Very nice staff They listened to me

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:

I have no reason to steel services as I stated we we're not told we would not have an Attorney present until the last moment we we're misled all togetherYou h ash we taken advantage of a 100% disabled veteranAnd no we did not get all papers stated in your responseNot only that all information was s faxed and you didn't even look at it you did not put in the correct monies being paid and that goes to show add you you are liers and thieves taking from the poorI have each and every email you have sent me there was nothing explaining what should have been explained before you ripped me off because I would have never hired you had I know exactly what you consisted of as far as your workYour services are a joke and a rip off according to the Attorney I have been talking with and now has the untrue documents you drew up

Everything
was disclosed to this customer. See the terms of service to which he
agreed (see attachment). The representations in this complaint are not
accurateTo make this complaint worse, the same day of this
complaint, the customer first notified us regarding wanting to cancel and did not submit the required
request for refund form, as set forth in the agreed upon terms. In addition, the customer did receive value, including access to our family law eBook and other valuable resources. Finally, customer agreed to our no refund policy, clearly stated more than once in the AGREED UPON terms of service

This complaint is ridiculous!!! This customer wants a FULL REFUND because of a simple typo (that was corrected immediately) in the legal documentsAnd per the terms of service, we are to be given the opportunity to correct typos, etc., which was done and the corrected document was sent to the
customer. In addition, the customer was spoken to at least three times within a day period after he received his documents. This complaint should not even be posted. Unbelievable! A consumer like this is going to get sued some day by a company for intentional interference with economic business advantage, and be held economically responsible for the damage done to the business

This customer was helped by our company over 1/years ago, and just now complaining. Therefore, due to the time lapse, which discredits his complaint, we kindly ask the Revdex.com to disregard this complaint

First of all, to be accurate, this customer cancelled days after starting our services. Moreover, every customer is told about, and emailed immediately, the no refund policy (contained in our terms of service) due to the fact that services that involve people's time cannot be
recovered. We approach every new customer with the belief that they are going
to follow through with our services. As such, we begin working right
away on establishing and reviewing their case file. Below is an example
of the some of the initial value provided and the time/expenses
incurred once a new customer begins:
Day or 2:
Initial review by an attorney of the intake information gathered by the
family law consultant who assisted the new customer. (Average time
estimate: minutes. Value: $125)Day 1: Family law Ebook provided to customer. Value $Day or 2: Customer online case management system and profile created. Value $Day or 2: initial case information provided by customer is reviewed by an attorneyWeek 1: Attorney begins preparation of legal documents based on initial information provided by customerIn addition, as a courtesy, we waived the $early cancellation fee

Before I paid Attorney Connection to file a contempt motion I had a positive experience with them the first time I used there services,but when my childs mother didn't comply with the initial orders I paid The Attorney Connection to draw up a additional Contempt Motion.Well,lets just say I'm currently on my Fourth Attempt to get the documents that The Attorney Connection drew up accepted with the Family Court.Instead of changing course,or thinking outside of the box to get me back in court so that I can establish communication with my son,they chose to play the BLAME Game.They basically blamed the Clerk,then the Clerk blamed them,so I'm in the middle and at the end of the day I still haven't had communication with my son.I also asked for the possiblity of a refund if the Fourth Attempt at submitting the Contempt Order is rejected for the Fourth Time,and that question within my latest email was ignored
FYI: In order to avoid an inexperienced clerk improperly rejecting your documents again, we suggest contacting the clerk's office, and doing the following:
Ask to speak to a supervisor;
Let him/her know that your documents were improperly rejected before;
Let him/her know that you are resubmitting them;
Ask if you can put it to his/her attention;
And let them know that you are submitting the proper forms with sufficient information for it to be filed and heard by the judge;
And that it is improper for the clerk to reject them if they claim there aren't sufficient facts to support the claims for contempt (that is for a judge to determine)

