I spoke to the client 12/17/and confirmed that we have discontinued the unit in our records, as the agent has been changed The unit was discontinued on 12/2/ She may receive one more invoice as they are auto generated and cannot be stopped, but that will be the last one She was advised to disregard that invoice She took my name and will contact me if there are any further issues

In regards to case number [redacted] , LLC. On 1/30/2014 we spoke to [redacted] regarding the dissolution of her company. At that time we advised once the dissolution was completed there will be a prorated invoice for the agent... service. The open invoice dated 8/2013 due by 11/2013 in the amount of $235.00, prorated amount of $19.58 per month. The order was placed for the dissolution on 4/10/14, additional information was needed regarding the documents, which was received on 6/5/2014. The filing was complete with the state on 6/9/2014. The system prorated the invoice in the amount of $137.08, the invoice can be adjusted to 5 months of service (Dec-April) in the amount of $97.90. In question to the invoice received with a zero balance was due to the pending invoiced closed out due to non-pay. The collection agency contacting [redacted] is internal and no record will or has been made with [redacted]

I am still receiving invoices and emailsThe company states they did not go in and alter the application with the state of MAThen please explain how their name was added to the applicationIf there was no agreement or payment why were you searching the filing records in MA for New England Driver Leasing? Once you found that an application was started almost two months later why did you enter your company and registered agent?

The invoice is for "Registered Agent Services" the documentation you just submitted clearly does not list your business as the Register AgentI have spoken with the people at NYS about the failure to update the process address and they will correct the mistake, but it would have be nice to get a clear explanation about why I was being billed rather than eight months of run around from various sales peopleMore to the point, your business is still contacting me to sell my corporation st it does not needPlease remove our contact information from all mailing lists, call lists, etc

On 11-8-at 1:PM, we called the client and left a voicemailWe were also able to acquire from our records that the client opened the 5-day Registered Agent email on 10-26-at 10:PMThis email advises the client about the incoming chargeFollowing this, we called the client and left
a voicemail on 11-9-at 2:PM and 11-11-at 11:AMOn 11-11-2016, we also sent an email to aid our calling attemptsOn 11-14-at 12:PM, we made our last attempt to call and left a voicemail when there was no answerCurrently, we are still listed as agentThe customer can change agent, or we can resign as agent if that is their desireWe need the client to return our calls so that we know what choice he's made, and we can update our records accordingly

Called client and left a voice mail after checking NJ's database today 3/4/at 4:53. We are no longer listed as the agent. I updated our records and discontinued the invoice. Advised the client that he might receive one more invoice as they are auto generated, which cannot be
stopped once in the queue. After that, he will no longer receive any invoices and is not responsible for payment. I also gave him my contact information should he have any questions or concerns

I checked the state's database for the status of the company and the entity is revoked. I updated our records to close out the invoice and advised the client. This issue is resolved

I have been speaking and corresponding with *** and he provided us with additional information to continue researching this situation. This is in fact a fraudulent order where someone used his credit card to place a formation order with our company. *** resolved the financial issue
with his bank and we've submitted the request to resign as the registered agent for this company. As I mentioned to ***, the Secretary of State will remove us as the agent of record and close the company. We have reached out to the individual who placed the order and haven't heard anything from them. The individual who placed the order had all of the verifying information required to place the order online, which would pass through the security check points. No further action is needed from us at this point

In response to case no*** ** *** *** * *** ***. We have been in contact with *** *** on June 17, 2014, advising the account has been closed due to a change of agent filed with the state on February 14, 2014. We have apologized to *** *** for the confusion
on the invoicing and have sent this is letter form as requested by *** ***. The account has been closed and there are no outstanding invoices

This company had to a point provide good serviceuntil the following end of year when I began getting harassing mail and emails indication I owed them $dollars because I had a registered Agent Service agreement with themWHAT??????? Kind of hokey crap is this?
Another scam on the web where if you don't select some check box somewhere in the agreement they can keep billing you for unnecessary services .......I say no more fraud and misrepresentation by websites companies@! This is a classic case of fooling the consumer and getting a trickle of revenue through trickery smoke and mirrorsNo one needs Registered Agent Service ………Even after the Corporation or LLC is issues there is no real need for this serviceIts hype and the reason I strongly suggest NO ONE USE THIS SERVICE………WARNING

My company filed a complaint against The company corporation over months ago, no accountability has been required by the company to investigate their harrassment of my businessWe have an agent which we used to replace this company and they continue to bill usWhy do you take complaints and never do anything to ensure the consumer is aware of the poor business practices of this businessUpon review of the complaints on this business there is substantial evidence of misdeanor and felony offenses all a result of their billing practices and desire to extort money from businesses who never sign up for thier serviceThe Revdex.com should be a means to avoid court not encourage the waste of tax payer dollars

Please attach this to the response to business representative's statementExecutive Command Dynamics Inc., does reject the statement by TCC as a resolution to this complaint because the statement does not address either of the two elements of the complaint filedThe complaint addresses the following two matters:
TCC had not filed the application when promised, and when I phoned to check months later, they did not know where it was. For hiring specialized service for filing application to USPTO US Patent & Trademark Office, this is about as bad as it can getHowever, The Corporation Company did one more thing that is actually worse in the area of intellectual property, and they went ahead and had their vendor they subcontract this work to file the application when it did turn up very late from the promised filing date, directly against the instruction of Executive Command Dynamics. TCC handled intellectual property currently in use by a firm directly against instructions and without authorizing permission. This is truly illegal and very bad customer serviceThe comments from TCC in reply to the complaint in no way address the two matters in the complaint. The filing is now pending with USPTO and that is not the issue of the complaintTCC must take responsibility for these two serious customer service issues - Revdex.com of Delaware please with consideration to future customers of TCC do lower their score substantially if they do not make an effort to make right and address these two issues. It is important that future potential customers have access to true insight into what they can expect in dealing with TCCRequest for resolution: We request from TCC an explanation of how these two service issues happened OR an offer of some type of making up for the errors - this could take the form of credit for future services; we have more Trademark applications to file, and could use other services from TCC if they are a company that stands behind their products and services and make good when unfortunate errors occurThank you Revdex.com for addressing this complaint! Tell us why hereCalled client at 3:pm on 7/30/and left a message with their answering service. The service took my name, number and case number. I was advised that he would be calling me back. The company is still active in Delaware, listing us as the agent. The
status is also ceased good standing for failure to pay taxes for 2014. The law mandates that he have an agent in Delaware, however the law doesn't mandate that we be the registered agent. The client is going to need an agent in Delaware. Either another service company or someone who lives in Delaware. The client's mailing address is in New York. A change of agent will need to be filed with Delaware to remove and appoint the new agent. This will remove us from the state's records. We will discontinue the service in our records, when we are removed as agent. ?

In response to case number *** *** *** ***. An online order was placed on June 11, to file *** *** LLC(see attached). This order was processed and completed on June 26, in turn documents were sent to *** ***. An annual invoice is
sent for agent service with a fee of $235.00, invdated 2/8/due by May 31, 2014. In order to cancel our services as agent a change of agent is required by the state to advise a new required agent on file with Ohio. To date no filing has been completed and the invoice is outstanding and past due

I started a business in I used The Company Corporation as my agent in order to help with processing all of the forms to the State and Federal governments and local municipalitiesWithin three years, market had changed and I decided to exit the businessUnfortunately, the Company Corporation does not allow one to exit their program once one signs up without paying excessive feesNo other business, I've ever been associated with does not have an "opt out" feature with the exception of The Company CorporationDo not use these folks unless you want to experience a scam over and over again
