The Company Corporation deliberately signed themselves up as my registered agent when I specifically requested they sign myself up as registered agent. I asked for help in fixing this problem, caused by them, twice, and they responded by attempting to gain more money from my small business by asking me to pay for the service of changing registered agent. They intentionally caused this problem. I have had to pay $77 to change registered agent for the "mistake" that they made. They should refund me for this change of service. I will still be at a loss, due to the time wasted fixing this problem, but they should at least cover the cost of changing registered agents as they purposefully ignored my LLC submission in order to sign themselves as registered agents. I truly believe these actions were intentional!

I was still charged $75, which was never disclosed beforehand.  This is not acceptable when their entire operation is built on milking additional fees when the first ones are paid

The order for the Delaware Series LLC was canceled and refunded in full of $109 to the card that was used to place the order. The card was refunded $59 on 12-19-16 and it was then refunded again on 12-27-16 of $50.

I spoke to the client and she explained that she does not wish to keep the company and wants to sever her ties with us.  I advised that I will update our records accordingly and submitted the request to resign as the registered agent in PA.  There is no cost to the client and this will...

close the company with the secretary of state.  It will take them about 30 days to complete the process and she will be notified of our intent to resign.  She is not to respond to that notification, as that will contest our request to resign, therefore keeping the company open with the state listing us as the registered agent. She agreed and accepted. The resignation process was started today, June 30th.

Spoke to [redacted], who only wanted us to refund him. I advised him that I was willing to refund him. He submitted the Change of Agent paperwork on Thursday 9-102015 to the state of Florida to remove us as the agent for his company. There was a chargeback filed by the client, which...

was closed by his bank in our favor. I have submitted an urgent check refund request to our accounting team. A refund check in the amount of $235.00 should be issued to [redacted] this week. As a result, we have discontinued all services for [redacted].com, Inc. in the state of Florida. We also received a Cease and Desist letter from [redacted], which has been uploaded to case attachments.

I never received an email from you prior to today nor did I ever receive any communication from the company in question.
 
A Statement of Information was filed with the Department of State in late March. I note, however, that they have not updated the record in question, nor have they cashed my $20 check. That being said, I do have a signed return receipt indicating that my correspondence WAS received by the State in late March.
 
Of note: when I first served this company with notice to cancel their services, nobody in their business bothered to tell me that I needed to make this filing myself. They're quick to attach themselves to the record so they can bill the customer but they spend no time in letting you know how to fix it. 
 
I now receive harassing emails from them to pay a bill I tried to cancel well in advance of renewal, and I had to determine, on my own, what needed to be done.

The account has been discontinued in our records for Registered Agent service because a change of agent was filed with the secretary of state. The invoice has been closed out for registered agent services and nothing is due on this account as of 12-5-16.

They have kept it year after year, making it impossible for me to change without their permission, charging me for services that I never needed from them. I want my complaint to stand and I am going to take this issue to my credit cards that I paid them with. They are bullies and they have done it for the last time to my company.

I called [redacted] on 3/4/16 at 4:22 pm and left a voice mail message and sent an email.  I called him again on 3/9/16 at 3:37 pm and left my contact information with the receptionist.  I also sent a second email after that call.  As of today, Corporation Service Company is still...

listed as the registered agent.  I need to know if he's aware that the agent can be changed on his statement of information filing that is due to the California Secretary of State annual?  Also has one recently been submitted and the change isn't reflected yet?  I can update our records to reflect that we're no longer the agent and close the account once the change is completed at the state and posted on their website.

Tell us why here...According to Arizona's Secretary of State we are still the Registered Agent. We will cancel the services when the agent is changed with the Secretary of State

allow me to assure you that at no point did anyone from Incorporate.com “alter” his application and/or “add” ourselves as his registered agent. 
 
By way of background, when a potential customer begins to fill out our online order form and then stops, Incorporate.com will often reach out to the potential customer via contact information they have provided to try to answer any outstanding questions or address any issues.  In this case, Mr. Daniel [redacted] apparently started the online form on Mr. [redacted]’s behalf.  Mr. [redacted] did not complete the form but provided contact information.  One of our representatives called him and spoke with him about his order.  He then provided valid credit card information for payment and  put Mr. [redacted] as the legal contact as well as a Ms. [redacted].  There appears to be some internal confusion between Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] about the need for our services. 
 
Regardless, we are not charging Mr. [redacted] for any services going forward and have resigned as registered agent on the entity at issue.

Please attach this to the response to business representative's statement.Executive Command Dynamics Inc., does reject the statement by TCC as a resolution to this complaint because the statement does not address either of the two elements of the complaint filed. The complaint addresses the following two matters:1 TCC had not filed the application when promised, and when I phoned to check 5 months later, they did not know where it was.  For hiring specialized service for filing application to USPTO US Patent & Trademark Office, this is about as bad as it can get. 2 However, The Corporation Company did one more thing that is actually worse in the area of intellectual property, and they went ahead and had their vendor they subcontract this work to file the application when it did turn up very late from the promised filing date, directly against the instruction of Executive Command Dynamics.  TCC handled intellectual property currently in use by a firm directly against instructions and without authorizing permission.  This is truly illegal and very bad customer service. The comments from TCC in reply to the complaint in no way address the two matters in the complaint.  The filing is now pending with USPTO and that is not the issue of the complaint. TCC must take responsibility for these two serious customer service issues - Revdex.com of Delaware please with consideration to future customers of TCC do lower their score substantially if they do not make an effort to make right and address these two issues.  It is important that future potential customers have access to true insight into what they can expect in dealing with TCC. Request for resolution:  We request from TCC an explanation of how these two service issues happened OR an offer of some type of making up for the errors - this could take the form of credit for future services; we have more Trademark applications to file, and could use other services from TCC if they are a company that stands behind their products and services and make good when unfortunate errors occur.Thank you Revdex.com for addressing this complaint!  It is a valuable service and forum that you provide.  When I saw the A+ rating you assign to TCC I trusted them to treat the company right.  I hope they do the right thing and earn to keep that rating, otherwise - please lower it so future potential clients may beware. In regards to the case number [redacted], we have been in contact with [redacted].  We have resigned as agent due to information received from [redacted].  There are no open/pending invoices the account has been closed as of 2/14/2013.

Tell us why here... Based upon New York's database, [redacted], LLC is active listing Business Filings Incorporated as the address to receive service of process and Corporation Service Company is listed as the agent.  We will be have to discontinue our services and update our records, after the...

Given light of the situation, the order entry time and the time the order was canceled; we have issued the $99 refund.
