Per the state's records, we have been removed as the registered agent as of 5/6/16.  There was one outstanding invoice, 81103979883, which was just closed by our Accounting Department.  We no longer have any association with this entity.

The Illinois state filing fee is $25 with a $52 expedite fee ($77). The only option for filing is online and expedite, hence the filing cost is $77. I understand that the company corp is the agent listed on my filed LLC forms. The point is they never should have been! I specifically listed myself as agent when I filled out the forms on their website. I can't control the fact that they are greedy scammers and put themselves as the agent when they filed with the state on my behalf. People be warned! Pay the extra $100 and go with legal zoom.

Thank for your email.
I rejected the business response because it is not correct. Kuwait is not on any list of sanctions by OFAC.
If they say so, they need to prove in writing that kuwait is on the list of OFAC and to explain if this is true why they accepted the payment and issued a receipt for the order and charged the money to the credit card and gave an order number which is still showing as under processing untill now.
In addition to all of this the State Of Deleware is not declining applications from kuwait. So they do not need to give excuses to explain why they turned down a fully legit application.They need to admit their mistake and correct their biased decision to show that they have good faith.

As advised invoice 75634948 will be closed out with no payment due if the change of agent is filed prior to 11/30/2014.   Please see attached as of today we are listed as the agent for the active entity with Texas.  We cannot discontinue within our records as the entity is active.

We have verified with the state of Delaware that [redacted] LLC has been cancelled. In accordance we have cancelled registered agent services.

In regards to case number [redacted] we have been in contact with [redacted].   The invoice in question has been closed due to a prorated amount paid but the account remains open.    [redacted] advised he will be filing a change of agent with the state but to date we are...

currently listed (see attached).  Once the state filing has been completed and advised of the filing the account can be closed.   This information has been relayed to [redacted] to avoid any future billings.

I spoke to the client after checking the database again today and the company is still active, listing us as agent.  He sent the dissolution in and the state has cashed his check, which he has record of and they're researching the location of the document.  I updated records to reflect the dissolution and closed the account and invoice.  We don't know how long this could drag on before the state finds the documents.  He will continue to follow up with them.

We called the Mr. [redacted] on 1/29/16 at 4:57 pm and 2/9/16 at 4:13 pm.  As of today, 2/9/16, we are still listed as the registered agent in Delaware.  We cannot discontinue the service or close out the invoices until we are removed from the state's records.  Mr. [redacted]...

I spoke with the client, who expressed her concerns and I heard them. I was able to answer her questions and resolve her issues. We are refunding our service fee, the EIN fee and our registered agent fee. That is total refund of $329.96. As discussed, we're not able to refund the state fee and the...

fees associated with products and/or services already completed. We were in agreement and came to this amicable resolution. Although the EIN fee was refunded, we're still going to do the filing for the client. She will contact a designated contact person, who will answer her questions and oversee the filing. The client has submitted a change of agent filing with the state of Florida and will advise me when that filing is completed. I will in turn update our records accordingly. I have emailed this information/agreement to the client along with our internal case numbers associated with her refunds.

Thank you for your inquiry. While we are certainly regretful that Mr. [redacted] is upset as a result of his limited experience with Incorporate.com, please allow me to assure you that at no point did anyone from Incorporate.com “alter” his application and/or “add” ourselves as his registered...

agent.    By way of background, when a potential customer begins to fill out our online order form and then stops, Incorporate.com will often reach out to the potential customer via contact information they have provided to try to answer any outstanding questions or address any issues.  In this case, Mr. Daniel [redacted] apparently started the online form on Mr. [redacted]’s behalf.  Mr. [redacted] did not complete the form but provided contact information.  One of our representatives called him and spoke with him about his order.  He then provided valid credit card information for payment and  put Mr. [redacted] as the legal contact as well as a Ms. [redacted].  There appears to be some internal confusion between Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] about the need for our services.    Regardless, we are not charging Mr. [redacted] for any services going forward and have resigned as registered agent on the entity at issue.

Went to Incorporate.com because of the ease of use. Was happy while I used them. I went to then because I was a small business not sure how to navigate the process. Towards renewal time I got bombarded with emails and calls, I would answer them but get a template response back. I had no idea I had to remove them from the state to not get charged a fee. Not one time did someone in the 50 of calls and email I got in the rest of the months say the reason why you are being charged is you need to remove us. I just kept telling them I was not interested. I then got a live body to respond to my request and then they sold me a dissolution. I had lost my father and unable to get signatures from the partners in the company required but they cancelled my order, did not refund my money and the proceeded to send my case over to Joseph, Mann and Creed for collections. I got a real person there and he was only trying to do his job but I was asking for credit off of the final bill for the money that I had spent and never got the dissolution and never got a response. I do not want to get a collection on my credit but I will never use this service again.

We unfortunately are not able to meet Mr. [redacted]’s demand to pay his back taxes from 2011 through 2015.  We have resigned as agent, and the entity formed by Mr. [redacted] has been canceled by the California Secretary of State. We have closed out any outstanding invoices; and are not taking any action to pursue any amounts he may have owed us for registered agent services.  As stated previously, we do not report any information directly to credit bureaus, and we do not have any ability to directly impact his credit score, one way or the other.
