The Attorney Connection Reviews (101)

Review: Contacted the Attorney Connection on 02/25/2015 to fill out paperwork for me file a motion to change child custody, visitation and support. 03/04/2015 paid $150.00 to start the process. I was told they would work on the case immediately. Called a few times and sent emails. Didnt receive a clear answer until 03/11/2015 when I was told to pay the remainder of the funds and they would work on the paperwork. The CSR agent stated I was missed informed. On 03/11/2015 I paid $545.00. After that I received numerous emails going back and forth stating I needed to wait for something to clear in the court to file the motion. Several Phone calls and emails were sent with clear direction and request. I continued to get the run-a- around on what the Attorney Connection could actually do when it came to filling a motion. I never got to speak to the Attorney just a CSR agent with an attitude and over email with the same questions that were previously answered in previous emails. Over 47 emails were sent and replied to with no results on paperwork. The CSR explained that the Attorney already had the paperwork written up and just needed to finalize. On 04/27/2015 at 08:08 am an email was sent with the request and a timeline to have documents by April 30 by 3pm, otherwise I wanted a refund and I could file the court paperwork myself. On April 30th after 3 pm I sent several emails and phone calls stating to cease and return $695.00. The Attorney Connection sent me an email on how to file a refund. I filled it out. On Friday May 1, 2015 I went to the court with my own paperwork and filed myself. On Tuesday May 5, 2015 at 11:09 am The Attorney Connection sends me paperwork that is not properly filled out and after the April 30th request. I already filed on my own. These people are clueless.Desired Settlement: Refund the money back to the credit card.

Response:

First of all, the customer conveniently leaves out how rude and uncooperative he was with our entire legal team, which made getting the necessary information more difficult than it should have been. He also fails to mention that he did not provide The Attorney Connection with all of the necessary information in a timely fashion, which resulted in him missing some procedural deadlines with the Court. This customer requested something that procedurally could not be done. Thje time frame in which his request needed to be filed had expired, through no fault of The Attorney Connection. In light of that, he was given the other alternatives to explore to try to accomplish his goal. We are not clueless. Rather, he does not understand the law, but portrays himself as a legal expert. Curious as to what law school he went to, or what Bars he has passed. In addition, as clearly stated to the customer, the request for refund

process can take up to 10 business days to allow for our Attorney Review

Panel to review. His request for refund is being reviewed. The fact that this customer filed a Revdex.com complaint just a few days after submitting his request for refund, and not allowing adequate time for review and a response, speaks for itself. Furthermore, all complaints are thoroughly investigated and, if found to contain any

fabrication, falsity, fraudulent claims, embellishment and/or negative

misrepresentations, may result in a suit of intentional interference

with prospective business advantage against the party making the

complaint when it is shown that the complaint disrupted the profitable

business relationships of The Attorney Connection. Under this law, it

protects business relationships from outside disruption by a third

party. This means that the injured party (The Attorney Connection) does

not need to show an actual economic benefit in the business

relationship. The injured party need only show that the economic

advantage to the business relationship was reasonably probable.

I am rejecting this response because:

All documents were provided in a timely manner. As soon as they were made available by the JDR Court they were sent over. That was explained multiple times via email and by phone. As for giving me the documents after that fact they were made out to the wrong request. I am assuming nobody read the email and checked the documents for accuracy. As for the legal expert compliment thanks. But I am not an Attorney just an average person. But obviously I paid the Attorney Connection to be professionals and they gave amateur work and did not follow simple request. Services were not rendered and I want a refund.
