In response to case no. [redacted].   Our services have been discontinued for [redacted] Corp and [redacted] LLC due to the state status in Delaware.   There are no pending invoices for either company noted previously.

Good afternoon,Our website clearly states that we cannot give legal or tax advice. We can share our past experiences with the client based on the trends of previous business owners.  Ultimately it is the client's decision on how to proceed with his business affairs.  It is unfortunate that the client's businesses were not successful.  Again I extend my offer to assist the client with the processes with which we are familiar namely filings with the state. We are willing to waive all service fees to prepare all the documents for the client at no charge and get them filed with the state at no charge from us.  The client will, however, be responsible for the state fees. With us doing the filings we will take that burden off the client to navigate the state websites to complete the filings on his own.Regards,[redacted]Workflow Coordinator

I spoke to the business and I have contacted the state to follow up on the dissolution status.  They are investigating the matter.  However, the phone number provided works fine and the business left me a voicemail which was returned.  I don't understand why they stated the number could not be completed as dialed.  This case is still open and pending.

I understand that now but I didn't know that before I placed the order with you guys. You should really place a notice saying this so that your customers know this before they place an order. If I would've known this was the case beforehand, I would not have placed the order to begin with, saving us all a ton of wasted time. Since I was unaware of this, I would ask for a full refund, not the partial one that you issued previously. I've only heard good things about your company which is why I placed our order through incorporate.com not someone else.Thank you for understanding.

The client and I are working together to resolve this issue.  She filed a change of agent with the State of Maryland and is investigating why the filing hasn't been completed.  I've pulled her account from collections and will update our records and close all invoices once we have...

been removed as the registered agent. We checked again today, 11/25/15, and we're still listed as the agent.  She will contact the state today regarding the status of her filing.  We agreed to talk again on 12/2/15 at 10:00 am.

Client was receiving invoices for Registered Agent services because we were listed as the registered agent with the state of FL when the professional corporation was incorporated. Services has been discontinued in our records on 1-16-17 for full credit and [redacted] will no longer be receiving...

No refund is due. The service contract was extended on our end for the first year as promised by the website. Since a chargeback was filed with your bank, the funds were placed back in to your account. This should have been done between November 11 and November 17.

In regards to case no. [redacted], Inc.   We are going to resign as agent with the State of Pennsylvania, the pending invoice will be closed out at a zero balance.   [redacted] will need to contact the state to advise the new agent for his entity.

Tell us why here... I spoke to the client today after checking Oregon's database and we are still listed as the agent.  I explained to him that the state requires him to have a registered agent, but that requirement doesn't mandate that we be the agent.  He says that this conflicts with...

what his accountant told him.  His accountant told him that he doesn't need an agent at all. That is incorrect.  I offered to resign as agent and explained that the state would close the company if he doesn't appoint a new agent.  He stated that he would call me back later today.

I spoke with [redacted] and he sent the change of agent filing to NY about a week ago.  We agreed to touch bases next week to check the status of the filing.  I will update our records and close the invoice once the change has been completed.  He is correct in that he hadn't received...

an invoice from us for years.  The company was formed in 2008 and somehow discontinued in our records in 2009.  A state audit was conducted in 2015 and revealed that the entity is active and listing us as agent.  As a result the service was resumed, thus the receipt of the recent invoice.  As we discussed, all of this will be wiped away after the change of agent is completed and I'll confirm everything with [redacted].

That is not the issue. I may well be registered with them as my agent service, but I have no Idea. [redacted] outsources much of their registered agent services. I want to know if CSC is one of the people [redacted] outsources to, and if so am is my account one of them and if that is true why is the bill coming to me and not [redacted]. [redacted]s records show that they are my registered agent and have told me not to pay it. CSC says they are my registered agent and wants to charge me 3x more what [redacted] has already charged me.

Called [redacted] 12/17/15 and left voice message to discuss next steps regarding her complaint.  The service has been discontinued in our records and I've entered an order 917336, to close the company with the State of Delaware.  This will wipe this away for her and resolve her...

concerns.  I'm waiting for her to return my call so that I can explain the closing process, just so that she has the knowledge and closure.

Tell us why here... I spoke to [redacted] after reviewing our order to correct the annual report to include her information.  The filing is still pending with the state and will be done soon.  I explained to her that I will refund our $100 service of the $650 that she paid, but I cannot refund...

the $550.  These are state fees that she would have paid no matter what.  The fee breakdown is $300 for taxes and $250 late fee.  Her report was due in December and she didn't place the orde with us until April.  She understood and agreed to this settlement.  She thanked me for my call and resolving the issue for her.