It is unfortunate the customer had a negative experience. We never received any email messages that he references. We provided the documents in a timely fashion. The fact that the customer chose to retain another attorney on his own, and on such short notice when he had no filing deadline, while certainly not necessary, was his personal choice that we respect. However, it does not change the fact that we produced the legal documents in a timely fashion as per our terms of service and in accordance with what is stated by our representatives

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:what does it matter if I waited a year before I filed a complaint? I was busy hiring another lawyerSomeone clearly told me that they could provide an attorney,I can provide the name again if you like.I was tired of dealing with the company, they kept giving me the runaround and would not return timely phone callsYes they filled out basic paperwork that was found on the InternetThe last phone call I made was when they said that they would not provide an attorney with me to my court appearance and that was when I was done dealing with themWhat does it matter how long it took for me to make a complaint? Again, someone on the phone told me I couldn't have a lawyer present with me at my court date for an additional $I am not making that upThey keep bringing up the fact it took me a year to make a complaint, I was busy with life, and finishing up my court hearing I no longer wanted them to be a part ofThey delayed my court date but not furnishing the family tracking sheet when everything else was filedall I need to do is take responsibility for their part and refund half of my money and I'll be happy Since they have Tape recorded conversations, then play back the ones from when I first initiated their services and it will obviously prove that they told me they could provide a lawyer to my court hearingVery unprofessional, and I will never recommend them to anybody

This customer received his legal documents from the business about year ago. Since he started, he has spoken with our legal staff and attorneys on multiple occasions. The complaints he makes in his Revdex.com complaint are news to us. First of all, why did he not contact us to discuss
these issues? Second, why does one wait almost a year before filing a complaint? The answer to those questions reveals the credibility, or lack thereof, of this complaint. As for the issue of stating we offered an attorney for representation for $500, that is simply false. Our services have never offered that. Our terms of service, and the Case Intake Form submitted by the customer, clearly state that. Regardless, our records do not reflect such a request from this customer at any point. And again, why weren't these specific issues addressed with the business before filing a complaint, and why did the customer wait so long to make the complaint? Bottom line: the services we provide as explained to the customer and set forth in our terms of service were provided, so a refund is not warranted

First, we have attached proof that the revised documents were sent to the customer on 10/22/14. Secondly, his demand for a refund claiming that he never received them is not even why he stated he wanted a refund when he contacted us about requesting a refund. He stated that, after the documents were prepared by an attorney and provided to him, the other party apparently agreed with giving him custody and that he did not need the documents. However, the work and service cannot be undone once completed. You can't ask a mechanic to fix the brakes on your car, have them fix it, and then tell them to give you your money back because you have a new mode of transportation and don't need the car. Bottom line,: customer engaged legal services, received those legal services as promised, and now wants those services for free. Unbelievable. This is a prime example of someone else who is going to get sued one day by a business for intentional interference with economic business relations for making intentional, malicious and allegations damaging a business reputation and economic well-being because they are using the Revdex.com in an effort to extort a business to do what they want. This business will not tolerate theft of services, so no refund

The attorney working on this customer's case got seriously ill, and ended up being hospitalized. We explained this to the customer, and he seemed to understand. In lieu of the unexpected length of the attorney's illness, we have assigned the remainder of his case to anther attorney in
order to get the documents to him ASAP. We spoke with the customer a day ago and informed him it would be a couple of more days. He seemed to understand. No refund is necessary because his legal documents are being completed and will be sent to him shortly. His patience, during this unfortunate set of circumstances, has been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, sometimes life happens and people do get ill, and others should be understanding and sympathetic to that, as it happens to everyone sometime in their life

