I emailed them on 3/4/15 after I recieved an email saying I would have my paperwork the next day and never got it. I try to call them and cant get anyone on the phone. I email them they say I will hear from someone and never do. At this point I just want my money back so I can obtain an attorney that will actually help meDesired Settlement: $795.00

Response:

The attorney working on this customer's case got seriously ill, and ended up being hospitalized. We explained this to the customer, and he seemed to understand. In lieu of the unexpected length of the attorney's illness, we have assigned the remainder of his case to anther attorney in order to get the documents to him ASAP. We spoke with the customer a day ago and informed him it would be a couple of more days. He seemed to understand. No refund is necessary because his legal documents are being completed and will be sent to him shortly. His patience, during this unfortunate set of circumstances, has been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and people do get ill, and others should be understanding and sympathetic to that, as it happens to everyone sometime in their life.

I needed help with my child custody case because I was not getting to see my son. I contacted The Attorney Connection and their price and services seemed to be what I needed. I gave them the necessary information, their attorneys prepared the documents I needed to get into court, and their legal support team was very helpful with my questions. Now I have a court order that gives me regular time with my son. Thank you for your help!

I was in a difficult situation with a custody case in Maricopa County and The Attorney Connection helped me attain joint custody of my son.

I did not know how to go about getting my rights thru the courts and didn't have much money to get legal help. I got on a payment plan and made monthly payments until it was paid off. I worked with their legal team and spoke to the Attorneys a few times.

They were great to work with and I am just so happy to have my son back in my life!

Thank You!

Review: I had called the Attorney connection on some legal matters about back child support that I owed.because my passport was on hold. she said they could not do much and I would just have to pay before they would release my passport. and that would of been fine. but then she calls me back the next day and says that I just need to file a motion and it can be worked out. so I pay them there fee. other then taking forever to get me my paperwork come to find out I dont have to file a motion. all I needed to do was have my employer send them a letter stating my employment and that I was needed over seas. I believe I was mislead so they could just make some money. so the first thing I did was call them and told them how I felt that I was mislead and I would like some kind of refund not even asking for a full refund but something would of been nice. an the lady on the phone was so rude. I would never use these guys such a rip of!Desired Settlement: full refund would be nice. but I also understand that they did do some work but I feel that I was misleaded the whole time.

Review: I hired this company to assist me with a child custody case. The Attorney ([redacted]) was so incompetent and obviously over worked because all he wanted to do was argue with me as his client, he would take longer than normal to respond making me miss deadlines and was basically incompetent in producing documents in the time required and documents that were correct and acceptable in court. Most of the communication is via email but on a few occasions I spoke to [redacted] on the phone only to not get anywhere, and he yelled at me multiple times. After being yelled at I finally communicated to him he should find another line of work because doing a less than acceptable job on matters of great importance wasn't acceptable.[redacted] actually agreed he was getting fed up with Family law practice. I ended up having to hire a lawyer in my city to represent me since The Attorney Connection could not produce an acceptable product.Desired Settlement: Nothing less than a full and complete refund I paid will be acceptable. I did not receive any documents that were acceptable to use in my case.

Response:

This customer was helped by our company over 2 1/2 years ago, and just now complaining. Therefore, due to the time lapse, which discredits his complaint, we kindly ask the Revdex.com to disregard this complaint.

Business

Response:

This customer was provided 16, yes SIXTEEN legal documents, not a "few." And they were the documents required by law for what he expressed to us he needed. Also, we always responded to any attempts he made to contact us. With all do respect, his explanation of why he waited so long are not reasons, they are excuses. Again, this complaint should be dismissed, and not published, because it is not only too long ago, it is false.

Review: 10325619I am rejecting this response because: So saying I'm making false statements is how you resolve these matters...that is an interesting business practice. All you are doing is denying your actions so you won't have to refund any money. How many other people have you ripped off? Your Attorney Dean was incompetent and was extremely rude to me on multiple occasions as a client and the content of the documents he produced were not usable for my case because he didn't listen when I provided information to him on the case. He was ALWAYS too busy talking (Lawyer love to listen to themselves talk). I'm not making excuses for the delay, I'm a single parent with active teens and a 50+ hour a week job...I'm limited on time and just a bit busy being a parent. I'm having to take my ex to court again after the holidays and had your company performed you might still have a client in me. Your company completely misrepresented what you would produce and made it near to impossible to ever get the actual attorney assigned to my case on the phone for consultation when required, as in timely. You need to refund my money, I'm not going to back down on this matter one bit, I will not be ripped off by a legal firm that is supposed to be helping people instead of taking from them. This is pretty pathetic.Regards,[redacted]

