The Attorney Connection

First and foremost, the customer was not "promised" by The Attorney Connection that he would have his documents by 1/3/14, because the customer did not have a filing deadline that had to be met Moreover, rather than contacting the business on the date he alleges the documents were to be sent to him, the customer did not contact The Attorney Connection until a week later on 1/10/ When the customer contacted The Attorney Connection, he left a voice message stating that he wanted his documents that day or else he would demand a full refund A representative then contacted him back immediately, at which time the customer made the same demand As the customer stated in his Complaint, the attorney-prepared legal documents were emailed to him that same afternoon The customer was then given an opportunity to make any request for changes or corrections to the documents No such request was made Rather, he just filed a Complaint with the Revdex.com In short, the customer received the services he paid for in their entirety, and in accordance with what he was told and per the terms of service

The judge threw out my request to stop child support because the attorney connection did not supply proper information to my caseI spent 700.00$ on this and still have to go to Oklahoma DHS Services to try to get proper deduction information they took out of my check since when this deduction startedI would not use these people they will cost you money for nothing when they do not have all the facts straight in the first placeThey should have been able to help me through Oklahoma DHS to get all garnishments since in the first place when this started, because that is exactly what the judge wanted to see to stop garnishmentsIf that would have been then the judge would have stopped the garnishmentsI have paid to Kim [redacted] since this was started in and she says I still owe and that is not soI am turning this over to the Oklahoma Bar for compliant about this case and about DHS to get this solved properly and let everyone I know what happened against me with these peopleDHS and the Attorney Connection will be turned in for complaint to the Oklahoma Bar My Civil rights are being run over because these two did not help correctlyJohn [redacted] Midwest City OklahomaI will tell everyone I know about this until I am helped correctlyMy paycheck stubs do not show child support deductions only my printed statements after three years they do not keep record of them online or anywhere elseOklahoma DHS has records and they did not attempt to try to help me correctly through this processSunday June 26th 4;P.MI will tell the local also if I have to in getting action on my behalf

The legal documents were fine There was one minor typo, which was corrected Similar documents have been prepared hundreds of times for other customers, with no issues This customer clearly is just looking to get the services for free In addition, if the customer wanted to speak to an attorney, all he had to do was call in and schedule an attorney call And if that is such an issue with him, he is still welcome to call and schedule an attorney call But wait and see, this customer will deny wanting that now and still just demand a refund In addition, all phone calls were returned to this customer Just because a customer calls after business hours and does not receive a live person, does not mean a business is avoiding them or a fake Allowing reasonable time to return calls, and during business hours, is certainly reasonable No refund is warranted

This customer was provided 16, yes SIXTEEN legal documents, not a "few." And they were the documents required by law for what he expressed to us he needed Also, we always responded to any attempts he made to contact us With all do respect, his explanation of why he waited so long are not reasons, they are excuses Again, this complaint should be dismissed, and not published, because it is not only too long ago, it is false

Complaint: 10287319I am rejecting this response because: like I said I was told by Barbara Diploma on different occasions that the attorney would contact me when the documents was sent to me if the person who was preparing my case called me like I was informed than your company would have known I never received the corrected documentEmails do tend to not come through sometimes that's why you call and make sure I received themSecond how could you say you completed my case in two days I still had supporting documents to send to your companyIn the incorrect documents they sent meThere were no supporting documents the affidavit was a lie by stating the respondent concealed herself in the state and I can't find her I told Barbara that was wrong because I knew where she was staying and Barbara told me that makes my case look betterThan after calling Barbara on 10/22/I told her I still haven't heard back from the attorney than she told me that someone would call I just have to wait to that person call me NO ONE called I never spoke with any attorney from the time I started my caseThan on 10//I called back and never spoke to anyone the entire dayOn that same day I was contacted by the Mother of my child and was informed that she was going to let my daughter come stay with meOn 10/24/I called and spoke to a man rep and told him that I was no longer interested in the service and that I had been ignored for two days and I wanted a refund that man was so disrespectful to me once he found out that I wanted a refundHe told me you're not getting a [redacted] thing back you can't go to Walmart get a oil change a want your money back we completed your caseAnd hung the phone up on me around 11:30am Barbara called me back and I told her what had happened she than tried to sell me a different service and I told her I'm not interested I just want my money back and that's when she told me it was out of her hands and again that attorney would call about the refundI didn't have the service for more than days before asking for a refund still never heard from attorney about my case are a refundOn 10/17/I paid on 10/20/14/ I sent your company pages of supporting documents and told Barbara that the tax documents I had to go through and find on 10/22/your company sent me incorrect documents on 10//I cancelled the service.So your company didn't do anything for me but try to rip me off out of I want a full refund Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: You have liars for sales representatives then! They told me my papers would be DONE by 1/3/2014!!! The conversations are taped by your company, so prove that I am wrong by supplying the recordings of the first phone calls from your sales teamJust because you think that there is no deadline and that you provided the papers in a timely manor doesn't mean that you did I explained to the sales team that I was going against a court order by keeping my son from his mother which is Contempt of Court charges, that is the reason that the sales team and I agreed on 1/3/for a date to have the papers for the courtThat is also the reason that I went and got a real lawyer to file the papers and the papers to answer the charge of contempt of court, that was filed on me by my ex wife Are you finally getting the picture to why I am so upset at the lye's that I was told by your sales team and the lye's that you are saying that there was no rush for these documents? Also, I just got charged a $fee today for something from your company that was never explained to me, so I still don't know what that is aboutI told you to cancel your services and refund my money, why are you still charging my credit cardNow I have charges to take to the ADA and to my credit card company to get back Regards, [redacted]