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
I did email the Attorney Connection to inform them that the documents were filled out wrong, I never heard back from them (picture # ending in 150426). On the original petition (picture# 144349) had Greeley, CO court house on the paper work that was also given to The Attorney Connection with the case intake formThe original Petition has *** listed at the "Obligor" also known as in court terms the Respondent in the caseOn the forms provided by Attorney Connection *** is listed as the PetitionerOn Colorado court form JDF it states when filing new paper work the " Petition-The person identified in the original Petition filed with the courts, Respondent-The person identified in the original Petition files with the court." On the documents provided from Attorney Connection *** is listed as the Petitioner(picture# 143957), also they were still missing information like ***'s Winformation for gross income The clerk of courts could not accept the paper work that the Attorney Connections filled out because it did not have a case number nor did it have *** as the Respondent in the case, questions and information were blank or not answeredThey should have been answered all that information was given to Attorney Connection (picture ending in #150426) The court house on the paper work provided by Attorney Connection was Fort Collins, CO; the court house on the original petition is Greeley, COQuestions of the Financial Statement were not filled in (picture# 143929)When I talked with Sid with Attorney Connection I made sure to ask that they had a lawyer that knew Colorado law, he assured me that they had lawyers in Colorado that knew the Colorado court systemClearly they do not know how to fill out paper work.

First, there was no misleading.  We are very clear what services we do and do not provide.  Customer also received and agreed to the terms of service, which clearly explain everything.  (See attachment)  Secondly, the customer just received his completed legal documents 2 days...

ago, in which our process includes an opportunity for the customer to make requests for corrections and/or revisions.  Rather than do that, the customer has chosen to write a slanderous, false complaint with the Revdex.com.  This is totally unprofessional to not address any issues with the company first.  Customer received the services in full, and has not even given the company a chance to address his concerns, so his request for refund is adamantly denied.

The legal documents were fine.  There was one minor typo, which was corrected.  Similar documents have been prepared hundreds of times for other customers, with no issues.  This customer clearly is just looking to get the services for free.  In addition, if the customer wanted to...

speak to an attorney, all he had to do was call in and schedule an attorney call.  And if that is such an issue with him, he is still welcome to call and schedule an attorney call.  But wait and see, this customer will deny wanting that now and still just demand a refund.  In addition, all phone calls were returned to this customer.  Just because a customer calls after business hours and does not receive a live person, does not mean a business is avoiding them or a fake.  Allowing reasonable time to return calls, and during normal business hours, is certainly reasonable.  No refund is warranted.

This company did not provide what was told in an original agreement!  I did call and also called and texted the representative that wanted my business. I got nothing in return. I am able to prove my cell phone calls and texts messages from my cell phone and I also called from my work. If the woman I talked to was typing as I talked to her and told me she would relay the information to the lawyer. I was not allowed to talk with a lawyer at any time. If she did not relay the information, that is not on me and like I said I can prove the date and times of my text messages and cell phone calls. And the service was specifically to have professional documents. The ones we had were copied and pasted together and several child looking errors.  That is not professional.

First and foremost, the customer was not "promised" by The Attorney Connection that he would have his documents by 1/3/14, because the customer did not have a filing deadline that had to be met.  Moreover, rather than contacting the business on the date he alleges the documents were to be sent...

to him, the customer did not contact The Attorney Connection until a week later on 1/10/14.  When the customer contacted The Attorney Connection, he left a voice message stating that he wanted his documents that day or else he would demand a full refund.  A representative then contacted him back immediately, at which time the customer made the same demand.  As the customer stated in his Complaint, the attorney-prepared legal documents were emailed to him that same afternoon.  The customer was then given an opportunity to make any request for changes or corrections to the documents.  No such request was made.  Rather, he just filed a Complaint with the Revdex.com.  In short, the customer received the services he paid for in their entirety, and in accordance with what he was told and per the terms of service.

The customer has filed for a charge back with his bank.

I am rejecting this response because: On June 23, 2016 I did email them to inform that the paper work was wrong, they did not respond to me at all. The original court paper work I had sent them only had a Greeley CO court house on it,so I do not know where they come up with the Fort Collins CO court house at.

I needed help with my child custody case because I was not getting to see my son. I contacted The Attorney Connection and their price and services seemed to be what I needed. I gave them the necessary information, their attorneys prepared the documents I needed to get into court, and their legal support team was very helpful with my questions. Now I have a court order that gives me regular time with my son. Thank you for your help!