Before I paid Attorney Connection to file a contempt motion I had a positive experience with them the first time I used there services,but when my childs mother didn't comply with the initial orders I paid The Attorney Connection to draw up a additional Contempt Motion.Well,lets just say I'm currently on my Fourth Attempt to get the documents that The Attorney Connection drew up accepted with the Family Court.Instead of changing course,or thinking outside of the box to get me back in court so that I can establish communication with my son,they chose to play the BLAME Game.They basically blamed the Clerk,then the Clerk blamed them,so I'm in the middle and at the end of the day I still haven't had communication with my son.I also asked for the possiblity of a refund if the Fourth Attempt at submitting the Contempt Order is rejected for the Fourth Time,and that question within my latest email was ignored...

FYI: In order to avoid an inexperienced clerk improperly rejecting your documents again, we suggest contacting the clerk's office, and doing the following:

Ask to speak to a supervisor;

Let him/her know that your documents were improperly rejected before;

Let him/her know that you are resubmitting them;

Ask if you can put it to his/her attention;

And let them know that you are submitting the proper forms with sufficient information for it to be filed and heard by the judge;

And that it is improper for the clerk to reject them if they claim there aren't sufficient facts to support the claims for contempt (that is for a judge to determine).

Attorney Connection prepared us very well for our custody case and the outcome turned out great! We had thorough understanding of what we had to do and the customer support did a great job of answering questions and making sure we were ready for court.

Review: This organization advertises legal services and states how they are willing to prepare court documents and give you the best legal advice. However this company has not done that. They continue to state that an attorney was assigned to the case but has sent back a legal document with all the words that I sent to them and had no legal terminology. You can tell that an attorney did not write up the document. They gave me no legal advice nor helped me to see how I should have approached a response from the defendant. This company is a fruad and a marketing company to see out individuals who need help from local attorneys. I do not think any attorneys work on any cases and believes that they have customer service representative handling their customers information and the customers think they are getting documentation from an attorney. This company does not provide the service they say they will once they receive your money.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of the money I paid in, as I did not receive the services that I was told I would receive from talking to the initial person on the phone. They sent a response that I was suppose to turn into the courts copied verbatim from what I sent. Instead of detailing the response the way a lawyer would they used all my words. There were no legal terms and it appeared as if an 7th grader would have wrote up the information. What they did I could have done on my own.

Business

Response:

First and foremost, the customer received the proper legal documents and attorney support for which he engaged the services of the company. Secondly, the legal documents prepared can only be a direct reflection of the information provided by the customer, as he is the one who knows the fact of the case and conveys that information to the companies. Thirdly, the company allows the opportunity for the customer to request or make revisions to the legal documents, so they can always be redrafted to the satisfaction of the customer. Finally, it is important that, to some extent, the documents accurately reflect what the actually testimony of the party would testify to in court, otherwise the customer could lose credibility with the judge.

The full services were provided to the customer and the legal staff and attorney support is still available to the customer. As such, a refund (of the already extremely low cost for attorney services) is not justified. The company is happy to continue to work with the customer with regards to his documents and/or legal support to better satisfy his needs.

Very nice staff. They listened to me.

The Team at Attorney Connection is very helpful. They have helped me with my case at a fraction of what it would have cost me otherwise. I would highly recommend them. I am going to court tommorrow and feel very prepared. Thank You

Review: I received my legal document by email. When I printed it out and started proof reading it looked like a kindergartner wrote it. Someone else's name I've never heard of was on my document with my address on it. That was just one thing. The county was wrong, this little block isn't big enough to include all the errors my document had. When I called them and requested at least a partial refund the legal representative was rude. She lied and said she was sending some kind of form to my email for me to fill out, I never received a form. I tried to call them back and tell them I had not received the form I left a message because there was no answer just a recording. I never received a call back. I never even got the chance to speak with an attorney. So I think I deserve a complete refund. And [redacted], the man who calls you to get you to sign up and gets your money was no help either. I paid in full up front, once I paid everyone turned into a fake, no one wanted to talk to me or help me after that. I'm fighting with my fianc for custody of my step son. My advice to everyone, go get a REAL attorney. These people are not professionals. You can look at my document and see that they don't care about you or your case.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I never even got to speak with an attorney. And my document was all wrong.