Attorney Connection prepared us very well for our custody case and the outcome turned out great! We had thorough understanding of what we had to do and the customer support did a great job of answering questions and making sure we were ready for court

Our records reflect numerous conversations between our company and the customer, [redacted] , and the cardholder, the Complainant, in which we explained clearly that the services do not include an attorney in court Our terms of service also clearly set forth this fact As for the payments, [redacted] spoke with our company in August and specifically authorized those payments in order to expedite the case In addition, Ms [redacted] later tried to get a chargeback refund with the credit card company, but was unsuccessful, proving that the charges were authorized

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, W [redacted] I was mislead it wasn't until they received monies in full that I was told there would not be an attorney present in my caseThe paper work was incorrect And the file they say they Sen no I did not receive thatI have each and every email still saved that I recived

First of all, the customer was informed of, and agreed to, the $monthly legal support fee for legal support, attorney access and case management Secondly, this customer never once contacted us (all he had to do was leave a voice message or send us an email) to cancel this fee This is the first notice of his intent to cancel our legal support As such, we have canceled all future payments Finally, in light of the fact that the customer never notified us of this request to cancel, we respectfully request that the Revdex.com not post his complaint

CF- as stated by the Business We respectfully disagree with the customer's rejection. We have records of numerous phone calls with the customer from our legal support staff and attorneys. In addition, we have notes of conversations with the customer about his successful filing of the documents and that the opposing party served him with a response. So to claim that he later had to hire another attorney to prepare the documents again is not accurate. As for the additional fee to have an attorney appear in court with him, our terms of service clearly states that. It also is clear that our standard services do NOT include an attorney in court. In addition, this was confirmed and agreed to by the customer in his completed Case Intake Form that he submitted. And the reason the customer gives for waiting over a year to complain, and to not contact us at any time during that year to complain to us, lacks serious credibility

First of all, the customer conveniently leaves out how rude and uncooperative he was with our entire legal team, which made getting the necessary information more difficult than it should have been. He also fails to mention that he did not provide The Attorney Connection with all of the
necessary information in a timely fashion, which resulted in him missing some procedural deadlines with the Court. This customer requested something that procedurally could not be done. Thje time frame in which his request needed to be filed had expired, through no fault of The Attorney Connection. In light of that, he was given the other alternatives to explore to try to accomplish his goal. We are not clueless. Rather, he does not understand the law, but portrays himself as a legal expert. Curious as to what law school he went to, or what Bars he has passed. In addition, as clearly stated to the customer, the request for refund
process can take up to business days to allow for our Attorney Review
Panel to review. His request for refund is being reviewed. The fact that this customer filed a Revdex.com complaint just a few days after submitting his request for refund, and not allowing adequate time for review and a response, speaks for itself. Furthermore, all complaints are thoroughly investigated and, if found to contain any
fabrication, falsity, fraudulent claims, embellishment and/or negative
misrepresentations, may result in a suit of intentional interference
with prospective business advantage against the party making the
complaint when it is shown that the complaint disrupted the profitable
business relationships of The Attorney ConnectionUnder this law, it
protects business relationships from outside disruption by a third
party. This means that the injured party (The Attorney Connection) does
not need to show an actual economic benefit in the business
relationshipThe injured party need only show that the economic
advantage to the business relationship was reasonably probable
