Terrible
I left my backpack in the car my fault. However, they made no effort to find it or call me back. Alex their manager said first thing you signed a waiver. I knew it was helpless then. I sold cars for years. I always went back to the car for people and held things at my desk and called people back at least. No effort or care that is heartless.

Very helpful and kind! Zak [redacted] went out of his way to make the whole experience pleasant and easyI have been here on three occasions to buy carsI would not go anywhere elseThis place is the ultimate authority in car buying!!

I was in the market for an inexpensive commuter car Texas Direct Auto had the one I wanted, and it was a pleasant experience Colin [redacted] was professional and courteous, and business was done in a very short amount of time I would definitely recommend him and Texas Direct Auto to friends

When making the purchase of my new car Texas Direct Auto asked what my approxpayoff wasI told them I believed it was around $12,Texas Direct did not check the payoff or the per-diemsThe actual amount that was due to pay off the car was $13,(that is not exact)I placed $down for them to hold a car for meThey did not hold the right car and sold the car that I had my money down onThey told me they were getting the car ready for me while I signed the paperworkWhile I was signing the paperwork I noticed that it was a completely different car that I had never seenWhen I went to look at the car I did not like itI did find another similar car that I likedBy this time I had been in the dealership for 5-hrs The finance department went over the new paperwork and it was discover after the deal was done and signed that she made a clerical error and wrote $12,down on the paperwork instead of the $13,The one page on the contract that was right states that

Mike [redacted] sets the benchmark for auto salesmen He took ownership of the entire car buying process, and made sure we were extremely happy We purchased two vehicles from him on the same day The first of many to come

I would like to share my experience that I'm very pleased with the entire staff, that is located at Texas Direct Auto irving, TxI was treated very well during the selling of my vehicle and we had no problems with coming to an agreement on my asking price, so I would like to publicly thank the onsite manager, Mrs Shalon [redacted] and the onsite appraisal, Mr Kevin for taking care of great business! ??????

I purchased a BMW Xfrom Texas Direct AutoJoe [redacted] was my sales representativeThe purchase was easy as I paid them what they were asking for the vehicleThe service after the sale was horribleWhen my transporter arrived the vehicle was not where it was supposed to beMy shipper had to go to a different lotWhen they did find it they were told that the keys could not be foundI made numerous phone calls and was told by Joe that it would be taken care ofIt was notJoe actually told me that it was his day offHe reluctantly agreed to go to the lot and get the releaseI was told by Joe that the transfer of ownership was to be sent to me so I could get the car on the roadAfter a few days I called Joe again to see where the paperwork was and he then told me that since I paid with a company check that the paperwork would be held up for ten business daysIf I was told this initially I would have sent certified fundsPlus the check had cleared my account days priorIn this case everything would have been acceptable if Joe had communicated better

Ro [redacted] is awesome! She is honest and knowledgeable about the cars on her lot I highly recommend her!

On Friday, 9/30/I traveled out to Texas Direct Auto out in Stafford, Tx to possibly trade in my carI was quickly greeted by my salesman, Luis [redacted] , who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in and did everything he could to get me the most for my trade in and all the discounts possible on the new vehicleThe process was quick, went super smooth and am very pleased with the outcome of the entire experienceI would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to head up Texas Direct Auto and find the vehicle you desire and let them do the rest!

RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] Dispute Resolution Team and Ms [redacted] , Our commitment to our customers is to select the best pre-owned vehicles available However, no matter how carefully our vehicles are inspected, used vehicles may develop mechanical problems requiring repair In reviewing your transaction history I did find that approximately weeks after your purchase you contacted one of our Customer Service Agents stating that the Check Engine light was illuminated As a courtesy to you, Texas Direct Auto agreed to diagnose the issue at no charge On March 7, 2017, you were provided a rental vehicle as alternate transportation at no charge while your vehicle was inspected The inspection revealed that the Check Engine light was not on, and no stored codes were discovered A complimentary oil change was performed and the vehicle was returned to you On March 16, you returned stating the CV axle was leaking That repair was also performed at no charge to you I have attached copies of the repair orders for your reviewIn your complaint you have requested that the vehicle be replaced without penalty to you As it was explained during your last visit, you may trade or sell your vehicle at any time The appraised value of your vehicle will be based on its overall condition, mileage, and the current market at the time you decide to trade or sellCustomer satisfaction is extremely important to me and my team at Texas Direct Auto Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your purchase, or if there is anything I can do in the future to assist with your vehicle needsKind Regards, Tom [redacted] VP of Retail Operations

I had picked out a vehicle online and spoke to a sales person (Ro [redacted] ) early on a SaturdayI met my son there and we asked for Ro and we were well greetedShe was very busy, the whole place was packedShe had more than one customer she was attending to and mostly left us with her assistant, sorry I forgot his nameBut he was very helpful and attentiveRo was too also very helpful and attentive but she was overwhelmedHer assistant did show us the vehicles we kept picking out, they just seem to be getting sold on us until we came to the 5th vehicle and finally ended up leaving with that oneWe were there from about 1:or 1:until almost PMOne thing though that Texas Direct Auto that keeps in tune with the rest of the use car dealerships, they sure do sock it to you when you're downThey will hit with the highest possible interest rate they can if your Credit Score is less than perfectBut, all in all Ro and her helper were very helpful and good until we got to the finance partThey were very nice and helpful in every way