Business

Response:

The legal documents were fine. There was one minor typo, which was corrected. Similar documents have been prepared hundreds of times for other customers, with no issues. This customer clearly is just looking to get the services for free. In addition, if the customer wanted to speak to an attorney, all he had to do was call in and schedule an attorney call. And if that is such an issue with him, he is still welcome to call and schedule an attorney call. But wait and see, this customer will deny wanting that now and still just demand a refund. In addition, all phone calls were returned to this customer. Just because a customer calls after business hours and does not receive a live person, does not mean a business is avoiding them or a fake. Allowing reasonable time to return calls, and during normal business hours, is certainly reasonable. No refund is warranted.

The Attorney Connection provided valuable assistance in providing me with legal paperwork I needed and to prepare me for court. They were very professional and helpful during the process. They seemed to do everything in their power to get me to where I expected. . . and I commend them on a job well done.

Review: My sons girlfriend was killed in Springfield, OH and I was seeking an attorney to help file permanent custody papers for his 2 kids. My son filed temporary custody and was awarded custody and was given a court date of 11-20-15 for permanent custody. I contacted attorney connection and was told they do help with preparing the paper work for the custody hearing and since my son already filed on his own it would be $500 for their services. I agreed and paid the $500. Attorney Connection told my son to send him all the documents that he had filed and they would a prepare them. an attorney called my son and they talked for about 20 mins. going over his case but he told my son he would have to send the documents again because his computer was down and he was unable to see his documents. My son sent the documents again. They prepared them and sent them to my son for him to file in court. When my son went to file the papers attorney connection prepared he was told he had already file permanent custody papers when he file for the temporary custody papers and the ones attorney connection prepare was not needed. My complaint is if they attorneys had the documents my son filed why didn't they see he had already filed for permanent custody and their services was not needed. I have called attorney connection to speak with an attorney about this but each time a very rude lady answers the phone and does not pass my information on to an attorney to call me back. I feel attorney connection should have seen that my son had file for permanent custody and notify us and returned my money or charge a fee for the service of looking over the document. I would like a refundDesired Settlement: I feel they should refund my money or some of it since they are attorneys they should have seen my son had already filed the proper papers

Business

Response:

First of all, the customer asked us to prepare amended documents, which is what we prepared. If the clerk did not recognize that, then they were wrong. Customers who have already filed in a case, frequently retain our services to amend the documents to ensure they are properly prepared with what the court wants and expects. That is what we did. In addition, the attorney consultation was closer to an hour, not just 20 minutes. In addition, legal support is still available to the customer. Since services were rendered as requested, we respectfully decline to issue a refund.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: I was told they are attorneys who finds out what the laws are in different states. If they did a search for the Ohio law and seen that the papers we already filed was the custody papers and nothing else should be filed . No they told us if we amend the custody paper already filed it will help our case. I feel they sold me a lie and the lawyer did not talk to my son for no hour it was 20 mins. If they are attorneys who specialize in child custody and did their research they should have seen there was no other papers or amendment needed to be file to help my case.I received a call from the rude lady Friday after I file my compliant telling me someone would be calling my son about this matter instead of me. I don't know why because they sent me the documents they amended and the intake package. Again she was rude and if someone have to call me again please let it be an attorney instead of the rude lady. if you are in the business of ripping people off then you should say that that up front instead of misleading people. I dealt with these people in good faith thinking I was getting good service but was ripped off for $500. I would like a full refund because I was sold a lie.

Business

Response:

First, the reasoning is wrong. Attorneys file amended documents frequently, in order to add or improve upon what has already been filed. Second, the attorney consultation call was almost an hour. In addition, the customer is in the process of scheduling another attorney call, so he is continuing to utilize our services.

I am rejecting this response because: We can go back and forward on who is right and wrong at the end you will not refund any of my money because you feel you are right. That's okay you keep the $500 you ripped me off for. Buy your poor kids something for Christmas on me. My son does not need a follow up call from you either. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you are ripping people off with your lies.

Review: There is barely ANY communication going on anymore. I would like to have this changed asap. I sent an email on the 7/23/14 asking them if they have recieved a copy of an email with an attachment and they still have yet to reply when it states that it may take 24-48 hrs to respond. it has been 5 days!Desired Settlement: If this is not taken care of by the 18th of august, I would like a 50% refund! they are supposed to be helping me after I paid them full!

