this is a great orginization and I dont know where these reviews come from, this is clear slander as everywhere else onlone the company only receives good feedback

Review: I ordered a two page spread from The Country Club Directory to advertise our business at the cost of $2500.00. I was told that my order would ship by June **, 2015. It is now September **, 2015 and I still do not have my product.

I have received several emails saying my order has "Shipped" and then back to "Awaiting Shipment". I have called the company and made several complaints and still nothing has been done. I asked for a refund three times now. The first time I requested a refund we were simply told "No". The second time I requested a refund I was told the order was "Awaiting Shipment" and again told "No". The third time (today) I was told that it was a Jewish Holiday and the person in to handle finances is out of the office... so for the third time I was told "No". It has been 5 months since I got my order confirmation and funds withdrawn from my account. This is unacceptable. Can furnish emails upon request.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase price as I have been waiting 5 months for my product and still have not received it.

This company has done nothing but run me around since my first complaint back in July 2015. Every time I have called there has been a reason as to why they cannot refund me. I was told to call my bank and dispute the payments back in April and the bank is unable to dispute any debit purchases after 30 days. I was also advised by the bank officer to report this business to the Revdex.com if the issue was not resolved because the client should not have to dispute a charge to get a refund. I have waited through every shipping issue and promise this company has told me and I am still waiting for them to fulfill any of their side of this agreement. I expect a full refund from the company now that I have done everything on my end that they have told me to do, and still this issue remains unresolved.

I have been told by this company that is illegal for them to write me a refund check and the only way for me to get my refund is to dispute the charge through my bank. The bank cannot dispute a Debit charge after 30 days of the purchase. I have been told by my bank (Texas Citizens Bank) that a Debit purchase is like paying cash and there is no reason why this company cannot refund me my purchase amount. The Country Club Directory keeps telling me to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I did not use a credit card to make this purchase. I have done everything The Country Club Directory has told me more than once and still have not received a refund as promised by this company. I purchased this produce 5 months ago so that we could take advantage of the "Back to School" rush and in this last several months I have been run around by this company as to why I haven't received my product, and now as to why I cannot be issued my refund. I did receive 1 booklet in the mail today (10/*/2015) from [redacted], and I believe I was supposed to receive several copies as per the original agreement when I signed up. So now after waiting 5 months I finally received 1 book and still no refund. After being mishandled by this company and lied to several times I simply want my refund. No customer should have to wait this long for a product, suffer this much stress, or have to fight this hard to get their product/refund. I wish to never do business with The Country Club Directory again as this company obviously cares nothing about integrity or customer service. This company now refuses to speak to me on behalf of this issue since they have learned of me reporting them to the Revdex.com, and I am looking to the Revdex.com to resolve this issue and get me the refund promised to me by Alon F[redacted] of The Country Club Directory.

I didnt tell her it was illegal, it is against to pci compliance. we have done everything we can for this customer in order to help them, we did their work, we sent their book (5 times) we even gave them the appropriate direction in how to possibly get their money back without interfering any type of company policy protocols. we will run their ad free in next years edition but at this point there will be no more courtesies handed out and we are considering this case closed.We are still very sorry for any inconveniences Please call [redacted] with any other questions

Review: I purchased a $700 ad to be published in the Country Club Directory in early September of 2015 with the proposed publication schedule for October [redacted]. A few weeks after that deadline passed without receiving a status update, I inquired about the delay and was notified by a customer service rep named Luisa that my area was a winter project and that the publications would not go out until December. This was the first I heard of this and certainly not what was advertised to me.

After asking for a full refund, I was then contacted by another service rep named Alan on Oct ** notifying me that the previous rep was incorrect and that the books had already been distributed to myself and the 10 specific country clubs in my area, of which I was given a list. He also noted that the publications were already in the mail and that I and the country clubs should receive our copies no later than Nov **.

After the Nov ** deadline passed, I still did not receive my copy of the publication. I also took it upon myself to contact the 10 country clubs to which the publication was to be distributed and they told me that not only do they not carry the Country Club Directory, but they do not expect to.

On the grounds that there seems to be no indication of this company adhering to its own client agreements and the fact that the country clubs to which the publication was to be distributed do not seem to have any knowledge of the Country Club Directory (and certainly didn't receive it), I request to have my order canceled and be given a full refund of $700.

After expressing my discouragement to the Country Club Directory, they agreed via email to send me a full refund check of $700. This report is to ensure that they do so. I have full email transcripts of communication between myself and the Country Club Directory.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $700

Only the order #[redacted] of $500 for the "standard distribution" has been refunded. Order #[redacted] of $200 for the "extended distribution" has not yet been refunded. I must use quotes, since the "distributions" don't exist and never actually took place. However, I was still charged for both.

The complaint with the Revdex.com, in fact, was indeed closed on 3/*/16 as unresolved. However, there is no response I can accept from the merchant for its resolution, as they have put forth no good faith effort to do so. The merchant resorts to name calling and maintaining an obstinate position that belittles their clients. Since there was never any submitted evidence that the merchant fulfilled my paid ad nor that the publication was ever mailed to the promised recipients, any request for positive resolution in their favor is irrelevant and will be consistently rejected.
