Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:This is the 3rd time I have taken the car for the same problemNone of which has been documented for referenceThere was no need for the fees due to I having the extended warrantyHe said he would void them, but when I asked him to check for the warranty he refused saying that it had already expiredThe fees were removed because they verified that I have the extended warranty, but the day he withheld the car he said the warranty was expiredTo which I said was okay if they took the car away, but I would not be going back for the car in the futureMy only request is for the car to be towed to my house, not drivenI won't be going to pick it up as I told them before and will not be sending a tow truck for itThe last time I called consumer affairs was today August and they told me that it was a mistake on [redacted] 's part and to call and ask to speak to a general manager named [redacted] Which I did twice, and after leaving multiple voicemails, I have yet to recieve a response Regards, [redacted]

We will definitely look into the altering the way the CPO is displayed on the website....are you wanting Texas Nissan to "Activate" the CPO coverage? Please let me know...thank you JC

I apologize for your frustraton...we did verify the vehicle did not leave the delaershipWe will absolutley refund 100% of the down payment to the customer The custoemr may reach out to me directly [redacted] to arrange the refund

What number did they call? I have not received any communication from this lying messengerI can provide a copy of my cell phone call log to prove this, that NO ONE from this dealership has called.? I have spoken to this customer via the telephone to try and explain the TrueCar (Sam's Club) shopping program.? I have included the certificate that the buyer "Saw" prior to arrival and viewed in the system.? If you look, ? it clearly shows the "Total Savings" of $9,off MSRP

I have reviewed all of the paper work that was read- looked over -explained and signed off on by the consumer The "Sams Club Pricing" (also what was given to the customer prior to their arrival-they had several days to review this certificate before coming in and finalizing their deal) is 100% what she received at the dealership The consumer keeps referring to wanting the "Sam's Club Pricing" and that's what was offered - signed off on in the contracts by the consumer We will have to refer back to the numbers on the contract that were approved and signed off on by the consumer and the dealer We do not have $7,in additional rebates or price

The approval we had required a certain Cash down payment required by the bank .I apologize we fell short in explaining that to his customer On the credit pull if the customer did not authorize it we will be glad to write a letter to the Credit Bureau agencies and ask for removal We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused [redacted]

Thank you for the response ....If I could see the email of the Offer Texas Nissan sent to you "Offering" the Lowe's Gift Card I will be happy to provide to you what was offered

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.The advertisement in the website clearly states "Certified Pre-Owned", which would mean I would purchase the vehicle as CPO with no additional cost ( no addlcosts were mentioned in the advertisement or disclaimers) And, as per the response, the vehicle went through the certification process, however, the case that the CPO charge $is over and above the purchase price seems against the FTC "Truth in Advertising" guidelines If is the price that the purchaser needs to pay over and above, that should have been indicated in the advertisement or the advshould have read "Eligible for CPO" or something similar @Revdex.com, can I proceed to log a query with FTC on this practice ?