Business

Response:

We did respond to the customer's inquiry the same day. The email informed him to contact our customer support to discuss preparing the additional document(s) he is requesting. He has not responded to our last attempt to contact him. For further background, this customer already received all of the legal document to petition to establish paternity and custody/visitation for which he originally engaged our service. We are happy to help him further. A complaint with the Revdex.com was not only totally unnecessary, it is a rather extreme way to request a phone call from our company. A simple follow up phone call from the customer to our company at his convenience will suffice. We are here to help him. Thank you.

Review: I pd. an installment to help my son, with legal help, after being told they could help with support payments. then he was told they only file paperwork, and could not go to court for him. we live in a different state than child. so he decided to cancel, and try to find someone that could go in to court. now they will not refund my installment of 150.00. he was told they could do nothing, until he made a full payment of almost $700., we were not told 1st installment was non refundable after 24 hours. why would it be if it was going to be an installment plan, and there was absolutely no paperwork done, except for taking my 1st paymentDesired Settlement: I would like my money refunded back to my account, since no service was rendered, and no paperwork was ever filed or signed. I spoke with nicole at ###-###-####. she said they could physically go to court, and now we are being told different!she called me, 2 or 3 times to contact my son. his name is kenneth paiva phone# ###-###-#### . I called again 5/7/2013 and was told no refund!!i am also filing a complaint with florida Revdex.com, and deceptive trade agency if nothing is done!

Review: I contacted this firm after searching "fathers rights" to assist my minor son and me with filing for custody/guardianship of my grand daughter. I was told that the company was owned/operated by licensed attorneys, that this is "exactly what we do" and they could help me. They explained that they completed documents only, no court appearance, etc., had helped thousands of clients and had a very high success rate. It sounded like what I needed, so I agreed to work with them. I was also told about their seemingly reasonable payment plan, but that they could get me an emergency hearing (for immediate guardianship) within 5-7 days if I paid the $975.00 fee in full, up front. I did so and later that day I received (via email) their intake forms/questionnaires, which I completed and returned that same day.When I received the documents they prepared, there were full of errors, including the misspelling of my name. A critical background question I had answered "yes" to and gave the details of was checked "no" and when I brought this to the attention of one of their "attorneys" was told that "it didn't matter." There were numerous other such errors, but the final straw was this: They sent me a letter stating "We have personally contacted the court to verify that we have included all the documents that you need." The Court they referred to, had printed on my documents and sent me to wait 2+ hours in line at doesn't provide family law service. The only Courthouse that does is downtown, 20 miles away. Had they actually contacted the Court they would have known this.I went downtown to file the documents and not only had to redo them all due to errors, I only had about 25% of the documents I needed. Hence, another full day in court, doing myself what I paid these people to do. I called them, got apologies and their assurance they they would "make it right" with ongoing consultation, etc. I said "having my money back would do it." They refunded 1/2 of it and will not respond to my emails.Desired Settlement: I want the remaining balance of $487.50 refunded to me immediately. I paid for the service of professionally prepared documents and legal consultation from a company that claims to be owned/operated by licensed attorneys. What I got was dishonesty, inaccuracy and basically the runaround from your salesperson and your office staff.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9751186, and pretty much all of the statements they made regarding their service were inaccurate, as was their rendition of what I communicated to them. Therefore, they issued me a refund (shortly AFTER I filed my complaint) and that is a satisfactory resolution.

I was very hesitant to turn over my case to the attorney connection as my case was very important to me and I had always used attorneys in the past. The cost was such a difference in what I previously paid I decided to give it a try. I was amazed at the legal strategy their attorneys came up with and how quickly they turned around my paperwork. It was perfect. Ready for court in just a few days. I highly recommend the attorney connection. Don't waste the money on a lawyer.

Review: Talked to a man named S[redacted] on Oct. 7, 2015 over the phone. I am a resident of Illinois seeking legal help with a custody issue between states. I was told the consultation was free and that after an initial payment of $175 I could start the process of using the services. I consented to the initial payment of $175 over the phone without asking about the refund policy. I was never told of the refund policy on October 7th over the phone when I made that payment.

less than 24 hours later I called to request a full refund as I decided that my case required a local attorney rather than the services provided by this company. I spoke to a woman who answered the phone. After requesting my refund politely, she responded in a very aggressive tone that no refund could be issued in my case without submitting a request for the attorneys to review via the website. She emailed me a link and told me I would hear back within 10 business days. I completed the required form to request the refund which requires a person to waive many rights. THis form itself needs to be reviewed for lagallity, it's certainly unethical. I NEVER heard anything back. No services were ever rendered to me. I never completed any papaerwork or signed anything or submitted any information for the attorneys to review. All I did was have a conversation with S[redacted] and then change my mind a day later. The next day, I called S[redacted] directly and he was verbally abusive insisting that he had gone over the return policy with everyone he speaks to. When I asked him to find recordings of our conversation and after I explained that I had not received any services nor submitted or signed anything consenting to receive these services and also that I am a resident of Illinois which allows for a 2 business day rescind policy for any contracts, even tho I never agreed to any contracts verbal or otherwise, he became even more verbally abusive.

