I am rejecting this response because:The statement given by TicketCity does not reflect the reality. TicketCity refuse to share original purchaser information with [redacted] staff and that instead we were deny to attend the concert. The wrist band we received was already too tightened and did not fit my son hand. We had a conference call among ticketCity agent, [redacted] staff and us. They request the name of original purchaser in order to confirm the validity of the ticket that TicketCity was not able to share with concert staff.  The resolution is not completed and I would request Revdex.com to keep this ticket open till the find a acceptable solution for this complain Thanks for all the help and support

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any resolution from the business and they have not communicate with me. I have not getting any response from them and I am not sure what...

they are referring that the resolution was made.Can someone please let me know what they have agree or compensate me for this complain as for sure I am not aware of any compensation or refund of my money. Although, the lost of events can not be recover as well

I am rejecting this response because: as you can see in the screen shot, I did place the order with Ticketcity.  There is an Order number, as well as, the charge that was put on my credit card.  Ticketcity is listed next to their number and it's also in the address bar.  It is not ticket center or another name that they are saying.

Hello, After reading your review, I am not quite sure what the issue is with your tickets?We detail very specifically on our website and checkout page that we are a resale site who does not own the inventory being listed. In addition, the last sentence on our checkout page reads that all sales...

are final. This is because the market value of a ticket fluctuates daily. So, if you were to buy the ticket for X amount, and then ask for a refund, the seller runs the risk of the demand and prices falling. Just like if the price increases, the seller cannot come to you and ask you for the difference. In addition, TicketCity does not own inventory, we are simply a platform that connects a buyer to a seller. So, if we were to offer you a refund, we would be taking the loss for your tickets and have to re-sell them on our own. Unfortunately, all secondary ticket markets operate off of this policy. I am happy to talk through this with you over the phone or via email but at this time, TicketCity does not see a reason to refund the order as all details were displayed to the consumer prior. As far as customer's needing more awareness that we are not the officially ticketing partner, the top right of our website says "trusted re-seller" notifying customers that they are on a resale site. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, and feel free to contact me directly at [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I do NOT believed the tickets were EVER "shipped" anywhere.  The morning OF the event, I was told by Mr. [redacted] that he could not tell me which seats we would have. I was also told by him I would have to travel around Las Vegas to pickup the tickets myself, but he could NOT tell me where I would have to pick them up. I believe this would have been a wild-goose chase. The company made FASLE "promises" to us about our tickets for this event. I have read other reviews of this company, and I am not the first person this has happened to. The Revdex.com should downgrade the rating of this company.

This customer was refunded in full. The tickets were shipped under the wrong label and the comparable/upgraded (subjective to what a customer believes is an upgrade) were not accepted. There are thorough notes from [redacted] the head of customer service to have this escalated and made top...

priority.   We are aware the customer threatened legal action. She was refunded in full as per our terms & conditions.

The customer was refunded $56.14 for the service and delivery fees for this order back on 12/29/16, and we have offered to provide a significant discount on a future order as an additional make-good.

I recently rejected a response involving case number #[redacted]. However since the rejection on 11/15, I have been in contact with the company Ticketcity and found a resolution.  I would like to close out complaint# [redacted]. Thanks  [redacted]

TicketCity greatly appreciates our clients. We made a mistake with this order and therefore refunded the client in full on February 3rd. The client was left a voicemail and then had a phone conversation with a TIcketCity representative where it was explained that it takes 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect back on to the card account. That is due to the way credit card refunds are processed by the card companies.

I am rejecting this response because: I know I picked the Houston Show.  I spent time on the page the page looking at what seats were available, the seating chart for Dallas and Houston are different.  I defiantly picked seats for the Houston event.  Original order #[redacted].

Hi Revdex.com[redacted] - If you could provide an order number, we can look into this. However, we clearly detail that we are simply a resale site for tickets. So, your tickets you purchased were from another seller. The money you pay for the tickets goes directly to the seller and they are no...

longer able to use those tickets to sell to anyone else because you are now the owner. If there were no system errors, and it was just an error ordering them, we are unable to offer a refund as the seller delivered what he promised.

The client has been issued a full refund. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect back as a credit to the account.
