So at first I was not fascinated by online dealings (since there are many scams nowadays) but still gave this a try I was completely right, broken promises, wrong delivery dates, and still been waiting for the truck to arriveOn top of everything, they told me the vehicle didn't pass the CA smog inspectionAs any salesman they don't care for the customers, but the money Unlike any dealership you go to, they just got good at deseptionI would try and get my money back but I already traveled from CA to TX(which cost me $for car rental and hotel)

I purchase the Ram *** here The vehicle had a trouble at the passenger door and has only one keyThey want to sell the vehicle so they told me that they will fix the door , and order another key for me So I purchase the vehicle
one month after , they hadn't fix the vehicle and I didn't receive any key or any document about the vehicle
I came back to the dealer and the salesman didn't even talk about the key and tell me waiting at the service department After you purchase the vehicle , they don't care about you any more I'm waiting a while and didn't get anybody helping , so I have to leave with angry and disappointed
After that somebody call me and give some promise to order the key for me Didn't receive it yet
Today , after months purchase the vehicle , I didn't receive any document to make paymentI tried to contact the financial that loan the vehicle , they didn't have my account in their system
So I have to contact the dealer , didn't

Last Saturday, me and my parents went into the shop and looked for an SUVAfter I found the one that I like on their computer, I asked for a salesperson for a test driveSo Michael came by and brought me to his deskHe got some of the information and told me that the car is across the street and that it would take him minutes to get the car to the front door for me to test drive itSo I went to the front desk and registered for a test driveminutes went by and it was a no call, no showI went back to the front desk and asked for MichaelThe front desk agent called him asking him about the carA couple exchanges on the phone later, I saw her rolled her eyes and talked very softly on the phoneShe then looked up to me and asked me if I know how to start the carI answered back to her, saying that I had not even seen the carSo she got back to Michael to finish the phone callOnce she put the phone down, she told me that he had some problem starting to car, and would be back to the shop asapBased on the expression from the front desk agent and the excuses that they used, someone was lying to meAnd that was confirmed later on before I walked out the door and decided not to come back to Texas Direct AutoSo more minutes had gone by, or minutes since Michael said what would originally take him only minutes, I went back to the front desk and asked for his status againThe response was that they were fixing the car and would meet me soonAnother minutes had gone byI checked with the front desk for the third time, this time asking for another sales person, assuming that he would not come back for meThat was when Michael finally showed up at the doorHe did not approach me at first, but was walking to his office insteadI asked him if he could locate the carNot sure why, but he looked a bit surprise at first, then replied the car was across the street and available for saleSo I said, we waited for over an hour and you could not even get us to see the carHis second lie, in exact same words is, "You did not wait for me for an hour." And then talked to a guy behind me, "Jose, it will be right over there." I thought he just saw somebody and made a causal conversationSo I did not look back to see who is wasEven though I was frustrated with him, I followed him to his desk, just to find out that Jose, another customer, was with himJose sat down at his desk, making me look like an outsiderOnce I realized that he was with another customer the whole time I was waiting, I asked him, "Are you with another customer?" He did not replied, but said that the car was available for saleBased on his reaction and the lies that he had told, I told him, "That's fineForget about it." And then I walked for the doorHe came chasing after me, and kept saying that the car was available for saleNow why would you make me wait for nothing for over minutes if you were not able to get me a car that is available for sale? Whether the car really had some problems starting, or he was busy with another customerAnd I strongly believe it was the latter caseWhat triggered me to write this review is that he said to my back before going back to serve his other customer, "You should at least say thank you."

I had an awesome experience at Texas Direct Auto this Saturday! I was in a bind and it was late in the afternoon but it was no matterThe service was fast and friendlyMy salesman Eric *** was super informative when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted he knewHe recommended a Honda CR-V and knew all about the safety ratings and gas mileage which was prime to knowHe was laid back and not pushyI highly recommend Texas Direct Auto not only for their prices but superb staffing!

Vehicle condition (Toyota Sequoia) was as advertised if not better than shown on lineOne seat cover needed minor touch up and was corrected on site prior to deliveryAaron *** - sales rep, Ashley *** - finance and Derrick ***- vehicle delivery all were extremely professional and courteous

I did contact the number they gave me to answer the question about usage of the truck on a temporary tag. The company that they put me in contact with was an insurance company that did titles on the sideWhen questioned, they admitted they did not know what the *** would require during a roadside stopI will continue with the information from my full time notary who has said I must license the truck commercially to use it.