I was never contacted by anyone from this company and I just want my $175 back. no services renderd.Desired Settlement: full refund of %175 since I never submitted any information for review, and I received literally NO services from this company whatsoever and I cancelled within 48 hours as are my rights as a resident of Illinois even if I had signed or agreed verbally to some sort of contract, which I did not. I would also like a recording of both of my conversation between myself and Shawn at ext404 reviewed for accuracy and ethical standards.

Response:

First of all, to be accurate, this customer cancelled 5 days after starting our services. Moreover, every customer is told about, and emailed immediately, the no refund policy (contained in our terms of service) due to the fact that services that involve people's time cannot be recovered. We approach every new customer with the belief that they are going

to follow through with our services. As such, we begin working right

away on establishing and reviewing their case file. Below is an example

of the some of the initial value provided and the time/expenses

incurred once a new customer begins:

Review: Contacted the Attorney Connection on 02/25/2015 to fill out paperwork for me file a motion to change child custody, visitation and support. 03/04/2015 paid $150.00 to start the process. I was told they would work on the case immediately. Called a few times and sent emails. Didnt receive a clear answer until 03/11/2015 when I was told to pay the remainder of the funds and they would work on the paperwork. The CSR agent stated I was missed informed. On 03/11/2015 I paid $545.00. After that I received numerous emails going back and forth stating I needed to wait for something to clear in the court to file the motion. Several Phone calls and emails were sent with clear direction and request. I continued to get the run-a- around on what the Attorney Connection could actually do when it came to filling a motion. I never got to speak to the Attorney just a CSR agent with an attitude and over email with the same questions that were previously answered in previous emails. Over 47 emails were sent and replied to with no results on paperwork. The CSR explained that the Attorney already had the paperwork written up and just needed to finalize. On 04/27/2015 at 08:08 am an email was sent with the request and a timeline to have documents by April 30 by 3pm, otherwise I wanted a refund and I could file the court paperwork myself. On April 30th after 3 pm I sent several emails and phone calls stating to cease and return $695.00. The Attorney Connection sent me an email on how to file a refund. I filled it out. On Friday May 1, 2015 I went to the court with my own paperwork and filed myself. On Tuesday May 5, 2015 at 11:09 am The Attorney Connection sends me paperwork that is not properly filled out and after the April 30th request. I already filed on my own.These people are clueless.Desired Settlement: Refund the money back to the credit card.

Business

Response:

First of all, the customer conveniently leaves out how rude and uncooperative he was with our entire legal team, which made getting the necessary information more difficult than it should have been. He also fails to mention that he did not provide The Attorney Connection with all of the necessary information in a timely fashion, which resulted in him missing some procedural deadlines with the Court. This customer requested something that procedurally could not be done. Thje time frame in which his request needed to be filed had expired, through no fault of The Attorney Connection. In light of that, he was given the other alternatives to explore to try to accomplish his goal. We are not clueless. Rather, he does not understand the law, but portrays himself as a legal expert. Curious as to what law school he went to, or what Bars he has passed. In addition, as clearly stated to the customer, the request for refund

process can take up to 10 business days to allow for our Attorney Review

Panel to review. His request for refund is being reviewed. The fact that this customer filed a Revdex.com complaint just a few days after submitting his request for refund, and not allowing adequate time for review and a response, speaks for itself. Furthermore, all complaints are thoroughly investigated and, if found to contain any

fabrication, falsity, fraudulent claims, embellishment and/or negative

misrepresentations, may result in a suit of intentional interference

with prospective business advantage against the party making the

complaint when it is shown that the complaint disrupted the profitable

business relationships of The Attorney Connection. Under this law, it

protects business relationships from outside disruption by a third

party. This means that the injured party (The Attorney Connection) does

not need to show an actual economic benefit in the business

relationship. The injured party need only show that the economic

advantage to the business relationship was reasonably probable.

