Hi Revdex.com [redacted] - If you could provide an order number, we can look into thisHowever, we clearly detail that we are simply a resale site for ticketsSo, your tickets you purchased were from another sellerThe money you pay for the tickets goes directly to the seller and they are no longer able to use those tickets to sell to anyone else because you are now the ownerIf there were no system errors, and it was just an error ordering them, we are unable to offer a refund as the seller delivered what he promised

Mr*** called in to TicketCity after placing the order and claimed his tickets stated they would be in Orchestra CenterHowever, as you can see in the attachment in our sale portal as well as the invoiced attached, it is listed as general orchestraIt does not define anywhere on there that
the tickets are going to be in Orchestra CenterIn addition, the customer attempted to claim the tickets were mis-listed and are obstructed but per the Music Box Theatre, they are behind Row E and experience no obstruction. We understand buying tickets on the internet can be confusing at times and would be happy to refund his service chargeHowever, as a secondary market, TicketCity does not own the tickets and cannot refund since the seller is not willingThere were no site issues or anything mis-listed per *** ***, head of our development team. We acknowledge that the customer does not find this satisfactoryIn our response, we asked for an Order ID to see if there was a possible error on our endThe customer rejected this requestWithout the Order ID, we are unable to see if there were any issues therefore we are unable to offer a refund. This customer submitted his order for tickets that had an in-hand date that was posted as 3/31/for an event on 4/1/By submitting his order, the customer agrees to TicketCity's Terms & Conditions, one of which is the TicketCity Guarantee that all orders are guaranteed to be fulfilled with
authentic tickets delivered before the event or a customer is entitled to a refundFor this order, the in-hand date of 3/31/has not yet been reachedAlthough the customer was unfortunately not satisfied with the service he was given, TicketCity has not breached any of the Terms & Conditions surrounding the order and still can deliver the tickets to the customer as promised as was agreed to when the order was submittedTicketCity sent an email to the customer offering to fulfill the customer's order as promised within the Terms & Conditions with authentic tickets on-time for the event

All the tickets for the actual club level for this game were listed as Club Level with a numbered section and row and were significantly higher priced than these pre-game passesAn example would be Club Level Row As our client said, these passes were listed only as Stadium Club with the row
noted only as PassThe tickets notes said "Take your pre-game festivities up a notch at the Fiesta Bowl Stadium Club pre-game party."

The attachment above displays that the Bar Code was applied at the venue entrance and shows the time as wellThis shows there were no issues with the tickets. TicketCity takes time to ensure all of our tickets sell valid barcodes and we hold them to a standard if they do notIf they have
failed orders, they are no longer allowed to list on our siteBecause of this, we require them to share a scan report (as attached) showing

I am rejecting this response because:
It was not as clear as they are making it out to be. "Stadium Club" The fact that other tickets were listed differently and that they were higher priced has no bearing on the fact that the tickets were misleadingly labeled. AND... Ticket City changed the way they were listed after I complained and was forced to re-sell them. That is a clear admission, to me, that you acknowledged my complaint was valid. It could have been easily resolved but they have refused to budge even though I spent over $on other tickets the same day

I am rejecting this response because I do not feel the issue has been resolvedI still have not been refundedThis incident is textbook "theft by deception" and if this is not resolved I will be contacting a lawyer to recover my loses.

TicketCity received a charge-back from the client's Credit Card company and all evidence to your Credit Card company was shown for your bank and our team to discussPer the TicketCity chargeback standards, all further communication is then handled between your financial institution and our customer response teams. Our notes show that you ordered a wristband to *** and received this wristband in the mail. You then tightened the wristband prior to going to the show which led to a denial of entry. The original purchaser does not re-issue wristbands so you were not able to access the festival. We then received a chargeback from your credit card companyWe requested a partial refund from our seller but received denial. TicketCity continues to strive to help our customers and be as fair as possibleHowever, we are a marketplace that connects buyers to sellers and delivered the product as promised to the client

That request has been completed from what I understand and a resolution was found

After TicketCity was able to contact the seller of the tickets, we were able to confirm the seller made an errorBecause we stand by our guarantee, we have refunded this customer 100%
