 I never asked them to be our registered agent. They have kept it year after year, making it impossible for me to change without their permission, charging me for services that I never needed from them. I have attached a copy of the invoice from The Company Corporations's "vendor" to this complaint. 2) I was able to get closure from The Company Corporations "Vendor" [redacted], LLC  without the help of The Copmany Corportation which is unacceptable. This is something they have failed to do. [redacted], LLC apologized and insisted on continuing the application at no additional cost. The lawyer who was working on my trademark application was fired from [redacted], LLC. This is infomration that The Company Corportation should have known as partner/ hired vendor throughout the time of business and I should have known as a customer.3) The invoice mentioned in this response for the Registered Agent Service has nothing to do with this complaint and is not a resolution to the issue that I have brought-forth. I already spoke with a representative from The Company Corporation and  will not be paying the full invoice because I no longer want to use The Company Corporation as a registered agent. Therefore I will be paying $19.60 for each month that The Company Corporation has been my registered agent until I complete the filing with the state to remove and replace The Company Corporation as a registered agent. These months being 7/22/2017 to possibly 12/01/2017. This was confirmed via telephone from one of The Company Corporation represetatives. 4) Although I do not accept the resoultion provided for this complaint by the Company Corporation because they again, failed to communicate with their "vendor". I went out of the way to find a resolution with their "vendor" and I will no longer need to communicate with The Company Corporation or need a response. But want other customers to be aware of the unprofessional conduct of this business and terrible communication.

Spoke to Mr. [redacted] and explained due to the sanctions list provided by OFAC (Office of Foreign Control) we were unable to file the LLC with the state of Delaware. We refunded Mr. [redacted] in full of $826 since we were unable to file. I also emailed Mr. [redacted] a copy of the refund receipt showing that the refund of $826 went through on our end. He is going to give a copy of the refund receipt to the bank to see if they can locate the refund on their end.

I spoke to the client and we're issuing a refund of $144.

 Incorporate.com is "sugar coating" this issue as I was continually harassed by [redacted] of Incorpirate.com every month from August 2016 thru December 2016 even though I expressed in emails that I did not want their service.   This was the "bully" method used to threaten me.  I did hire another company and the State did take awhile to update my file, however, I had no control over the employees of the State.    Incorporate.com is an unethical company preying on harassing people to pay their invoice.  Please note that I did not authorize or sign any paperwork stating that I wanted to continue their service after the initial period was over.

Tell us why here... I spoke to the client at 4:34 pm on 7/28/15 and confirmed that all of her units have been discontinued and that I would research why she was still receiving invoices.  I will call her tomorrow with the resolution and she recommended that I email her instead, which I will do...

Horrible company!!! there are plenty of others to use to help form your business entity. others will do the same work and be much cheaper. I paid my bill and they lost track of it and sent me to collections. I had to prove my payment was made to a collection agency. when you sign up, your company should get the first year of RA service included. they started billing me by calendar year 6 months into formation. they SUCK. please see my warning and others as well. not a good company.

Tell us why here... The State of New York, doesn't require you to list a registered agent, however they will accept a subsequent agent, which was the service that we provided.  Along with a registered agent, New York also requires a DOS contact, and we were listed as the contact. ...

The agent has since been changed, however our address remained as the DOS contact.  We have received correspondence from the state and forwarded the same to you as the state's DOS contact.  It is unfortunate that you are not happy with our services and have received conflicting information regarding New York requirements.  We are not in a position to issue a refund because we did provide service during this time period by forwarding state issued mail and we are currently still listed as the DOS contact.  If no longer wish to use our services or to have a relationship with our company, than we strongly recommend that you file the necessary change of DOS document with the state to remove us from their records.

able to leave a message.  I sent them an email requesting that they contact me immediately regarding these emails.  It's my hope that we can resolve this but unfortunately we don't have authority or jurisdiction over our client's email practices.  If this cannot be resolved amiacably, then I would suggest that [redacted] contact her email provider to discuss their procedures to address this situation.  I will follow up with [redacted] as soon as I hear from our client, if I don't speak with [redacted] before then.