I am rejecting this response because:

All documents were provided in a timely manner. As soon as they were made available by the JDR Court they were sent over. That was explained multiple times via email and by phone. As for giving me the documents after that fact they were made out to the wrong request. I am assuming nobody read the email and checked the documents for accuracy. As for the legal expert compliment thanks. But I am not an Attorney just an average person. But obviously I paid the Attorney Connection to be professionals and they gave amateur work and did not follow simple request. Services were not rendered and I want a refund.

The customer has filed for a charge back with his bank.

Review: I was seeking assistance for a nasty joint custody case. I was informed from the beginning by the Attorney Connection that I would be able to have a lawyer attend the court hearings for an additional $500. That was the deciding factor for me. However, once the court date arrived, the lawyer I initially spoke with was no longer available to speak with. The secretary informed me that they do not offer a service that allows the lawyer to attend the court preceding for an additional fee. Moreover, the only thing they did for an up front fee of $875 plus a $10 monthly fee was fill out a packet that I could have filled out. It was on the internet, and they didn't even fill out the weekend visitation, AT ALL! They forgot to send in the family tracking sheet, which delayed the court date even longer. The deal-breaker was the fact that they offered a lawyer to be present at the hearings for an additional $500. They did not help me order a motion for temporary visitation in the mean time, and they had no advice. So now the court date has been drug out, and I have not been able to see my children since the court date has begun. Moreover, I have had to pay a new lawyer $1500 to re-do their work. Also, they unprofessionally neglected to return my phone calls and emails on seven occasions. This is a highly emotional case, and when you have to call your lawyer ten times in order to receive a response, that in my opinion, is unprofessional. The "lawyer" I supposedly spoke with said his name was Sid. My current lawyer has two other clients that got burnt by the Attorney Connection as well.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I had to pay an additional $1500 for a new attorney to redo the Attorney Connection's work. This was on top of the $875 up front fee and a year's worth of $10 monthly payments to the Attorney Connection. The monetary expenses do not compare with the headache and time I wasted dealing with them.

Business

Response:

This customer received his legal documents from the business about 1 year ago. Since he started, he has spoken with our legal staff and attorneys on multiple occasions. The complaints he makes in his Revdex.com complaint are news to us. First of all, why did he not contact us to discuss these issues? Second, why does one wait almost a year before filing a complaint? The answer to those questions reveals the credibility, or lack thereof, of this complaint. As for the issue of stating we offered an attorney for representation for $500, that is simply false. Our services have never offered that. Our terms of service, and the Case Intake Form submitted by the customer, clearly state that. Regardless, our records do not reflect such a request from this customer at any point. And again, why weren't these specific issues addressed with the business before filing a complaint, and why did the customer wait so long to make the complaint? Bottom line: the services we provide as explained to the customer and set forth in our terms of service were provided, so a refund is not warranted.

Business

Response:

CF- as stated by the Business. We respectfully disagree with the customer's rejection. We have records of numerous phone calls with the customer from our legal support staff and attorneys. In addition, we have notes of conversations with the customer about his successful filing of the documents and that the opposing party served him with a response. So to claim that he later had to hire another attorney to prepare the documents again is not accurate. As for the additional fee to have an attorney appear in court with him, our terms of service clearly states that. It also is clear that our standard services do NOT include an attorney in court. In addition, this was confirmed and agreed to by the customer in his completed Case Intake Form that he submitted. And the reason the customer gives for waiting over a year to complain, and to not contact us at any time during that year to complain to us, lacks serious credibility.

I am rejecting this response because:what does it matter if I waited a year before I filed a complaint? I was busy hiring another lawyer. Someone clearly told me that they could provide an attorney,I can provide the name again if you like.I was tired of dealing with the company, they kept giving me the runaround and would not return timely phone calls. Yes they filled out basic paperwork that was found on the Internet. The last phone call I made was when they said that they would not provide an attorney with me to my court appearance and that was when I was done dealing with them. What does it matter how long it took for me to make a complaint? Again, someone on the phone told me I couldn't have a lawyer present with me at my court date for an additional $500. I am not making that up. They keep bringing up the fact it took me a year to make a complaint, I was busy with life, and finishing up my court hearing I no longer wanted them to be a part of. They delayed my court date but not furnishing the family tracking sheet when everything else was filed. all I need to do is take responsibility for their part and refund half of my money and I'll be happy. Since they have Tape recorded conversations, then play back the ones from when I first initiated their services and it will obviously prove that they told me they could provide a lawyer to my court hearing. Very unprofessional, and I will never recommend them to anybody

Dustin Bateman
