The client who called in regarding his order complained that tickets were sold above or below face valueHowever, at TicketCity we continue to do our best to inform our customers the amount they are being chargedThe last thing shown to a customer (example is shown as an attachment) states that
tickets are sold above and below face valueAs a marketplace, we have sellers who list at market value for whatever they think the ticket is worth at the time they are listing it and throughout the active listingThe customer was upset with us because the client paid exponentially more for Standing Room Only tickets at a Cleveland Indians gameHowever, I do not feel we failed to inform the customer. The complaint issued against TicketCity began when a customer purchased Standing Room Only tickets for the Cleveland Indians above face valueHowever, we state on our website that tickets are sold above and below face value in order to inform a customer prior to purchaseAs you can see attached with an example event, it is the last sentence you read/agree to when you place an order through TicketCityWe do this in order to avoid customer confusion when the face value reads different that the market valueThe market value is set by the sellers who list on our site. The additional issue comes up when we were informed the customer ordering was special needsDue to the nature of the order, and the issues that stemmed from this, we have refunded the customer the full amount of the order and contacted them directlyDuring my contact with the customer, I did my best to explain that as a secondary market, our goal is never to confuse customers or "trick" them into paying moreWe hope this conversation helped the customer understand our systemI thoroughly explained why the last sentence is worded the way it isThe items are also shown as line items throughout the process so you can see what the ticket cost isEx: Tickets costing $would read. Ticket: x $= $20.00 Service Charge: x $= $4.00 Order Total = $24.00 If there is any way TicketCity can improve and ensure that a customer's misunderstanding or lack of attention to detail does not affect those in the future, please let us knowAgain, our goal is never to confuse our customer and we properly place all information throughout the checkout process

Good Morning, This is *** *** my complaint number is *** I filed this on Tuesday Nov 21st against TicketCity.com shortly after doing so I was able to get to a customer service rep who put me through to manager named *** *** who offered me a refund on my tickets that I had
purchased for $told me I would have the money back in my bank in to business days, I happy to report the money posted back into my account the very next daySo I was told in a email from Revdex.com if this was resolved outside of their assistance to let them know and that is what I am doing Thank you for your time and help in regards to this matter***

This client was emailed the ticketsIt shows in our system they were uploaded two days priorBelow is the email our rep sent to the client as well as a screenshot of our system showing the attachment sentThis client was delivered the tickets prior to the event. The above image shows the
tickets were uploaded on 1/for an event on 1/ Here is also a screenshot of *** ***’s email to the client. The attachment in both of these is also attached here

I've given them separately some advice to make their site more user-friendly and increase consumer transparency. Hopefully they'll feel compelled to be on the side of the consumer

I sent an email to this customer at 3:30 PM CST acknowledging receipt of the complaint and that we would refund her order once the tickets are returned to us. We show that the tickets were delivered to the customer on 12/21/16 at 10:50 AM by FedEx, we do not show that the delivery was denied. In the...

email I sent to the customer, I requested tracking information to prove that the tickets were in fact returned to us. I am waiting on a response from the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:Hi: I make a complain here before and I close the dispute trying to trust in this company but they lie to me again.. I buy 3 tickets for the cup centenary pay 648 dollars February 25 2016 I call several times before and after purchase. Before buying I was told I could print the tickets at the time of purchase. After you buy them they told me I had to wait until arrived by mail. When the February 26 start a Revdex.com.org complain through them they told me please wait the tickets I promise they arrived in March ..is ending April and still not received the tickets. Yesterday I call again and offer me a refund of 90 dollars since they have much higher prices than other companies I buy them at TicketCity because I read good reviews of people who spoke good of the company But I don't have the seem opinion now the lie to me all the time But wait too long I never received a confirmation nothing... I made payment through paypal. Try to give them a chance and closed the case with you on February 26 I had too much patience and wait too long but I do not want to wait even one more day almost centenarian cup start and I don't have my tickets and pay 648 dollars! For ghost tickets.... I want my money back I do not want the tickets even if I send them express the seller by phone say one thing and another thing too different in costumer service. Please help me get my money is not fair from February 25th to this day I keep lying and staying with my money. Family and friends who bought tickets for the same event by other companies already have their readys tickets. My country which was born never played in Usa and I will going to stay out of tickets because of a lying company play with me and my money. The tickets were delivered to the customer on the morning of June 14 as confirmed by the customer via email. This matter is now resolved. Thank you,[redacted]Director of Client Relations

Client let TicketCity know she was under the impression the tickets were located in a different section than she originally thought. These tickets were purchased off of Seatgeek who is an aggregate of TicketCity. Attached you can see the Section and Row these tickets came in under are the same...

tickets she was delivered. TicketCity contacted Seatgeek as well to see if there was any technical issue on this side. In this case, it seems as our systems worked appropriately throughout the process.

I am still awaiting a refund to my debit purchase; I am told that will take several days. I have received the refund for my Paypal purchase through the company. I will update the Revdex.com as to whether or not I receive the rest of the refund as promised.

The full credit was issued on 9/11/15. The client was notified that it takes up to 10 business days for the credit to reflect back on to the account on the credit card companies side.
