rare quality indeed! As a woman, according to my husband, I have the tendency to blow things way out of proportion sometimesThis was one of those timesWhenever I run into a snag, It's a must that I speak to a manager....Period!
Long story short, I was taken care of expediently and efficiently and went on my wayMy only regret was acting a plum fool! BAD customer service, BAD management and BAD experience overallI traded my Mercedes SAMG for an American muscle car Dodge Hellcat with miles on itIn the beginning the Sales Guy that helped me ( Rigo) was really goodHe told me that if we close the deal they will detail my car, make sure everything is good, check all fluids and give it to me with a full tank of gasI never requested that but I thought it was great deal! Well all of that NEVER happened!! The Car was filthy *** and the tank was emptyA couple of days after I bought the vehicle it started leaking something from the middle exhaust areaSo I took it to them talked to (Ralph) over at customer service and he took my vehicle to get it checkI tried emailing him, calling him and nothing response whatsoever, so I drove to the dealer and found out that my car was ready since the morning and they said it was nothing wrong, not leaks found everything was goodI drove the vehicle for or more days and then an engine light came up, called them and they said if it is not blinking I'm safe and it will go away on his ownAfter that the I got a message in my dash saying my "IC coolant is low and oil level is low " again they never check the vehicle and all fluids before they sold it to meIt's like they do not inspect their vehicles before selling themThat same Saturday I intended to leave the house early AM and my car never turned on....I had it towed to the dealer after having to go my self and talk to the sales manager ( Ron)I explained the whole situation with the vehicle that I purchased from them days ago and I already had issuesLong story short, the tow service took it that same day because I went and talk to the manager directly, otherwise the car would still be sitting in my garageOf course all the mechanics at service that Saturday were off so nobody will be able to look at it until Monday(Joe)
" the manager"at service was the guy assigned to my vehicleI emailed him a couple of times to get an update in the vehicle and of course he never answered meI called a couple of times until I got a hold of him and he told me that they will not be able to fix the vehicle there and that they will have to have it tow led to a dodge dealer nowThey wanted to tow it to a dealer close to them and far from me so I talked to the manager again to have it tow led to a dealer of my preference The two different tow truck companies that work with Texas auto direct that towed my vehicle Scratched the front bumper ( I'm having to replace it) and broke the middle console in order to put the car in neutralfinally, the car is SAFE at the dodge dealer after days of nightmare with these guys at Texas Direct Auto in Stratford TexasSeriously think twice before you buy from themit is a total scam since they can't back up their word for a secondHorrible do not recommend them at all! Bad *** business

This is my first time to purchase a car online with Texas Direct Auto The sale man, Thomas ***, has provided excellent support during the process I live out of town and unable to come and check the car out by myself I have a friend who lives on Houston, Texas; he comes over, check out the car in details, test drive, etc...His message to me that the car was ok I've followed with my bank to complete the paperwork process All communication was conducted via emails or phone calls Finally, after four days, the car was shipped to my city, and I was able to pick it up at a Texas Direct Auto in Dallas areaAll items were there, the car is shown as it's listed from the website Texas Direct Auto employee walks me through the inspection again before I took the car home I am very happy with Texas Direct Auto serviceOnly one thing I would suggest is that during the communication process (via email for example) The seller and buyer should be using the same email links; this will help to keep track of the conversation and avoid the confusion The way I see Texas Direct Auto employee using is he always generate a new email every time (without subject) to respond to their customer for some items that have been discussed between the seller and buyerSo far, I could see:
- Texas Direct Auto keeps their promises
- Quick response and professional service
- Actively in communication between buyer and customer
